A Great Service

Comments: Very professional excellent service great people great app.

Pros:

Excellent service overall. Their customer service reps are a standard above and incredibly helpful. I'm very satisfied with their app more than other I've tried.

Cons:

I really don't have anything bad to say about them

Best shop software for the money hands down

Comments: It has been awesome. The customers like it and I love that people can sign and approve right on the spot and I get notified right away.

Pros:

The cost is amazing. It has almost all of the features of a shop software that costs well over $200 a month. It interface is easy to use and the client portal is awesome. A feature that I haven't found anywhere else.

Cons:

For the price there are zero complaints.

Money Maker

Pros:

Easy to use and saves me lots of headache and time. Which time is money, so essentially the app is making me money!

Cons:

Takes some playing with to figure out everything but nothing to complicated.

It does what it says

Comments: I like that overall is simple to use, it does the trick and it is cheaper than other software programs, more than enough for a small shop like mine.

Pros:

I like that is cheaper than other apps that are $300 + monthly

Cons:

Customer support takes a long time, or what I need is not answered, monthly reports can not be printed and are confusing. You have to continue saving every page that can be annoying or you lose everything.

Mobile mechanics dream

Pros:

Ease of use, customers love the electrinic invoices and online payments.

Cons:

When importing parts from parts tech if if forgot or have to add parts after importing it will import everything not just what you added.

Easy to use

Comments: Been using ARI for 2 years, and works as designed. Love how fast support responds when there is an issue.

Pros:

Parts tech built in, ease of use the functionality of being able to Ed parcheck and square and your abilities to have Carfax built in for repair history makes it so much easier to function

Cons:

Lack of features. I would love to see the ability to create an estimate inside an open work order.

Comments: I have been using Ari now from the moment it was added to the App Store I’m grandfather in and the cost is extremely important in a small business

Easy to use and it’s not the old developer systems

Needs to be able add more venders for parts distribution

Pros:

I like that it actually works, and I have been able to send invoices and keep track of vehicles.

Cons:

I would say it has small glitches sometimes and with certain items fixed like sending email invoices, saving maintenance labor cost better, customer could approve/deny from their end would make it a great system.

Comments: Good it is a good tool. Bad is parts inventory tracking it always seems to be incorrect.

Comments: I am very satisfied with this product. Its very cost conscious and fits in well with my business on a day to day use. I have the mobile app on my phone, so i can access my customers and business anytime.

Pros:

This software is perfect for small shops. You can manage customer information, workload, billing, and accounting functions

Cons:

I personally havent found any dislikes about this product.

Best for small business

Pros:

I've been using it since early on in the product and it's constantly getting added features, tweaks, and useful content without any increase in price. It's easy to use, easy for customers to access, and all services accurately show up in Carfax now.

Cons:

Searching customers by name or address isn't always good, it seems to focus on first name more than anything else.

Affordability at its finest! This software is a great product for start up companies and potentially a great product long term.

Sometimes the vin scanner tool does not work.

Startup mechanic shop that fell in love with ARI

Pros:

The ease of access and the multiple trial estimates and invoices made giving Ari test drive I really wanted to give it and fell in love with it.

Cons:

So far the only downside that I'm not fond of is I don't really need a rep to give me a call every 2 weeks every couple months would be better. The app has an outstandingly great communication with support that we can create a ticket if there is a problem or if we have a question.

Comments: My overall experience has been great...now I just need more clients

The convenience of keeping track of all parts, vehicles, clients, everything all in one spot

I haven't found anything yet...every time there is a problem it is fixed almost immediately

Pros:

We are a small shop that is just getting started. We needed a way to keep track of clients in an organized fashion. ARI allows us to organize customer information and access it seamlessly. It is also simple to write invoices & estimates.

Cons:

They are continuously updating the software and making it more user friendly. I do not like the visual look of ARI and that is just cosmetic.
