AI support generally answers the query in first go and support person then follows up on queries. > > **Cons**: When joined to domain, we loose the capability to sign in with the break glass account. So in case of a disaster where we have to quickly login using breakglass account we have to first disable domain join from the console CLI. > > Satisfied overall.
