> **Pros**: In my work as a physician, the accuracy rate is impressive. Even technical words come out right. And if I need a word or phrase that's out of the ordinary, I add it to my dictionary and suddenly its recognized about ninety-eight percent of the time.

> **Cons**: I initially had some problems with punctuation. Every time I dictated the word "colon" as it referred to a portion of the intestinal system, a punctuation mark - : - showed up. Talkatoo took care of the problem. Getting dates properly transcribed took a little learning on my part. But, as usual, that's been handled too.

> When Dragon stopped supporting “Microsoft Word for Mac,” Talkatoo saved my career. I am a physician, not a veterinarian for whom the program was initially developed. But trust me, it makes no difference what kind of work you do. If you use a Mac and need voice-to-transcription software, go with Talkatoo. I cannot recommend them too highly. The company itself, its developers, and tech support are the best in the industry and the most accessible you will ever find.

The voice recognition and transcription accuracy are excellent, even with detailed medical terminology. It saves our doctors a tremendous amount of time on documentation, allowing them to focus more on patient care. Customer support has also been very responsive and helpful whenever we have had questions. Overall, it provides excellent value for the cost.

Being able to have talkative make my soap a lot easier was nice as well as the fact is it creates less work for my technicians to actually input that information. Definitely can always remember parts of the conversation a lot easier based on whatever is heard in the rooms and the ability to have it or cross all computers and devices in the clinic has been really nice

Occasional times of non-medical terminology or descriptions being placed into the soap notes that make it sound less professional
