The onboarding process was seamless, supported by an in-depth discovery phase that addressed many of our concerns early on. Their customer success team is highly responsive and knowledgeable, offering proactive guidance through regular calls and chat support. We especially appreciate their continuous development approach, openness to feedback, and community-building efforts such as hosting Ventrata Open. Their industry leadership, particularly in connectivity, enables smooth integration with our key partners, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual work.

Learning to adapt workflows takes time, and we've had to rethink some internal processes. > **Pros**: How agile and intuitive the system is. It is really easy to use and to get some really great insight. Our technical support is also really responsive and helpful in getting issues resolved. The instant chat is also super helpful and they are great at directing you to where you need to be. &#10;&#10;We are fairly new to Ventrata but our ticketing has developed considerably driving visitors and revenue for our business.

> **Cons**: Not really a con for the system, our business is very nuanced and Ventrata has worked so hard to meet our requirements, but something that is symptomatic of a project of our size, that we haven't got our BAU meetings in the diary and we have been in BAU phase for three months. We are also very heavily nuanced in our business type so I know once all of our audiences are on Ventrata that we will have some cons.

> We are fairly new in our ticketing journey with Ventrata as we have been onboarded in April 2025, there is also two thirds of our audiences that still need to be onboarded, which will happen in November 2025, but our experience so far has been really positive. Their team has been great to partner with.

> **Cons**: Very little.  We had issues with adding multiple products to our cart with our checkout widget.  Other than that, the learning curve was a little steep, but we had it down after a week.

> **Pros**: All the Features, for All the Clients.  Ideas we weren't envisioning, available by surprise. We're often notified with by the company about new options we can turn on, and it's delightful.  Gift Cards? Booking Insurance? Extras? All options for incremental revenue, with very little effort.

> **Cons**: Many available attributes and settings does necessitate time and practice to understand fully.  We have learned our lesson a few times with mistakes made during set up, but on the other hand, Venny the AI chat support is pretty much always on point.
