So much more at such a less cost. In fact, their plan is generous even for smaller companies with many features under free plan that has company size of up to 50.
The onboarding is a bit awkward. On the portal, when I already set up my company.

Efficient and Updated System
Pros:
GroveHR's User Experience is amazing, UI is very neat and clean and easy to use for all team members. Having Android and iOS applications makes it very useful in modern times.
Cons:
Least favourite thing about GroveHR is its reporting and analytical capabilities at the moment but as the team is proactive and keeps on updating the system on a regular basis I think reporting and analytics are going to get better soon.

A potential HRIS
Comments: We be able to utilize Grove for digitizing employee experiences. Overall feedback of employees also very positive about the products. The support team are well equipped with HR knowledge and product development team always listen to client needs.
Pros:
Easy to deploy, affordable price. This help employee engaged & HR team manual workload reduced.
Cons:
Internal workflow should be considered. Local payroll adaptation also a need.
Worst company, bad service (infact no service), Worst HRMS
Comments: Bad experience. I would ask other companies not to fall into this trap
Pros:
Nothing, their service is bad. Their team sent us fraudulent emails claiming to offer a free trial.
Cons:
The thing that we liked least was their fraudulent approach to luring companies into using their HRMS by sending emails about offering trials. We have received many such contradictory emails and when we caught them and questioned them their team just stop responding

Ease of use and easy implementation. The product is simple, has high degree of functionality and seamless adaptation.
Cons:
Offers limited capabilities on recruitment sourcing

GROVE HR AN HONEST OPINION!!
Pros:
The ease of use along with the setup was most impressive with the platform. The customer support is also pretty good.
Cons:
The payroll and salary setup process could be simpler.

Easiest software I've ever used
Pros:
I love the User Interface on Grove HR, it is super easy to navigate and quite interactive. With Grove HR's geofencing feature, I now have access to accurate information regarding employees location, punctuality, absenteeism when they clock in/out.
Cons:
Nothing, but I'd like to suggest that Grove looks into integrating instant messaging on the app.

Quite nice in the first glance
Pros:
- The fact that it's free (at least for now) is good for experimentation, our org is analyzing some products to use so it's good to have a try before actually use it. - Seem like an all-in-one solution for HR
Cons:
- The onboarding is a bit awkward: + On the portal, when I already set up my company. If I hit sign up with google and my account already exists, should navigate me to the login OR log me in automatically. It's a little bit annoyed when I have to find the Login button + On the signin, is it possible to automatically find my company URL when I log in? Require an extra step to check email for company URL is quite annoying - Why it does not allow me to set up payroll on 15th of the month???

Good Product
Comments: Overall i think its a good software made of the purpose. Its just that its too expensive for small-scale industries like mine.
Pros:
i like the onboarding process, its very easy to use.
Cons:
in terms of pricing i think the cost should really come down a little bit in order for you guys to achieve more users or may be customer base

Grove HR enables us to work anywhere, anytime
Comments: With Grove HR, our company has modernized the way we record working hours, track time-off and manage personal info. It’s faster, safer and cheaper.
Pros:
I really love Grove HR mobile app. I can approve time-off, search directory and update my information without opening the laptop. Moreover, the benefits of having the Grove mobile app keeps growing as with the new time attendance feature I can now clock in and clock out right there.
Cons:
The new feature is great but the mobile app still needs more advanced features like surveys, employee recognition...

Less stress and more results
Comments: Recruitment, onboarding, employee records management. We saved a lot of time and operational cost when using Grove HR
Pros:
The new time attendance feature has been a huge relief for me as not only does it save me a lot of time that I'd have previously spent on spreadsheets in a bid to track the time spent by the employees, it also helps the team in paying accurately. No more issues of over/underpaying.
Cons:
The minor issue we've noticed is that the comment for the team can't include much characters. It would be really helpful if they can increase the character limit.
Nice time tracing system
Pros:
I like the time tracking system most and I use it to monitor the total working and calculate the task done.
Cons:
Payroll is not very useful feature for me in this software because I don't really know how to use it. A good documentation would be good.
One of the best HRMS available for Start-ups
Pros:
The no-nonsense and straight forward application available for start-ups. The onboarding experience is breeze for new employees. The application is so user friendly that any non-user will get accustomed to it within a matter of minutes. Feedback from employees have been excellent (even for the free version). Another feature that we loved was self service portal for employees.
Cons:
No complaints till now. Third-party apps integration seems to be work in progress, so can't really comment on that. However, will love if the some documents' templates are integrated in it.
Grove HR eases our daily tasks
Pros:
One of the great advantages of Grove HR digital portal was self-service. Through the Grove HR mobile app, employees can sign their attendance using a QR code, request time-off, access directory, and more. It saves valuable time on the back and forth as I can easily approve/reject time-off requests as well as track employees' attendance right from the app. The mobile app enables seamless communication and also improved engagements between employees and the HR department.
Cons:
Grove HR has made significant progress with the mobile app but it still has some ways to go in terms of employee engagement.
Grove HR Time to reveal the truth
Comments: Regarding Attendance Management there is only 8 hours available. we need to define the hours for employees

Employee Records, Time Off & Recruitment Module are most liked in HR
Cons:
I Think nothing cons available in HR. But in future Grove HR nee to be integrated with Biometric import system.

Comments: it's professional software I recommend it and I'm fully satisfied.
Pros:
it is one of the advanced and simple software to use for the purpose to handle HR and HR-related issues. You can easily engage your workers and staff in one place so they can work to gather and complete the tasks according to the interactions. you can also use these tools on your mobiles and other devices they are very simple and reliable.
Cons:
sometimes it has some glitches that are confusing. but the developers always help me to solve these issues. Sometimes there is difficult to add new things.

Awesome HR App
Comments: The support team is quick to response and the overall experience is nice.
Pros:
The attendance and clock-in/clock-out features are free and easy to use. Most of the other apps in the market required us to pay for this service.
Cons:
So far none. Everything has been great for users like me. I suggested a few features for the team and they listened!

GroveHR was a very promising Application
Pros:
The UI on groveHR was really good , It was swift and very reliable. I think GroveHR is going to be very promising though it lacks a few things but I think its going to be very successfull
Cons:
GroveHR did not offer much customization , For example I was not able to edit the Half-time hours for my organization , neither the holiday section which was a bit weird , nonetheless it was great using the UI and I wish all the best luck.

GROVE HR is a musthave software.
Pros:
It has helped me organize and manage team details and day-to-day activities related to the office work. It has also helped in managing attendance with no hassle.

Streamlining recruitment
Comments: This software has helped Palindrome streamline the hiring process. Applicants can fill in the form and submit and have their details entered into my applicant database via a smooth connection. I can then assign them to new jobs, move them through the hiring process...etc.
Pros:
I've found that setting up a mini job site for my own hiring and connecting it to our Grove HR system has helped to streamline recruitment.
Cons:
There may be a lack of plugins or extensions but I assume that those are on the way.
