We love the fact that Uptick reports and quotes contain photos - these are easy for clients to associate failures to. Uptick also contains many different parameters that allow specific searching and filtering for jobs, quotes and invoices.

> **Cons**: At times it would be buggy, but often resolved quickly.

The team consistently strive to assist as much as possible when presented with issues or new ideas, especially when given personal assistance by their team.
