> **Pros**: One thing I really appreciate about Encamp is how much it simplifies environmental compliance reporting. It used to be stressful keeping track of all the different state requirements and deadlines, especially with multiple facilities involved. But with Encamp, a lot of that process is automated and organized in one place. It’s saved me a ton of time and given me more confidence that everything’s being done correctly; which means fewer surprises and less risk of missing something important.

> **Cons**: One downside I’ve noticed with Encamp is that there can be a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. The platform has a lot of features, which is great in the long run, but it took some time to get familiar with everything and figure out how to best fit it into our existing workflow. A bit more hands-on onboarding or intuitive navigation could make the start-up process smoother, especially for teams new to environmental compliance software.

> **Cons**: The overall facilities platform is lacking. Many features could be streamlined and regulatory specificity by facility could be improved. They are making improvements regularly so i am hopeful.

> It helped me take a little more control over my tier II's and cut my overall cost of doing them vs using my consultant.

> **Pros**: My team is responsible for multiple sites and I really like that we can keep track of all of those sites from a single dashboard, but still assign individual tasks out to the local users as needed.  The calendar allows for multiple layers of notification, which is especially useful for quarterly and semi-annual tasks.

> **Cons**: The tasks that you create for your site are assigned to an individual, and then you can add multiple 'watchers'.  It would be great if there was a way to escalate the task, say for example if a task is not completed by some number of days prior to the due date.
> 
> Our overall experience with the team at Encamp has been awesome.  The whole group seems very knowledgeable and they have been very willing to listen to our requests and suggestions.  They have been very responsive any time we have come across any issues.  In our meetings before and after deployment, they have been interested in learning how our business works and making sure that their product meets our needs.

> **Pros**: The product makes Tier II reporting so much easier/faster and the Encamp team made implementation super painless.

> **Cons**: There are a couple functions that could work a little more smoothly. For example, updating contacts while in a report isn't the most user friendly. You have to go out of the report, back to the contacts tab, and then back into your facility report from there. Another suggestion would be to alphabetize our facilities from the home screen so they're easier to find. They were in order in the "facilities" screen, but not in our home screen where we could actually start changing/editing/updating reports for the reporting season.

> It's been great. My team no longer completely dreads Tier II season because Encamp has made the process so much easier and it goes by so much more quickly.
