Brilliant product that has transformed our school bus service

Comments: We were supported all the way through and the planning and setup stage and, to be honest, it was hassle free. BatOnRoute are quick to respond to any queries we have and the service has been seamless. Our parents are very happy with all aspects of the software and it has significantly cut down workload for members of my administration team.

Great software

Comments: At the beginning, as with any new integration and implementation, it is complicated to adapt because there are many people involved in the process: bus monitors, administration staff, parents, etc. But Batonroute's support has always been fast and efficient, so the adaptation has been quite smooth and problem-free.

Pros:

It is very easy to use and very intuitive for families. It has taken a lot of workload away from schools and has benefited families in terms of greater control and autonomy over their children's routes.

Cons:

We've been using this app for 3 years now and we haven't really found anything we don't like.

Comments: I like to use the BatOnRoute because it is comportable and has user-friendly interface. The support team is excellent and open for any requests. I am glad that parents could easily learn how to use the application. Since the application is not popular in CIS countries, I even would be glad to promote it

Pros:

The system is easy and comfortable to use. It was not difficult to implement the system at all. Everything you need to manage the school bus routes is available.

Cons:

For parents it is critical to track the location of the bus. Unfortunately, due to low internet quality, sometimes the bus disappears from the map.

Comments: BatOnRoute are a very friendly and professional company to work with. The implementation of the product was smooth and the team listened to our requests. They are responsive, helpful and quick when it comes to support.

Pros:

Clear and easy to use. It allows parents access to tracking data as well as the ability to make changes to their scheduled trips.

Cons:

Automatic synchronisation with our management system (or the ability to trigger a synchronisation) would be extremely useful.

The position of the school bus can be erratic and not accurate at times which can lead to confusion.

Great Sofware - Effective and safe

Comments: Very positive and the support is on point. Always ready to listen and help, on very quick and efficient way.

The administrative side of the software could be quite manual. Some features are limited but the Batonroute is working on expanding and improving the system.

A modern way to make pupils' transportation safe and comfortable

Comments: We are at first stages of organizing transportation of pupils, and this App is really useful, as it provides much possibilities to make it safe and comfortable for children, their parents and also for bus staff, and for school staff as well.

Pros:

What we liked at most and why we have chosen BatOnRoute are: functionality and really supportive team. It's also important to mention, that the App is really easy to use, so the price is reasonable when comparing with alternatives.

Cons:

Sometimes there are something in Spanish within the App (we use the English version), but we are in a trial period for less than 1 month, and it's being fixed quite quick always, so it is ok.
