The template and year-to-year rollover have simplified our SLO development, evaluation, and revision processes. We also like that it's a one-stop location for many of the core services we need: lesson plans, discipline incident documentation, and teacher evaluations. The lesson plan feature has been improved since we first started using the product. The product development team is very responsive to our feedback about ways to improve the interface. For example, we've requested (and received) the ability to easily shift lessons from one day to another. Our elementary teachers love to color-code their classes and are now able to do so very easily when setting up their course schedule for the year. > > **Cons**: Having used the Planbook lesson planning software in the past, it took some adjusting to get used to a different planning interface.
