From day one, their team (especially our account manager \[sensitive content hidden\]&#10;) took the time to deeply understand our business, goals, and industry nuances. They were exceptionally friendly, always available, and genuinely listened to what we needed. They didn’t just run a playbook—they collaborated with us to build one. They shared business development best practices that we still use to this day, helped us troubleshoot inbox deliverability with creativity and care, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we saw value, including offering extra credits when needed. Their regular check-ins, strategic guidance, and willingness to roll up their sleeves made them feel like an extension of our team.

> **Cons**: I am now in the middle of sorting out getting a domain that I have been using for about 12 years out of spam purgatory. I specifically asked during set up if I should use a g-suite account and was told no need. I may be the only person on this planet currently grateful for COVID-19 as I am essentially shut down from email for 3 days while Godaddy tries to get my email address no longer flagged as a spammer by Microsoft. The email address had obviously been primed for like 12 years.

We have one technical issue outstanding regarding something to do with the DNS but getting flagged as spam just led \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] to say, get in touch with your provider and then we can restart the campaigns with that new email address. I deleted all campaigns and paused sending to be on the safe side.

They can scrape their leads, enroll them into cold sequences, track people who are warming up, enroll them on a personalized sequence, then bring them to a demo with personalized emails, phone calls and LI touches. So, excellent, all in 1 tool for outbound.

> **Cons**: The only thing I'd like is to be able to see is: In the list view of contacts in a campaign,  on the list, see how many times they opened and clicked instead of clicking into accounts. This way I can click a campaign, select the engaged leads, move them in a manual campaign. For now, taking a look at the engaged accounts is working though.

They are swift to answer, or find out answers, make suggestions, follow up and they are warm human beings who interact with the best business manners I have ever experienced-every time.  It usually just puts a smile on my face.   Bravo\!\!&#10;\#2 The value of having validated prospects to email is priceless.  Being able to filter multiple ways to find the prospects I need to approach saves so much time and frustration-as a one woman show in these efforts, using Growbots has been a God send.&#10;\#3  The integration and continued education of the system has been impressively easy to handle, with the guidance and direction of the Growbots team.  There is still so much for me to explore, as the system is continually updated, but until I do that, I have a system that works and delivers resulting in terms of getting prospects attention and then getting appointments.

Just a little frustrated when my campaign can't find any additional prospects, sometimes.
