Comments: Very good. Never had a more friendly tool. Easy to use, fast to use and the process hoe to put in the expenses is bullet proof.

Pros:

It is easy to use. In Browser and also as on in the app. Creating a photo of receipts works very well, incl. snipping the picture makes the check process also very friendly

the Circula analizes of receits sometimes does not work. Works good but not perfect

Easy to Use, Hard to Remember

Invoice Recognition: Automatic invoice recognition is a great feature that saves time and minimizes manual input, allowing for a faster and more accurate claim submission. Claim Status: I particularly appreciate how Circula keeps me informed about the status of my claims, eliminating the need to follow-up manually.

Cons:

One downside is that I forget the service's name often, maybe because I use it infrequently. A more memorable branding or regular engagement could make it more top-of-mind for users like me.

Pros:

The thing I like the most is how easy it is to create different compartments for different types of expenses.

Cons:

Sometimes I will not get my receipts immediately (e.g. subscriptions), and this makes the submission process a little bit more complicated.

Comments: Through circular it is very easy to hand in travel costs. The app saves me a lot of time and through the step-by-step approach I am reminded of all costs so that I hardly ever forget anything.

sometimes auto detecting expense amount from document is wrong. for example I uploaded xx SAR expense, and app thought it was xx dollars.

the ease of use, the functionality also on mobile phones, OCR while uploading receipts checking receipts also from tax perspective (accounting) download of accounting reports (incl. GL accounts)

- Workflow options don't meet our company needs - integration with Travelperk doesn't work as expected - no possibility to download/print own expense report

Great tool for tracking expensive

Pros:

As a user, it is pretty straightforward to upload and group together receipts for specific events and submit them for review. The process in the background does also work pretty efficiently, as it only takes a couple of days for expenses to be reimbursed. In case anything fails, it is easy to determine the root cause

Cons:

The automatic receipt scanning is pretty annoying sometimes and I have sometimes accidently submitted a folder with expenses before it was ready due to the button being to prominent. Other than these small issues, everything works great
