Then there was the record keeping of all Planholders and issurance of all addenda with follow up there as well. With Civcast we simply upload the documents. Civcast takes care of the rest. Any questions asked by contractors are quickly sent to the Project Managers who answers it once and it automatically goes to all planholders.
