I dislike that it is a bit plain and therefore boring to me. I honestly don't understand its purpose.

Connecting People Simply and Efficiently
Comments: My experience with WhatsApp can be described as combining ease of use, convenience and a closer connection with the people who matter.

Comments: WhatsApp is an excellent communication tool that keeps getting better with updates. While it may not cater to every need, it remains a top choice for instant messaging and connectivity. It is very easy and reliable application.

Comments: My overall experience with WhatsApp is that it is a fantastic way of communicating with people and staying in touch. This includes personal use and business use. When I say business use I am referring to contacting businesses on a personal level. It is excellent to use for voice calls and sending video's definitely one of my go to Apps.
Pros:
WhatsApp is fantastic for staying connected. I love how easy it is to send messages, photos, and videos instantly. Group chats are brilliant for organising plans, and voice and video calls are so reliable. The end-to-end encryption is reassuring too. It’s simple, fast, and makes keeping in touch effortless!
Cons:
Using WhatsApp for the first time was a slight learning curve. However once I got used to it, I found it was an excellent way of communicating. It can sometimes be intrusive if you are participating in a group chat if it was not your choice to be part of that group.

Comments: Overall, whatsapp is a great app that i use on a daily basis for professional and personal purposes. I would recommend this to anyone as a way to stay in touch as an organization for group chat purposes or even with friends or famoly abroad.

It is difficult to share large files which are greater than 2 GB. Once you set My last seen "Nobody" you won't other last seen. Also when you join chatting groups, you won't see previous posts.
WhatsApp - Instant Messages and Calls
Comments: The App works smoothly without any lagging. The messages are sent and received instantly without any delay except that there is slight delay in Voice and Video Calls. Making Payments on WhatsApp using UPI is not that good as per transaction limit is INR2000.
Pros:
I like the instant messaging service. The receiver receives the message within less than a second. Also, we can share different files or documents in variety of formats. The new feature of creating our own avatar is also awesome. Privacy is given priority in WhatsApp by end-to-end encryption. Its good to have option of whether you want to keep your Read Receipts On or Off. Manage Storage option eases ones efforts to manage the device storage as some of the large unwanted files can be deleted easily without even searching them in each chat. The large files are categorized separately in Manage Storage.
Cons:
The audio calls quality is not that good. I hear the voice of the person with whom I'm speaking after approximately 1 second. Means the voice takes about 1 second delay to hear. Same goes with the Video Calls. When clicking on any WhatsApp channel which I don't follow, it takes about 2-3 seconds to load and then it opens. The documents received in WhatsApp for iOS doesn't gets stored in the iPhone's Files. You can only open it through WhatsApp only. Read Receipts are always On for Group Chat. The UPI payment limit on WhatsApp is INR2000. Because of this, I prefer using another payments app for making payments.

What I find less appealing about WhatsApp is its heavy reliance on a phone number for account creation and use, which can be limiting for those who prefer to keep their number private or use multiple devices. Additionally, the constant need for internet connectivity can be a drawback in areas with poor coverage. The app's backup and data management system could also be more user-friendly, as restoring chats can sometimes be cumbersome. Lastly, the sheer volume of notifications, especially from group chats, can become overwhelming without proper management.

Comments: I've used Whatsapp almost exclusively for both personal and professional communication since it first appeared. Every day, I talk to my family, friends, and coworkers. The app is easy to use in any place, they have the basic functions, and is a good app for be in contact with other person, the calls have good quality of video and audio, the form that you can share documents and multimedia is easy and great. WhatsApp is sometimes boring due to the fact that it's just status viewing and chatting one can do to be entertained. There are no news feeds on the latest things that are happening around the world etc At times, there are constant interruptions when videoing or calling which perhaps maybe due to network but it's very disturbing when it happens. Lastly, I don't like the fact that when I want to recover backed up messages, I don't recover everything. I lose important messages because of this

Comments: Sometimes I feel to receive too many messages from the group chat. The only thing I can do is turn off the notifications. However, overall, I am quite pleased with having instant communication at work, as it is very helpful when I need quick attention. Also, it is easy to use as well.

What I like the most in WhatsApp is that we can contact individuals regardless of whether they are far away, I live far from my family due to my studies so this app lets me easily connected to them and this is additionally useful for day to day correspondences in work and with your family members, free of charge.
