> **Pros**: There wasn't a lot that I liked about Benefit Align. I paid for it for a year but found the platform too complicated and found that certain client import and export methods that were being used were insecure and put client data at risk.

> **Cons**: The Marketplace platform had errors. I was not able to access it. There was not a way to securely upload clients into the platform a with other ACA Platforms. It wasn't a self explanitory easy to use platform. You needed trainings to use it. Adding carriers was also a little complicated. Thing may have improved since 2019. The price was extremely expensive for agents doing only ACA business. There are better values for agents looking for a multiple product enrollment platform.

> I signed up to give their platform a try when I was thinking of entering the Medicare field in addition to the ACA Marketplace. I had so many complications getting setup that I did not have confidence using the platform for any ACA enrollments. There were times when it took days to get a response to my questions especilally when I decided to cancel. Customer response time during the set up process is critical with building confidence with the platform users especially when issue come up with client enrollments. Responding a few days or weeks later was not acceptable. There was not a dedicated agent services phone number nor a dedicated email for issues with the platform or agent accounts.
