Panel Management for Council

Comments: Contractor Compliance management and open and transparent procurement practices via market approach

Pros:

The platform enables Council to effectively manage its panel arrangements of suppliers for core council business activities. It assists Council in contractor compliance management and the request for quote tool for repeat contractor engagement providing clear and transparent procurement processes meeting its legislative obligations.

Cons:

The background colours could be improved on. It can sometimes be difficult to differentiate between data entry cells and the generic background. Data Analytics and reports / statistics would be ideal to be able to run by the user rather than a request to the help team.

Felix - Fit for Purpose Procurement

Comments: Vendor pre-qual, vendor compliance, contracts and management - all now easily achieved in one system, useable across the company.

Pros:

Does all of what it claims. You get to use almost 100% of the capability unlike most systems.

Cons:

Would like to be able to customise some functions a little more rather than global controls

Comments: Felix has been a great tool to support our quality standard on the onboarding process, following quality Obligations ISO 9001:2015 Clause 8.4 “Control of externally provided processes, products and services” Capturing our entire Supplier network in one place with internal team visibility to extract compliance very easily.

User friendly software catered to the needs of the industry

Comments: Fantastic. Some of the best customer service around. Constantly striving to improve and provide the best platform for its customers and the industry

Pros:

The software significantly improved our compliance along with the time spent on onboarding a vendor. We’ve estimated we have saved over 90hours a week since implementing the software while tripling our database numbers

Cons:

Very little to dislike about this software. Any issue encountered has always been promptly addressed by the Felix team.

Comments: Really fantastic to use - I have recommended this to one more company already where my previous manager is working

Pros:

It accommodates most of our procurement plan requirements and easy to produce useful reports for the senior management.

Cons:

Scale the prices are currently in whole number increments but this needs to get in decimals so that we can scale the price more appropriately.

Felix Vendor and Contract Management Software review

Pros:

I like the vendor managed model, where the vendor is responsible for maintaining the compliance documents and information. I also love the contract module, as it provides a level of contract visibility without too much input and ongoing management.

Cons:

Lack of vendor engagement, including Felix involvement in prompting. Limitations in catering for multiple vendor's sub entities. Also restrictions in vendor's being able to update/alter their company details ie. ABN, change of contact.

Easy Vendor Management

Comments: Excellent experience. Easy to use and makes contract management and Request for Quote Processes easy.We used all the modules and the tied in well to enhance the overall procurement system.

Pros:

Easy to use, great customer service who took action quickly and discussed better options to get what we wanted. Easy downloads of data. Easy to use with Vendors.

Cons:

We used Felix a bit differently to how it was set up for Client Contract Management but it worked well. Felix is still working on this new feature.

Great Tool!

Pros:

As I am still a new user I have yet to discover all of the features, but what I am using has been fantastic - sending off the questionnaires to our prospective contractors and having the program do the rest is amazing!

Cons:

Would love an export feature for the answers as currently it isn't possible, but that's not a huge thing as we are only doing one or two at a time.

Recruitment Management

Comments: Enjoy using the system on a daily basis because it allows you to track and respond to different aspects of the recruitment process

Pros:

The ability to locate information easily, track records, transparency across the team and excellent reporting capabilities

Cons:

Time taken to understand each category and sometimes a lot of information to absorb in a short period of time

Buyer

Pros:

Easy to add suppliers and send all the Tendring documents together and also communication.

Cons:

easy to add all documents together and no limitation of volumes of documents.

Easy to navigate and access records

Comments: It is an excellent tools for budget, forecasting and tracking actuals.

Pros:

Compatibility with simple tools like excel.

Cons:

The software closes on its own in a few occasions

The documents uploaded by the suppliers cannot be seen by the user who invited the supplier.

Comments: Trouble shooting is easily resolved with a helpful online and on the phone team. Price pint is very attractive compared to bigger competitors.

Pros:

Pre-qualified trade process and the way Felix creates trade suggestions based on location of job and capability. Ease of use and transparency of information

Comments: One of the key benefits I have found is provided by the product is the consolidation of the compliance requirements for vendors that our business seeks to engage. This assists in the procurement process shortening the lead time and reducing repetitive tasks across the business.

Pros:

I am not using the product frequently and I am still a beginner user, but I find the product easy to use.

Cons:

Have not used the product for sufficient time to be able to find shortcomings yet.

Headache Solved

Pros:

Felix’ flexible approach allows us to tailor our various vendor pre-qualification needs by not only supply category, but also by region / project. We struggled to find this capability in any other platform, especially one that also streamlines the RFx process.

Cons:

The platform doesn't currently manage the compliance of individuals as well as it does the compliance of a vendor as a whole, however I am told this functionality is on Felix's roadmap and should be available in future.

notifications could be improved i.e. once the vendor uploads or is approved the person who invited the vendor should be notified

Pros:

I could easily find or search vendor's drawings and status; the reports section helps too.

Cons:

So far everything looks good, nothing to complain.
