> **Pros**: The ability to search and share results at an affordable cost is a great thing about this software. In particular, a tool that searches for the text contained in any file. Having a smooth experience with low latency is preferable when using the internet. The user interface is quite impressive. The ability to have permissions at the page level is one that I have only encountered in Greenbox. This function is the most practical option for users who wish to share a single page and not the entire document.

> **Cons**: Each one of these software features is top-notch. The only thing that bothers me about using Greenbox, which happens every time I do so, is that there aren't too many font options to pick from. I do this since I also use Google Sheets and Word. The document's default font contributes to the overall document's polished and expert appearance. On the other hand, in the case of papers in which we genuinely want to add extra fun, we will surely need additional font types.
