After trouble shooting several things - the team even admitted this was a problem they were experiencing. When I reached out for help - not only did they take days to get back to me - but when I explained that this was causing customer service issues in my business and that I wanted a refund and to cancel the service - they canceled my service but denied my refund. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in dealing with a software company when things were clearly their fault. I use it for the basic features of scheduling emails, setting reminders, etc. and was thinking about dropping it after Gmail made all their updates, but then Right Inbox came out with a whole slew of new features that are so incredibly useful. What I like most about Right Inbox is how intuitive it is to use. There's no "onboarding" time needed, I just installed it and immediately felt like a power user. > > **Cons**: Some of their features are overkill. They have one that expands links with an image and all this nonsense every time you add a link to an email. But you can turn that off, along with other features you're not using that are getting in the way.
