Comprehensive review of Ms Excel and it's utter usefulness.
Comments: It is highly useful for managing, analyzing, and visualizing data through its extensive array of built-in functions, formulas, and charting tools.
Pros:
It is a versatile tool widely used across various industries for tasks ranging from data entry and budgeting to complex financial modeling and statistical analysis. Its intuitive interface, with a familiar grid of rows and columns, makes it accessible to both beginners and advanced users. Excel's advanced analytical tools- such as PivotTables, Power query and robust charting capabilities, allow for comprehensive data analysis and visualization. It has vast set of built-in formulas and functions for mathematical, statistical, financial, and logical operations, enhancing productivity and accuracy. Data management features, including sorting, filtering, and data validation, enable efficient handling of large data. It's versatility, user-friendly interface, advanced tools, and strong community support make it an essential application for personal and professional use.

It can become cumbersome with large datasets, leading to slow performance and crashes.Security is a concern, as files can be easily accessed or altered without proper protection. Excel’s steep learning curve for advanced features requires significant training. It’s not ideal for creating complex or visually appealing reports compared to specialized software. Reliance on manual data entry increases the risk of human error, potentially resulting in significant inaccuracies in critical business applications.
Excel is indispensable and one of the basics of practical, academic and professional life.
Comments: My comprehensive experience with the program lasted for several years and was generally positive, as the program provides many tools and features that help in managing and analyzing data efficiently, whether in a personal, academic, or professional context. The continuous updates made to the program ensure continuous improvement of performance and the addition of new features that meet the changing needs of users. I use the program in my daily life to manage personal budgets, track expenses, and create spreadsheets to organize personal information such as lists of things to do and appointment schedules. I've also used it to create shopping lists and track spending to help with daily planning and personal management. This software for me is an essential thing in my life that I can never do without. I would like to express my thanks to the work team working on developing the program and thank them for the benefit they provide to people through this great work.
Pros:
I liked many positives about this program, including its ability to adapt to different uses and needs, as well as its effectiveness in transforming data into valuable information through powerful analysis and visualization tools. In addition, this program integrates well with the rest of the Microsoft ecosystem, which enhances productivity and facilitates collaboration, and provides multiple options for protecting files including passwords and specifying access permissions, ensuring the security of sensitive data. Despite its power, it features a relatively simple and easy-to-learn user interface, making it an effective tool for both beginners and professionals.
Cons:
Most of the drawbacks of this software can be effectively dealt with through proper training and taking full advantage of its features, or using other software solutions or techniques in case of urgent need.

The very best of Microsoft Excel
Pros:
Microsft Excel has been a pivotal tool in my line of work for over ten years. I have been using the software for all my administration and design of systems using the calculation functions. I was able to design a shallow foundation base using the software and transferring the information to CAD software. The most fantastic part about Microsoft Excel software is its ability to process large data and auto-generate visualization graphs.
Cons:
Microsft Excel has a lot of functions which can be very confusing if you do not know how to utilize the functions hence it is important to take training. Microsoft Excel can also take time to reopen if the data is too large.
Best spreadsheet software available.
Comments: My overall experience is great. The morew advanced I become as a user the more I like the product!
Pros:
It's widely used and widely known. There are tons of tips, tricks and how to's available online.
Cons:
Nothing really. It does everything we need it to do.
Microsoft Excel Multifunctional Application

Excel Stick with What You Know
Comments: Excel is an excellent software for a business that has multiple staff members working on one project. It is also a great tool to use when a business wants to add a visual concept to the data they have collected
Pros:
Excel can be accessed from anywhere or on any device. Almost any officer worker can use Excel because it is user-friendly. Excel is a great business tool for sharing and tracking important data across an organization.
Cons:
Excel does work well on Apple devices.
daily user
Comments: I have learnt a lot in my years of using excel and I am learning something new everyday. I ant imagine a workday without this software. It is useful, but also fun to use
Pros:
I use excel daily, for data management, KPI, tracking and presentation of data. I find it one of the most useful software's, with a lot of different options for data sorting, and presentation. One of one features i use regularly is pivot tables, which make data management extremely easy to present and sort. The addition of graph creation directly from pivot tables is very helpful. The many different ways of formatting graphs makes it very easy to present.
Cons:
There is a lot to know in excel including many formulas which are useful in data management, but it is not easy to always figure out which formula to use and how to write it to get what you want from the data. However, this is more related to my level of knowledge and not really excel limitation. Google is always a helpful tool in trying to find the correct formula
Crucial for Organizing
Comments: Overall excel has been an important tool for me and everyone I know.
Pros:
I love that excel is really the only platform that does what it does. Excel allows multiple tabs, and ensures you can really keep track of everything line by line. I love that you can search your data by rows, colors, etc. Excel has been a very important part of my journey in learning to organize and keep track of important information. I also love that you can have excel add numbers for you
Cons:
While I love excel, I wish it was easier. It has taken me a long time to learn the features and functions and I use it everyday and still don't know them all. Whenever an off key is added, suddenly it freezes my screen and almost impossible to stop whatever is happening.
Excel review
Comments: It was good. After learning how to operate complex things, it worka wonder
Pros:
Excel provide lot of things like data import. Few days back i wanted to import 41lakh record csv which i was unable to do so as per the limitation, but due to addin and data import i was able to do it. So I found it really amazing. Even the functions are also good like we can do maths and other operations easily. Filtration, sorting are also some more good things. Even now using onedrive and other tools we can share excel among team, so it gets updated and latest version could be seen by all. Pivot is also good feature when dealing with lot of data
Cons:
For using excel to the fullest we require some training. As i was importing 41lakh data i was not aware to do it, so i needed to google and youtube, then i came to know such thing exists. Even after so many years of using this product like from school college days we are using it but I am not aware of all the functionalities. That also shows how vast is excel.
Great full fledge data tool
Comments: Great tool which I am already using for 16 years.
Pros:
I use Excel daily for all kinds of tasks, like analysis, data manipulation, charting/data visualization. The power of formulas for me is key. I have to do quite some data manipulation and calculations to get at certains conlcusions. Pivot tables is another often used tool, great dynamic analytical tool.
Cons:
Sometimes my formulas don't work, hard to understand why that is. Now with AI, it would be great if users get hints/support from AI (like chatgpt) to fix certain formulas or even more high level, get a full task done (kind of macro, but then done for you)
Microsoft Excel
Comments: Microsoft Excel, the original spreadsheet, is a tool that every business is using it. Importing data from different sources can be made fast and without any problems.
Pros:
The main reason I use it is to create reports complex reports when i need to inform about any activity to higher departments. Excel is accessible from any device, PC or smartphone witch make it versatile and can be updated anytime anywhere. There are a lot of things i use in Excel, formulas and charts creations are the main reason i use it. I could say is easy to use and become easier day by day.
Cons:
Collaboration in the cloud can be a little tricky, if 2 persons update it in the same time data could be lost.
