Pictures and reporting
Pros:
A lot of pictures are used to make software look alive. Pictures could be changeable by user?
Cons:
Reporting parts could be more clear. Now files are huge and not very usable.

Thank you Minna so much for your comments. W are happy to confirm that, yes, you can change the pictures, just go to edit and then change the picture. Furthermore, when you create the content information, you can just drag n' drop any any picture you want. Regarding downloadable excel reporting files, we have followed the idea that rather too much than too little. However, as we have users who want to have thousands of rows in a report, we understand that this does not go well together with our philosophy, hence, we will have an update still this year where each report can be fully designed based on your specific need. We are happy to announce that we are working with the new Admin Console and we are looking forward to have it updated still this year as last fall we updated the User Portal that has been highly liked (getting a user rating of 4,6/5, with almost 4000 respondents) by the elearning students. Training Software
Comments: No major issues the software is good but always room for improvement.
Pros:
I like the ability to pull data onto an excel sheet then sort the data.
Cons:
It would be nice to have updated graphics and added functions. Such as email reminders to those with training still to do. Example I can select an employee for training then give a due by date. The system would auto generate emails to make sure employee does not forget about the training.

Thank you Kacey for your comments. We really appreciate your input. We are happy to confirm that we have e.g. automated email reminders on the roadmap still for this year. We are also constantly adding new functions/features with 3-4 new releases per year. good functionality and easy to use

easy to use, quite good user experiences
Cons:
Would be more Smarter functions. such as : 1. would be good that if the platform design can be custom tailor made. 2. costumer can self maintain the training material. e.g. content edit etc. 3. user can subscribe the interest topic, system can recommend the available courses. 4. able to make note while go thought the e learning or post questions. etc.

Hi Xiang, thank you for your feedback, highly appreciated. Brief replies to your comments following: 1) you can brand your portal - colors, logo, font, categories. We at Datafisher do this for you when the LMSis set up. 2.All material you have built with the composer tool integrated on our platform can be edited as you wish, but as you can freely use any vendor and authoring tool that creates storm 1.2 or 2004, we cannot grant acmes to material done with by e.g.vendor. 3) This is a much discussed topic with our customers, so far this is a feature that has been requested. We have it ready on our roadmap, so please contact your internal LMS owner and we are happy to activate this functionality. 4) Very good idea. Currently we have Yammer integration available to the instructor to add in programs this would add value. Comments can be left on each content page as well. The notebooks on our roadmap and thanks to your feedback it will raise in priority.

Too many buttons making usage a bit confusing.

Adapt is not very easy to use and not as easy as ispring.

Thank you for your input. We know that the content creation tool Adapt is not as easy as iSpring. Both are great tools and Datafisher supports and gives trainings (1 day Bootcamps) for both tools. Adapt is free of charge tool and integrated with our Datafisher Dolphin platform, i.e.you can login in with single sign on on the Admin Console to your Adapt. using elearning platform
Pros:
easy to navigate and use, intuitive menus for the most part. I had never used similar software so for me it was all new but I managed quite well to understand to use it
Cons:
Some user restrictions are not so clear, for example when deciding between the views for a module. The module library structure can be a bit confusing sometimes and accidental selections happens when you are clicking.

Thank you very much for your comments. We highly appreciate them. Currently we are working with renewing our Admin Console that we assume you are referring to. We have understood that the UX for assigning target groups has been confusing for many of our Administrator Console users. The good news is that by the end of this year both the UX and the whole Admin Console including reporting etc. will be updated as was the User Portal last fall. We have got 4,6/5 (from over 3000 responders) as a feedback of the User Portal update and of course this is giving us a high ambition level also for the Admin Console. Quite new user
Pros:
Graphics is clear, good colors and easy to read.
Cons:
Finding the right place was the hardest part. I did not find any reminder / alarm to ensure that the training is valid.

Pros:
Easy to use and good quality of the material. Great support from the company!
