Easiest Silent Auction Software

Comments: Easy to use software that makes online silent auctions simple.

Pros:

The features! They have awesome remote bidding features for buyers, and easy ways for the administrators to post auction items and see who has bid on the items.

Cons:

The money they take, but that is understandable if they are a business. Plus, they help others raise more money. I would also like it if it was easier to take cards.

Auction Changer

Comments: Overall it has been a game changer for the silent auctions we do. Check out is so much quicker and easier.

Pros:

I love that it notifies bidders if they have been outbid. It helps to keep that 'competitive' bidding going even if they are not all in person.

Cons:

There is not much I do not like. At times I need to update a description or add a pic, but once someone bids you cannot make changes. I understand the reasoning, but it would be nice to have this option at times.

Can't track Donors

Comments: Good at first until we realized that donors are not easily input and tracked. email customer service worked well.

Pros:

Easy to set up. Looks good. Price was right.

Cons:

We need to be able to easily match donors with the bidders of their items and this software does not allow you to do that. A difficult to manage work-around is necessary.

My experience with 32auctions

Comments: 32auctions is a solid option for those looking to host or participate in online auctions. Pros:

Cons:

I have some difficulties getting help from customer support and encounter problems with the platform.While 32auctions integrates with several secure payment options, it may not support all the options that some users prefer.It charges fees for certain services, such as its payment processing system. These fees can add up and make it more expensive to use the platform than other options.

Comments: This software is really amazing and I can think of very little that requires improvement. Compared to other auction software, it is not only a real bargain, but a wonderful interface. When you are working with the general public, you always worry about usability issues. 32Auctions has been easy for all of our gala attendees to use. And for that I say "KUDOS!"

Pros:

We love 32 Auctions! My nonprofit art organization has used 32 auctions three times over the last two years. It is an easy to use system that has doubled our revenue from our auction fundraisers. The folks who come to our galas find it easy to use, and they LOVE it! It's been a game changer in our fundraising efforts.

Cons:

Perhaps the least favorite thing about the software is the visual design of the pages. But I feel it's almost nitpicking because overall 32 Auctions is really wonderful, and it has performed very well for us!

Great value and easy to use

Comments: Great overall experience! Would highly recommend! Our total expense to the 32auctions was $120!

Pros:

This auction platform is very easy to use and and a great value. The homepage and bidding pages can be customized and easily draw the user in. We were able to link to the virtual payment system of our church to avoid being charged extra fees.

Cons:

Next year, we hope to transition to live auction. The system seems to be set up to do virtual auction first, then live auction. We would like to do that in reverse, so will have to see if that will work satisfactorily.

Easy, reasonably priced auction software

Comments: Great experience! East to emailWinners and send payment reminder emails.

Pros:

Easy to use, easy to set up. Great use of featuring donors on the landing page and on the product, complete with ability to add the donor’s website. I was emailed today saying they now have the ability to pass card transaction fees to the buyer (This was wish list item I has emailed them about). Competitive pricing!

Cons:

Had to pay do remove ads, add more pictures, l add make donors per item, and add more items (cost is per quantity category, so if 105 items, must pay the 100-200 item price.

We did not get paid

Comments: The auction site was easy to set up and worked like a charm for our fundraiser. We created a paypal business account and off we went. However- each payment done via PayPay was charged and immediately cancelled. I spent an hour on the phone with paypal and they determined it was an issue with 32auctions. 32auctions has no over the phone customer service- it is all done via email. I have been emailing explaining the situation and they simply push it back to paypal. Paypal has been extremely helpful but 32 auctions refused to engage to find the glitch. So- as easy as the auction was they have no customer service and no interest in trying to resolve issues. We are out 750.00 and it does not appear there is any assistance coming. Look for a different auction site......

Pros:

The auction was very easy to use and maneuver. Also easy for the auction participants to use

Cons:

I did not have any issues with this software

One challenge

Comments: I will likely look at other hoses before hosting another auction.

Pros:

I like being easily able to produce an auction.

Cons:

There is no way to fix errors or take down an auction item, even if the auction bas not started yet.

this software is misleading, be sure and read their additional charges which are hidden

Pros:

not much, people were able to connect easily, it did print our good auction sheets, was easy to enter

Cons:

that we did not know about their additional fees plus the credit card fees and at time of close out of auction we did not know that paypal account had not been completed and so we could not take any charges at all. So we somehow quickly setup stripes and it charges more than paypal does and takes longer to deposit the money to bank acct.

LOVE 32auctions!

Pros:

We needed a silent auction solution that would help us better promote this program. We tripled our earnings in 2019 because of how easy it was for folks to log in, bid, and pay for their items! The premium features were affordably priced and well worth it.

Cons:

None. We loved it. I will be loyal for life.

Great Software and Easy to use.

Comments: We were pleased to use this software and it met all our needs.

Pros:

It was easy to load the photo into this software and input all the information for the item.

Cons:

There wasn't one thing that stuck out. It met all the needs.
