Pros and cons of DealHub

4.0 3 years ago

Comments: Overall experience is 8/10 as the main thing which we ask for it is delivering the same with quality so someone who has to maintain the client proposal can go with DealHub.

Pros:

The most our team personally liked about DealHub Is there quality of proposal management as well as the quality proposal templates that they provide which not only saves lot of the time but also provide quality proposal document.

Cons:

The workflow management of the software is something which we as a team is looking forward in terms of more improvement as when the data seems to be more it start lagging a bit which sometimes feels a bit irritating at our end.

Comments: The employees are well trained and able to understand the system that makes our life easier when it comes to configuration and support

Pros:

Dealhub is a straightforward application for quoting and opportunity. The application and linking to our CRM is not quite complicated though there are areas that still need to discuss with Support Group but overall we are able to successfully linked our system to Dealhub

Cons:

My only issue is that because of the time zone difference , we can only contact the Head Office after business hours here in Australia but the good thing is that Dealhub has a good customer service that can help us except of course if we need some configuration

3.0 7 years ago

Pros:

Valooto is seamless when creating a quote or order form with multiple drop down options and different formats.

Cons:

Valooto is very tricky to change quotes that have already expired or sent out, sometimes the limits for discounting can make it hard to use.

DealHub Administrator

4.0 last year

Pros:

I like the ease of use of the tool, and the ability to customize it to our specific needs. Also, the people who work there are great. Everyone we have interacted with from implementation to support has been truly dedicated to our success with using DealHub, and it shows.

Cons:

Areas for improvement are in reporting and audit trail. Right now there aren't very robust dashboards available, and no sort of activity or audit trail tracking available for administrators. These features would be very helpful to have.

Streamlined Sales Process with Powerful Tools

4.0 2 months ago

Comments: Overall, DealHub has significantly improved our sales pipeline efficiency and proposal generation process. The collaborative tools have enhanced team productivity, and the analytics provide valuable insights into our sales performance. While there are minor areas for improvement, the platform has been an excellent addition to our tech stack.

Pros:

DealHub’s intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate and manage sales processes efficiently. The ability to customize workflows and generate accurate quotes quickly is a standout feature. The integration with CRM platforms and the centralized data management system streamline operations, saving time and effort.

Cons:

While the platform is feature-rich, some advanced functions can be challenging to set up initially. The learning curve for new users might require additional training. Additionally, occasional lags in system performance when dealing with larger datasets could be improved.

Pros:

Love its easy of setup initially. It is also very easy to learn once you use it for a few weeks (as an admin). It provides a myriad of amazing features and is affordable compared to other CPQ systems.

Cons:

There are still a few limitations when it comes to real time updates for multi-currency orgs (according to daily changes in exchange rates).

Comments: Overall i like it. It has good customisation so you can really build it as you like. Links are easy to send our. Tracking works well.

Pros:

- Integrations: they have a good integration with Salesforce. - Chrome extension: this is useful for receiving live updates on views/signings through the extension - Customisation

Cons:

- Bugs: there can sometimes be bugs, or moments when deal hub is down. this can sometimes be at bad times (end of month). To be fair, our AM is quite responsive which is good.

Fantastic experience so far

5.0 last year

Pros:

DealHub is very easy to configure in most scenarios. The Customer Success Manager and Customer Support services are fantastic and always willing to help. The UI is very intuitive and it is easy to onboarding colleagues with not technical background. Features like Deal Room, collaboration tools, the slack integration and document generation are fantastic. The DealHub team updates the product several time a year to add new features and to address shortcomings.

Cons:

It can get complex when trying to address very specific or complex scenarios. There are some limitations when it comes to price book management for different products in different currencies and it is not possible to have a different price book per currency. The audit trail could be improve as it is difficult to track what has been changed.

Being able to easily use the invoice feature is a big plus. Along with the automation of deal hub, it is easy to create invoices for my clients.

Cons:

Not being able to fully understand everything offered. Deal Hub has a lot of services and I'm not sure how to operate all of them.

Excellent for non enterprise

5.0 2 years ago

Pros:

It has most of the features that you need to get your qtc (cpq) process running. The UI feels contemporary and not bloated nor slow.

Cons:

It is a products delivery first solution, understandably so. Administration enablement should be considered for in the near future.

Great product

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: We replaced an old bespoke system and have built the logic into DealHub meaning we have less user errors when quoting our customers.

Pros:

The low code nature of the solution made it easy to get started with and it has developed into a very comprehensive tool used by our entire sales organisation.

Cons:

Our pricing model is complex so the generic setup of managing prices in DealHub don't satisfy everything we need to deal with. We have worked around it though.

A Powerful Sales Engagement Platform!

5.0 6 years ago

Comments: We solved the issue we had ensuring reps uploaded their signed contracts into Opportunities. This has, in turn, alleviated the friction we were having when it came time for renewals. We came looking for just a CLM tool, but then quickly realized that having a CPQ and the whole sales tracking & engagement in place was a real advantage.

Pros:

I loved the fact that we could work within one deal-process flow and not have to juggle separate tools. The ability to combine CPQ with Contract Management and e-signature enabled me to deliver my team greater productivity in less time.

Cons:

We would like to see them integrated with a platform like Outreach or Salesloft and then we would have our ideal sales stack!!
