About Google Workspace
Google Workspace is how teams of all sizes connect, create, and collaborate — to drive innovation from any device, and any location.
Customer support is good and in some plans you have priority support services. The collaboration is the most transparent possible, work agility is better than with other solutions.
It can be frustrating when there are features that are available in MS Suite that GSuite does not have. They are few and far in between, but once in a while it does frustrate you.

A colloborative powerhouse with room for development
Comments: High level streamlined productivity and user friendly interface with reliable security. It also satisfies wide accessibility
Pros:
Google chat, google docs, google meet, google forms and so on are my everyday usable platforms and also i use a lot in google drive to save up my stuff. How could I deny that its a great asset to a individual who uses internet on a regular basis. Its seamsless collaboration features are playing a great interest.
Cons:
Storage limitations are of the most barrier that I come accross. Subscription prices are expensive which is not appealing.
Alternatives Considered:
Hassle free comes at a cost, and a couple of gotchas.
Comments: Overall experience is positive, but the second I get a similar eco-system elsewhere for cheaper, I wouldn't hesitate much.
Pros:
The ecoysystem. Everything just works. I have had issues with OneDrive randomly ending file access and team members complaining that the file isn't accessible, however this is not the case with Workspace. It comes with quite a lot of features out of the box to help you run your business, and on top of which, if you are savvy enough with scripting, you can almost run basic, non-TOS breaking transactional emails (think reminders, alerts etc).
Cons:
I think it is quite expensive for the price. A major negative is that Google neglects their Workspace customers and gives them a degrading experience if you own Google devices. Many features aren't compatible as opposed to having a regular gmail account and they still haven't addressed this despite being a user for over 12 years.
Good investment👍🏻
Comments:
My experience was great
I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family
Pros:
It is useful because you get everything in just one app like gmail, documents and slides etc.I mainly use it yo make slides for my office meetings
Cons:
Although i love google workspace but sometimes it hangs and get me irritated

Alternatives Considered:
Not perfect, but still amazing!
Comments: I've been using Google Workspace for over a decade, and it's just an excellent product, and they keep improving it. However, they seem to change their mind too often. "Here's Duo, use it for video conferencing. Here's Hangouts, use it to chat. Psych! Now it's Meet and Chat."
Pros:
When it comes to team collaboration, Google Workspace is the best in the business. Teams can collaborate live editing documents together, using chat within those documents, and everything is just intuitive.
Cons:
While the collaboration is amazing, the productivity suite just isn't MS Office. They're close, but just lagging in features. The Google Sheets formulas aren't quite the same as Excel, the formatting options of Google Docs aren't as robust as Word, etc.

Google Workspace - Must Have Productivity and Collaboration Tools
Comments: Our team has used Google Workspace for years and absolutely love how easy it makes collaborating together and with external partners.
Pros:
Google Workspace is easy to set up for your whole team and provides essential collaborative tools all in-one place. With email, file sharing, documents, spreadsheets, slides, forms and much more this platform is our must have for getting things done.
Cons:
I wish google drive space had more filtering options for organizing and accessing files. This drawback can occasionally make it difficult to quickly find a file if you don't have a clearly established folder hierarchy in place.
Alternatives Considered:
Stable And Unstable At The Same Time
Comments: Doesn't let down, easy to use every-day, while feeling modern most of the time it also feels clunky and old.
Pros:
Ease to use, compatibility with other Google services, well-known
Cons:
Lack of speed for adding basic modern chat features, too many hard changes on UI & UX
You can't go wrong with Google Workspace for project management
Comments: Overall, it has been very satisfying, the tools have been very useful to achieve success in our projects and manage documentation.
Pros:
I like how complete the workspace is. We used most of its tools for storing the entire project documentation, manage mail communications and daily chats, schedule team video calls and used Jamboard before it got discontinued.
Cons:
One of the Google Workspace tools, Google meets, is very powerful, but lacks the tool to draw in the screen of the person who is sharing screen, to better discuss the project.
Web based productivity apps at their best
Comments: I am more productive in Workspace than I would be using any other productivity tools
Pros:
Honestly no other web based office apps product even comes close
Cons:
It keeps you within the Google ecosystem
Alternatives Considered:
Works Well for Smaller Team
Comments: Good, we have used it for mnay years, as well as the calendar, doc, and gmails.
Pros:
The is all in one space and so easy for many people to work in the space, and specific document.
Cons:
I don't like how it is organized in google, I wish there was almost previews of how it can be set up. For instance a list order, not folders.

Intuitive One Stop Shop
Pros:
It’s a one stop shop for running a virtual business that allows me to collaborate with my team. As a non Microsoft company, it’s perfect for us.
Cons:
I wish Google Forms was a little more sleek. And I wish that google Meet was a little more robust.

Google Workspace Offers Value
Comments: My overall experience with Google Workspace has been excellent. The seamless integration of Drive for file management, flexible calendar features, and effortless team sharing make collaboration efficient and organized. Whether working remotely or on-site, it’s easy to keep everything in sync, ensuring smooth communication and productivity across the team. A powerful tool for collaboration.
Pros:
Google Workspace offers a seamless suite of productivity tools that make collaboration easy and efficient. Real-time editing in Docs, Sheets, and Slides allows teams to work together from anywhere. The integration with Gmail, Calendar, and Drive ensures smooth communication and file management. Its cloud-based accessibility and strong security features make it ideal for remote and on-site teams alike.
Cons:
Google Workspace removes some beta programs that we utilize, and occasional syncing issues can disrupt real-time collaboration.
Easy to use and manage business email
Comments: Google Workspace for me has been a great tool to enable business email and user profiles. It allows me to get on with work without needing to spend big money on external IT providers.
Pros:
Seamless way to manage business email and associated tools. Google Workspace makes it easy to set up business email accounts and user profiles without needing a lot of technical knowledge.
Cons:
Some tools and systems do require Googling to find a way through them, but generally speaking I find the software is easy to follow and use.
The best for organization!
Pros:
Google Workspace is so easy to use. I love that I can so easily keep track of all of my businesses' needs inside of one platform and that everything syncs so easily. I've really enjoyed organizing all of my files within Drive, linking Docs to Tasks, syncing Tasks to my Calendar, setting up Appointment Schedules within Calendar, and embedding Forms into my Appointment Schedules. Everything is so smooth and streamlined.
Cons:
I would love to see a mobile version of Google Tasks and I would love to see this get built out to work a little bit more like Asana, Trello, or Monday. I also would love to see Google Slides function a little more like PPT or like Canva.
Google Workspace Is A Requirement For Our Success
Comments: Overall Google Workspace is a non-negotiable necessity for our organization. With Mail as our primary inbound and outbound system for our SSO as well as outreach, it's simple and integrated across multiple channels. Calendar is very easy to use for internal meeting management and the ability to add, or copy invites to calendars are frequently used. It's also our primary PTO tracking, and scheduling measure. Google Meet is largely our most used feature (outside of Drive Storage) because it's very easy to use and share across all of our departments. With the ability to add the invite meeting to the calendar invite very easily, we have very little issues with meeting with any internal or external partners. The ability to alter calendars based on timezone is helpful to navigate across multiple markets we service. Overall, as many companies evaluate software, for our organization, Google Workspace is a requirement.
Pros:
Google Workspace is incredibly efficient for our team to collaborate, save data, and navigate our stored documents, procedures, lists and all of the important features that we need to effectively run the organisation. We are frequent users of Mail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and Chat to improve our experience and communication.
Cons:
Google Chat is outperformed by other third party tools for internal communication, as well as limited at least from our experience, in inviting third party collaborators to chat directly with teams on Chat.
My experience with Google workplace
Comments: My overall experience with Google Workspace has been positive. The platform excels in enabling collaboration and productivity, with tools that are intuitive and easy to navigate. The ability to access documents, emails, and other tools from any device with an internet connection adds great flexibility. Real-time collaboration in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides has been a game changer for team projects, allowing for seamless communication and faster workflow.
Pros:
What I find most impressive about Google Workspace is its seamless integration between various productivity tools, like Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, and Meet. The real-time collaboration feature, especially in Docs and Sheets, is a standout. Multiple people can work together on the same document or spreadsheet, seeing each other’s changes instantly, which makes teamwork much smoother. Its cloud-based nature also makes accessing your work from anywhere super convenient. Plus, the intuitive design and frequent updates keep the platform modern and easy to use.
Cons:
One of the downsides of Google Workspace is its occasional limitations in advanced functionality compared to dedicated software, like Microsoft Excel or Adobe products. For example, Google Sheets lacks some of the more complex data analysis features that are standard in Excel. Additionally, the file conversion between Google’s formats (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft’s can sometimes be imperfect, especially for heavily formatted documents. Also, while it’s convenient, reliance on a stable internet connection for smooth operation can be frustrating if you're in a location with unreliable connectivity.

Google Workspace is largely positive, especially for productivity and collaboration.
Comments: Overall, Google Workspace is an excellent platform for everyday business productivity, communication, and collaboration. It shines particularly in team environments, where real-time interaction and file-sharing are crucial.
Pros:
Google Workspace, the ability for multiple users to edit Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides simultaneously with real-time updates is incredibly efficient. It removes version control issues and encourages teamwork.
Cons:
Feature Limitations in Google Docs and Sheets: Although Docs and Sheets are great for collaboration, they sometimes lack advanced Microsoft Word or Excel features. Complex formatting, advanced data analysis tools, and more intricate design elements are more challenging to execute in Google’s simpler interfaces.
Collaborative and easy to use productivity suite
Comments: Overall, Google Workspace has been an indispensable tool for my team. It simplifies collaboration, helps us stay organized, and allows us to work from anywhere. For companies looking for an all-in-one productivity solution that integrates communication, collaboration, and cloud storage, Google Workspace is an excellent choice. The convenience of having everything in one place far outweighs any minor limitations.
Pros:
hat I like most about Google Workspace is its seamless integration of tools that enhance team collaboration and productivity. As a CMO, managing multiple projects and communicating with various teams is essential, and Google Workspace makes this effortless. The real-time collaboration on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations through Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides is a game-changer for remote or hybrid teams. It’s easy to keep everything organized through Google Drive, and the integration with Gmail and Google Calendar helps keep our communication and scheduling on track. The flexibility of accessing these tools from any device is incredibly useful, especially when I’m on the go.
Cons:
The only area I feel could use improvement is the offline functionality of some tools. While Google Workspace works great online, the offline mode doesn’t always perform as smoothly, particularly when syncing changes. Additionally, some of the advanced features in Google Sheets and Docs are a bit limited compared to other standalone tools, but these are minor trade-offs given the overall ease of use and collaborative features.
Workspace for Non-Profits is an Important Tool for Overall Connectedness!
Comments: Very positive in the way that we are able to utilize it fully. Also, we get it for free because we are a non-profit, so that adds to our overall enjoyment and experience with the tool.
Pros:
The fact that it is cloud-based and allows us to combine email, drive storage, admin functionality and controls, and connect our company together all in one.
Cons:
Believe it or not, I really don't have anything negative to say about Workspace. It has proven itself to be an effective tool for us.
Effortless Collaboration and Productivity with Google Workspace
Comments: My overall experience with Google Workspace has been positive. It provides a unified platform for managing tasks, communicating with team members and organizing tasks with ease. The ability to collaborate in real time on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations changed the way I collaborate with my team. I also appreciate the integration of Gmail, Calendar, and Drive, which makes it easy to access everything I need and helps me stay organized. Pros:
The best part about Google Workspace is its seamless integration of devices that makes collaboration and collaboration work incredibly well. Features like Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides allow for real-time editing and sharing, keeping everyone on the same page and eliminating the hassle of version control I also like the deep integration with Gmail and Calendar, which makes organizing and email management is easy. The interface is user-friendly, accessible from any device, and ensures smooth navigation anywhere.
Cons:
One of the drawbacks of Google Workspace is that some features require a strong internet connection, so productivity can affect performance in terms of connectivity. Additionally, while the tools are powerful, the lack of advanced formatting options in Google Docs and Sheets compared to dedicated software can be limiting for complex documents or spreadsheets Finally, files and folders navigating between multiple shared types can get messy over time.
communication and workplace synergy
Comments: I really enjoy it! Our organization is using more and more Google programs which has really helped our communication and productivity. We have people working in many locations so being able to get information out rapidly to a broad web of people and over several platforms is instrumental to how we currently function.
Pros:
If you take advantage of other google apps in your organization (docs, meet, calendar etc.) they all communicate with one another but more importantly, they communicate with other team members. The ability to share information across devices and workspaces in invaluable.
Cons:
There is a bit of a learning curve coming from other apps. Because information sharing is so easy throughout the workplace (including file deletion), the need for a moderator of some kind might be necessary.

On account of Work area, I've had the option to deal with my time and undertakings all the more actually, and it truly increases the value of my day to day work schedule. I enthusiastically prescribe it to anybody searching for an extensive work the executives stage."
Cons:
"In spite of its many benefits, Work area has a couple of regions that could be gotten to the next level. In the first place, a few devices might require somewhat of an expectation to learn and adapt for fledglings, particularly the people who are new to project the executives stages. It would be useful to have more nitty gritty instructional exercises or onboarding advisers for make it simpler for new clients. Another downside is that sure high level elements are locked behind higher evaluating levels, which may not be reasonable for consultants or independent ventures with restricted financial plans. Also, the portable application, while practical, some of the time comes up short on perfection and elements of the work area form, making it harder to chip away at the go. Generally speaking, while Work area is a strong stage, resolving these issues could improve it an even encounter for a more extensive scope of clients."
Don't noodle on Google
Comments: I find Google workspace to be very helpful in keeping my professional and personal life organized. I can organize my documents in folders, color coded. You can really customize a lot! Speedy meetings was an awesome setting in calendar!
Pros:
I can go between documents from my laptop to my phone without losing anything. The share ability is awesome too!
Cons:
It bothers me that I am randomly signed out of sheets or docs when I'm in the middle of working on something.
Google Workspace makes a better work place!
Comments: I’ve used Google workspace to build marketing packages, business pro-forma’s, and use it to support all kinds of business applications.
Pros:
Everything I need for business compartmentalize in one place without opening multiple interfaces.
Cons:
Browser support issues on Safari. I often use Safari browser and have to switch to Chrome to use Google products.
Fantastic and Modern Tool
Comments: I've been using Google Workspace here and there with my current company and two previous companies as well. I use it for collaborating on documents, collaborating on spreadsheets, hosting company files in the cloud, and sharing processes in need of updates.
Pros:
I love how lately I can do tabs in Google Docs. And before that, I loved that I could insert a link to a Google Workspace file and then tab to change the link into a linked button of it's own with the file title.
Cons:
I don't love the way that it's not quick and easy to move Google Docs or Sheets back and forth between different folders. I wish that Google Drive worked more like a desktop, with ability to have multiple folders open side-by-side.
Google Me This!
Comments: I used Google Workspace for about a year and a half. It was my introduction to the professional world. I loved it because it was SO easy to navigate. The most user-friendly platform I've ever used. I didn't need a tutorial to understand. I already understood it (and I never used it before).
Pros:
All of the workspace (Gmail, drive, docs, sheets, slides, chat) were so accessible between each other, and how you can work on all of them at the same time.
Cons:
Not too many cons. Everything ran smoothly. Every now and then you have to clear your data, cache, and cookies to get it to run smoother. Super easy though.
