It was easy to use, it was easy to integrate with Zoom and it checked all the boxes we needed for our event.

Cons:

People are getting used to the zoom style of events with everything happening on a single window so in making the switch on Hubilo we tend to loose audience along the way.

Comments: Hubilo was our virtual venue for AIA Lifehackers 2022, and we wanted to provide an all-in-one platform for our attendees, speakers, mentors, and jury. It offered many flexible features for attendees to engage with each other and participate in content created for them.

Pros:

Their customer service is top-notch! Our assigned CSM Shatakshi and the rest of the support team were very responsive and accommodating.

Cons:

Hubilo's ticketing system could use improvement in terms of free events that do not require purchasing a ticket. We received a lot of questions about "buying" a ticket, even if it cost 0 USD.

Hubilo's a great platform for virtual events - hybrid or virtual.

Comments: We were able to reach out to a global audience with Hubilo, the customer support was very supportive and reactive to our requests and tried their best to accommodate to all our requests and we really appreciate it.

Pros:

The ease of navigation in hubilo's platform makes it easy for our attendees to switch from one session to another while we were running 3 concurrent breakout sessions at the same time.

Cons:

The login process could be better managed, the code and password were confusing for most attendees and we'd like it if we can just stick to one process.

Most unsatisfied Product, unprofessional team and doesn't worth money

Comments: For me, the most humiliating part is the demo team who are totally unprofessional in attitude and I wonder why they are just wearing innerwear for the meeting.

Pros:

1. It allows to Integrate Zoom and other streaming platforms.

Cons:

1. The login process has the security process with OTP but when the same shared by the person, anyone can join without any authentication. 2. Most of the options are not working for Virtual event but still exist on-page. They could have been hidden or given some note. 3. You need to create notifications separately just to notify on some event, even then that notification won't pop up upfront, you need to dig deeper into notification tab. 4. The content won't pop up dynamically in the feed, you need to refresh the whole page in order to see the new content in the feed. 5. unprofessional attitude from the demo team.

Great Platform and Great Service!

Comments: Go for it! Best tool and the best team we've worked with so far and we've tried a bunch!

Pros:

The platform has all the features needed to organize a great virtual event. From engaging with the delegates, to admin work on the dashboard and getting your team to manage the event. Great functionality. But even more important, the help and support we got from the customer success representative - [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] - were unprecedented. We used few other similar services in the past, but none compare to the amount of time and energy we got from their representative. They went over and above to make sure they answer every question and fix all our requirements. They even pushed the roll out of a new feature just for us! It was a great experience working with them!

Cons:

Can't think of many things, to be honest. As they have so many great features - it would help to have short demo videos we could share with the potential sponsors and exhibitors - as it would definitely get them to appreciate the platform.

Ease of Coordination & Management

Comments: Hubilo solves a lot of issues that in-person events could not. Almost everything are automated, saves a lot of time and manageable. We like it!

Pros:

1. Attendee onboarding and management 2. Lounge/meeting features 3. Integration of chatbot/customer service 4. Analytics of total event 5. Setup of virtual booth/tables 6. Layout 7. Ease of event setup process 8. Response and support from Hubilo's account manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT]

Cons:

Features that we hope to be able to use for our future events: 1. Recording for lounge meeting 2. Background upload for virtual meetings 3. Video links made available for channels (instead of 1 link per video) 4. Contest winners to have more than 1 winner announcements 5. Rearrangement of Community Banners 6. Rearrangement of Team Members according to ranking positions

Excellent hybrid events with Hubilo

Comments: Excellent

Pros:

The ease of using the backend and planning the event. The slickness of the user interface and how its easy to navigate and engage with the platform and other users.

Cons:

The software is only intergrated with one payment gateway. Ideally you should have at least two/three options to choose from. If you cannot use the payment gateway, then you cannot use the software.

Wonderful Virtual Conference Software

Comments: In October, we decided to go Virtual with our annual conference (which will be in May). We are still setting up the software now, but many of us have been in it and are setting up the many features. It works really well and offers great ways to conference attendees to meet each other and learn more about topics they care about.

Pros:

This platform combines the best of the Virtual Conference programs - it offers an Event Feed (like facebook), interest-based matching for attendees (customizable), a "lounge" with tables for meetings, meet and chat features for all attendees, Exhibit booths, and games, plus the usual schedule and presentation options.

Cons:

They are developing it so fast, it changes constantly. Some of the features are not well documented.

Great software and excellent client experience

Comments: We use Hubilo to facilitate our annual conference experience. It provided extra value to the experience and elevated the excitement for our guests.

Pros:

This is the second time we used the software to assist with a hybrid conference and to elevate the in-person experience. It provided a great medium for attendees to connect with one another and interact leading up to the conference and to engage with events during the conference. Some of the setup is not intuitive but we had the help of our client service managers who went the extra mile to schedule demos, address our questions, and be on call during the event to address any issues that arose. For someone who does not have a tech background, they were very helpful in explaining and liasing with other third parties to ensure our streaming went perfectly. They were also transparent regarding the limitations of the platform and the package we had purchased, as well as showing us some workarounds to assist with out needs. We would strongly recommend!

Cons:

The event interface is not always clear so it required instruction by the client service managers to understand how to do certain tasks. There could also be clearer registration/capture options.

Perfect Conference Software

Comments: We were delighted by our overall experience with Hubilo. Sometimes the instructions did not cover the information we needed, but their Tech Support was always there and very helpful.

Pros:

The Hubilo Conference Website is perfect. At the top is your graphic banner, then a set of icons. Each icon takes the attendee to a page. The icons can be renamed, rearranged, and added/removed by each conference organizer. The Reception page displays information from other parts of the setup such as , speakers, sponsors, etc. plus you own Video Tour of the Conference Website, a Leader Board, and a list of the meetings you arrange. The Event Feed was used extensively by our attendees and accepts images and videos, comments, or a rating. Sessions is the schedule with simultaneous sessions clearly displayed as tabs. Attendees can Favorite, take notes, and rate all sessions. The Lounge allowed as many tables as we needed with a question or company logo on each. The instant meeting functions worked seamlessly. The Attendee Profiles are robust and attendees can edit them, chat, or request a meeting. Speaker Profiles are similar. Exhibitor and Sponsor Booths were well appointed and the electronic business card is brilliant. There are several kinds of Contests, which our attendees loved. Our last feature was a User Guide, with PDF files for instructions tailored to Attendees, Presenters, and Sponsors.

Cons:

We would have preferred that Sessions could be added to their Google or Microsoft calendar. The Meetings function was difficult for us because our conference was international, but easy enough within a single time zone.

Comments: Overall experience was good, and felt our event (The Healing Trauma Conference) was successful with Hubilo. Hubilo provided our needs to have our event more integrated and interactive with livestreaming and to have an event this year. The Hubilo support staff was fabulous and very caring in having our event function to the best and be a very successful event. When we had a couple of hiccups, they took care of us and got the event moving. They were the best and we couldn't have had the event's success with out them.

Pros:

Gave us the opportunity to hold our annual event, even though all the ups and downs of the pandemic along where restrictions or non restrictions might be with the pandemic at the date of our event. Gave us some clarity about having an event, which was on trauma and healing from trauma. We knew we needed to hold "The Healing Trauma Conference" this year, but back when we started planning the event we weren't sure if an in person event would be available. Liked that the software can be a hybrid to help people feel more like in person event and the opportunity to reach a world wide audience, not just our local or regional folks. As a small nonprofit organization gave us the opportunity to have others speakers or attendees that we might not have had the chance with just an in person event.

Cons:

Would have liked more information on how to talk or promote in our media materials to this new style of hybrid, integrated software platform to attendees, exhibitors or guests. To help them to get the most out of the site and our event, especially if have a wide age range of guests or different abilities of internet/computer experiences. Would have liked more information on how as a small organization or business to uses the site during the event a little more. More adaptability with how the event ticket looks on the site and the how that flows for a purchaser, might be helpful as not sure why we had several incomplete orders. Adaptability of more organization/business branding when emails go out that people respond or doesn't go into spam folders as much.

Pros:

We think the interaction you can have with your attendees and speakers is great, there are a lot of options to get people engaged with your events.

Cons:

That we need to create a new mobile app for every event, but we are told Hubilo is working on this and we will have a very good improvement soon.

Platform has great value for price, very user friendly

Comments: All things considered, great value for the price. Setting up events is easy and intuitive (no coding necessary- phew!) and [SENSITIVE CONTENT], our customer success [SENSITIVE CONTENT], was a joy to work with. He was very responsive and had great ideas for how to use the platform in ways that would highlight our main event objectives.

Pros:

Great feedback from our attendees re: user experience. The online platform and mobile app were very easy to navigate and it's a great platform for connecting/networking with other attendees (the meeting function is intuitive and productive!) The updates Hubilo made from 2021 to 2022 were tremendous- they listen to and implement user feedback, and i look forward to seeing further updates!

Cons:

When using live streaming we went with Studio BroadCast, and had occasional glitches. I would recommend using their Zoom integration as I believe this is a smoother experience for the speakers. Occasional glitches with registration, but they were resolved in a timely manner.

Hubilo Platform

Comments: We hosted our ongoing monthly webinar and year-end grand event, so far Hubilo has been able to meet our expectation. Especially the customer support part, our assign CSM Deep has been very engaging and helpful when we are lost, so this customer engagement part really help us in organizing and running the event.

Pros:

Hubilo is a CMS style platform which is easy to use and have proven to be a stable platform.

Cons:

Ticketing could have been better with more customizable options, sessions also lacking customizable options.

Worth it for the Customer Service alone!

Pros:

Hubilo is pretty easy to navigate, and whenever I run into any problems, my Customer Experience Manager is ready with an answer. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been invaluable in ensuring that we are fully supported. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] our Account Executive, has also been a tremendous help. In the sea of options for virtual platforms, this duo is what made us continue to use the platform for our virtual events.Some of the other items we like is the capability to build out a landing page and the flexibility we have in our design. The virtual platform is straightforward for an attendee. And there are several items we don't currently use, but could in the future.

Cons:

Though we are pretty happy with most parts of the platform, a few items could be upgraded. Reporting isn't as robust as I would like as well as some of the backend functions could be more seamless like having all of an attendee's information in their record (e.g. what sessions they attended). As Hubilo is still new to the virtual platform side, my hope is that it will become robust with age.

Pros:

Ease of use - the new dashboard allows a lot of customization which the earlier dashboard didn't have The App integration and customization helps in updating the app and website easily.

Cons:

The color pallet is limited, Try to have theme customization as well For e.g. if a theme has an xyz schedule panel but we like schedule panel from another theme template - this customization will help a lot

Pros:

The staff assigned to my company was highly supportive before, during and after event (shoutout to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] !!). She guided my team to navigate through the platform and it was easy for us to get the hang of it. The platform is customizable according the needs of your event.

Cons:

My team and I did not have any issues with the software. We have some suggestions for improvement that were conveyed to the team by [SENSITIVE CONTENT] . 1. Improvement on invite mailer. Emails sent through the invite mailer ended up in the attendees' spam inboxes. 2. More search functions under People in the backend to locate attendees easily.

Limited variants of themes, and certain limitations as a website like not being able to adapt each and every function as per our choice, instead trying to make do with the available functionalities.

Hubilo, the right tool

Pros:

Relatively easy to use, Hubilo allowed us to quickly create a fully personalized digital event for a very affordable price compared to the competition, and without an annual subscription (a big plus for a service like this). We particularly appreciated the availability of the technical service which was particularly attentive to help us in the realization of our event. A big thanks to him !

Cons:

Among the things to improve, we encountered some problems with the "Breaking Rooms" and "Lounge" functions which were not always accepted by the security services of our participants (VPN, firewall ...). This cost us some technical difficulties, especially since when it came to connecting the cameras and microphones during these two sessions, the stability was not always there. I think these two features really need to be improved to allow the platform to conquer the business company's market, always looking for secure and easy-to-use solutions.

Successful Online Event for 2022 Seller Conference of Amazon Global Selling

Comments: The virtual event took place on Hubilo platform for 2 separated audience groups which divided into 2 live-ballrooms . The online event run smoothly with support from Hubilo team members who are vert patient and supportive.

Pros:

Hubilo enable to have thousands of people joining the virtual event at the same time without issues of lagging or disruption. It also ensures the high-quality of long-video (up to 3 hours) for better viewer's experience. The back-end system is also easy to use even for low-tech person who can change the updates / modify the customized set up.

Cons:

Some fixed features are still hard to change for better alignment with our brand guideline (example color of some button)The content localization (specially Vietnamese ) need to upgrade for better adaptation (cause Vietnamese have many words that can not use current translations offered from Hubilo). And it take time to modify or update exact keyword as ad hoc requests/ changes

User friendly virtual events platform and excellent customer service!

Pros:

The dashboard (back end) is extremely intuitive and easy to use, which makes organizing an online event very easy, whether you have experience or not. This was our third time using Hubilo for our events and each time we have been more and more pleased with the support from our customer success representative, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. He has excellent attention to detail and always goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met and our questions answered. During this event, we used an interpretation feature (provided by Congress Rental) that was embedded into the platform and it worked very well. Both Hubilo and Congress Rental worked hand in hand to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day.

Cons:

The only issue we have ever encountered is that some participants do not receive the email inviting them to the platform due to strong firewalls. However, we are solving the issue mentioned above, as Hubilo is working on a landing page where countdown pop-ups, etc can be integrated which means we would send out links before the platform itself is ready to be launched.

Amazing Virtual Platform & Team!

Comments: Hubilo helped us transitioning from live / physical events to virtual events, and dissipating the initial panic that our industry (conferences) would suffer tremendously through the Covid-19 days. The team is super motivated, professional, believe and pride themselves in what they do / in wearing the Hubilo t-shirt, and definitely highly supportive / "hold our hand" along the overall process prior, during and after our events. I ask a question, and I get an answer any day of the week and at any time (even @ early hours of the morning local Indian time). The platform - and once you get the "hang of it" post Hubilo's training session - is super user-friendly and easy to use.

Pros:

Sponsors Virtual Stands Participants virtual networking - Virtual Meetings & Chat

Cons:

Could not use the same email address for the sponsor representative and speaker; so if it was the same person it could only featured in one of the categories. However, Hubilo takes onboard clients' comments and recommendations and adjusts the platform accordingly. So for one, this has now been changed and it is now possible to do so. Another feature that may be useful to be adjusted is the 1-2-1 meetings, so to enable a different number of meetings per type of sponsorship package and pricing. Last I checked it was not possible to tailor the number of meetings per sponsor... but maybe this has also been adjusted (?)

Comments: Great platform for online conference during pandemic! [SENSITIVE CONTENT] from Hubilo team gave us too much supports for this year's SustPack Asia online event. Much appreciated!

Pros:

Attendees are able to interact with each other. Besides live Q&A is a great part of online event.

Cons:

Zoom streaming sometimes is not stable; cannot put attachment in invite mailer.
