### "Living with N-Sight, knowing new stuff is coming\!" — 4.0/5

> **Pros**: The interface is easy to use, and we were able to become productive very quickly.&#10;True multi-tenancy capability makes it easy to segregate customers.  The dashboard is clean and apart logicl, from one widget which still says "Feature Unavailable" (for which I am still to get an answer on), and is logical and informative.&#10;The new "Assets" module and the new "Vulnerabilities" module add to the information flow.&#10;The reporting is efficient enough with the usual sorts of reports being available.&#10;Deployment of the agent to new clients is simple enough, and using the "Take Control" facility, can be deployed remotely if desired.

> **Cons**: The new "Vulernabilities" module is only able to show any systems with vulnerabilities at the moment.  It will be much more useful once you can remediate from there.&#10;Two things are still lacking, though.  Firstly, there is no ability to run a separate "NOC View" window (the current "Wall Chart" is an attempt at one but is lacking. It works, but is poor.&#10;The second is that patching, though functional, is still a little cumbersome compared to some of the other products.  It's a little annoying but does not diminish the overall value of the product.&#10;Custom Branding is still something I have not been able to get right.

> Overall, I find the product to be a very good fit for my business.  Having compared it to several others out there, we settled on N-Sight for the effectiveness of the product, ease of use, and value for money.&#10;The latest "Inform" event gave good "insight" (pun intended) into what new improvements are coming and they will be most welcome, particularly the ability to remediate vulnerabilities from within that module\!  Game changer\!\!

> **Cons**: There was a learning curve involved, with functions buried amongst menus that were not obvious. The Knowledge Base could also do with more details and examples.

> Overall it is a good experience using N-sight and we have fully implemented it across our client base to good effect.

> **Pros**: The ease of deploying the agent and gathering the information on the machine. Through different apps integration, almost everything can be done from the dashboard. Most of the time, it can be set and forget.

> **Cons**: Some of the application requires additional work to reinstall such as scriptrunner or patch management.

> Had been using N-Sight since it's first generation through other vendors before and it has changed significantly throughout the years. Had also used N-Central but personal preference is still N-Sight. It is the software that I recommend to others who want to start a new business or change over their existing software. For internal IT team, this is the tool to consider getting to help streamline work if manpower is a problem.
