Reliability starts with a good CMMS.
Pros:
Limble has been instrumental in implementing a maintenance reliability program here at RIE. As a power user and for the operators submitting work requests, the Limble system is user-friendly. I like that anyone can submit a work request without needing to log into Limble, and I like that the requestors get updates on the work requests they submit. Customer service for Limble is remarkable, and my CSM [sensitive content hidden] always answers my questions in a very timely fashion. [sensitive content hidden]did an excellent job teaching me the ropes of Limble, and I am very pleased to have those training recordings and all the great training on Limble's YouTube channel.
Cons:
I have not found anything I dislike about Limble. It is extremely customizable, so if there is something you don't like or you want to add something, you are more than likely able to change/add those things in Limble.
Alternatives Considered: MaintainX and UpKeep
Reasons for Switching to Limble CMMS: One of the biggest reasons I chose Limble was the stellar customer service reviews. I entered the quest for a CMMS, thinking I knew what I wanted. When I started reviewing the three systems, Limble was not at the top of my list. Another reason I chose Limble was because of the all-in pricing. I don't have to pay extra for training/implementation.
Bobbitt Construction
Comments: Very user friendly and great initial training.
Pros:
I really like the simplicity of setting it up and the customization is very user friendly along with the support both live and video.
Cons:
We have not had the system long so I don't really have any complaints yet.
Alternatives Considered: MaintainX
Reasons for Switching to Limble CMMS: Price........................................
Slow, Buggy, Unreliable, Tedious
Comments: I don't enjoy using it, especially for the price I'd rather just go back to using greasy pieces of paper. But I'm not the one who makes those decisions, I'm just the one who has to slog through trying to use Limble every day.
Pros:
UI is mostly straightforward. Communication through Limble between mechanics and drivers is generally smooth. Desktop/web use is slightly better than the app.
Cons:
Immense amount of wasted time logging back in and reloading work orders as Limble is constantly closing or reporting an error that requires refreshing. Also huge wasted time putting parts in a work order multiple times as they often don't save. Parts that are confirmed on a WO will sometimes not be taken from inventory. Parts search page is terrible, the part you're looking for will appear as you type in the number but the list resets itself before you can click on the part. Comments will often not save at all or save with words in different order than typed. Generally frustrating and feels tedious to use. Automatically playing a meme GIF after closing a WO/PM feels childish and patronizing, with the icing on the cake being an error message appearing when you press the button to turn it off.

Comments: The sales staff and customer service have been great. [sensitive content hidden] keeps in touch and is more than willing to help when needed. [sensitive content hidden] also provides helpful information if we are "stuck" on an issue.
Pros:
The ease of use is the best part of the product. We were able to import our past data and keep our maintenance history. The inventory function is superior to our previous product. [sensitive content hidden] has been very helpful with our transition.
Cons:
Importing data takes a little getting use to, but works once you have the spreadsheets formatted correctly. We cannot import old purchase orders, but we have found a work around.
Alternatives Considered: MaintainX and Fiix
Reasons for Choosing Limble CMMS: No customer support and an antiquated system.

Reasons for Switching to Limble CMMS: Some features were not available. Also cost was a consideration for the product you receive.

Comments: I truly like using Limble to track projects and be able to see the cost value that gets spend.
Pros:
It is very user friendly. Any time I have had an issue or question, someone was always right there to help.
Cons:
Honestly, I haven't found anything displeasing about using Limble in our facility.
Happy customer
Comments: The customer support is the best I have ever experienced. Working with [sensitive content hidden] has been amazing, she is very patient with me and all my questions and she always has great advice!
Pros:
How much I can adapt it to fit my operations and it is very user friendly.
Cons:
I haven’t found anything I don’t like.

Overall experience
Comments: It was quite user friendly, did not take long to get acclimated too.
Pros:
The Auto Generating PM's, QR functionality
Cons:
Internal Part numbers did not increment automatically. If we had an asset example Boiler and we wanted all boiler parts to be numbered from example 202000 to 202099, It would not select the next available part number, we would have to search to see what the last part number was that we used.
Plant Manager
Comments: Can say enough great things about the offline support team... [sensitive content hidden] in particular has been great to work with
Pros:
The offline support team are great and very knowledge.
Cons:
When work orders past their due date and not completed they fall off the calendar. Currently working with [sensitive content hidden] to correct issue.
Limble is intuitive and easy to use.
Comments: I've tried several CMMS platforms over the years, and Limble stands out as one of the most user-friendly and efficient solutions. Due to its intuitive interface, Limble has completely changed the way we manage maintenance tasks and optimize our operations.
Pros:
The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and requires minimal training. Creating and assigning work orders is a breeze, and managing tasks is seamless.
Cons:
Our biggest issue with Limble is that we don't maximize our utilization of all of its capabilities. Implementation was smooth, but we only utilize a small percentage of the program.
Limble is a great way to manage any maintenance program
Comments: Very positive. It is easy to use and the support we receive from our Customer Success Manager is phonemical.
Pros:
It is simple to use. Tracking inventory and assigning parts to assets. The ability to customize work orders.
Cons:
Not being able to attach multiple assets to one work order. It could possibly be done as a suggestion with the development team.
Alternatives Considered: Infor M3 and eMaint CMMS
Reasons for Choosing Limble CMMS: MP2 software was difficult to use and hard to manage. It was not being supported any longer.
Reasons for Switching to Limble CMMS: Limble was the lowest cost proposal. This product allows all plant employees to have easy, mobile access to all inventory, parts, work requests, and preventative maintenance tasks. The cloud based system allows software updates to be administered automatically, meaning the Power Plant will always have the most up-to-date version. Besides access to the software, the annual price covers set up, maintenance fees, data backup, and instant customer support. The most crucial features the Power Plant needs in a CMMS are inventory management, work order capabilities, plant status quick view, usability, and scheduling abilities.
Midwest Industries
Comments: It is easy to work with in setting up assets and PM once I got into a groove. The help and training were very helpful and the assistance from Limble was very pleasant and patient with my lack of computer skills. The aura was very nice it was like she could feel my pain in not knowing what I was doing and helped out the best to her ability.
Pros:
The looks and setup of software. Price was affordable and liked it presentation to hook you in.
Cons:
Really had no cons just my own computer knowledge hindered me a little.
Alternatives Considered: MaintainX
Reasons for Choosing Limble CMMS: They were not really helpful and I never got it up and running we had it for 3 years.

Reasons for Switching to Limble CMMS: Limble appeared to more appealing looks wise and easy to maneuver around.
Limble Review
Comments: 10/10 experience! I am greatly impressed with my CSM [sensitive content hidden], as well as the whole support Team. I have never waited longer than 15 seconds for a support response. I feel the implementation process is greatly impacted by the quality of the CSM you are assigned and I couldn't ask for a better one! extremely helpful and intelligent. Overall I am very impressed with Limble and constantly refer people to give it a shot!
Pros:
Vendor management, Work request system, Preventative maintenance, Budget, Ease of use, Simple UI, Fast mobile app, Information tracking, Asset hierarchy, There is a lot to love! Limble has simplified much of my daily work and I appreciate the constant review and updates.
Cons:
Mobile app has been quite glitchy in the past but recently have noticed big improvements. Within asset hierarchy, I feel the UI of dragging to specific "trees" could be greatly improved to make process more efficient.
Alternatives Considered: Titan CMMS and UpKeep
Reasons for Switching to Limble CMMS: Honestly, I liked the name, website, and first interaction much better than competitors
Easy to use system for mintenance and asset tracking
Comments: It seemed overwhelming at first, but once you understand how it is organized it is quite easy. Easy to find, locate, track items and make PM schedules. I am glad we chose Limble. Limble is lacking in its label printing capabilities.
Pros:
Easy to organize good search filters for finding what I am looking for
Cons:
Limble needs more label and printing options. I wish limble had a "calibration module" - where you could track and print calibration due dates that are set up with special label format for printing directly from limble. ISO 900, 13485 and others would greatly benefit from this and it would set limble apart from your competitors.
Alternatives Considered: DirectLine and IndySoft
Reasons for Choosing Limble CMMS: We were purchased by another company and started from scratch, limble appeared to be the best option for us. We wanted to use one system to track maintenance and calibration instead of 2. Limble was simpler and straight forward than our previous systems
Switched From: DirectLine and IndySoft
Reasons for Switching to Limble CMMS: There were 2-3 other considerations that I did not get a good chance to evaluate.
Limble experience & training has been a breeze
Comments: My overall experience with Limble had been nothing but topnotch. We know we can always reach out if we have any questions and it wont take long for a response with the answers. We are always able to jump on a zoom call as well if we need help within the program.
Pros:
Our account manager [sensitive content hidden] has been nothing but amazing through the process of us setting up our limble account. This program was easy to learn, and with the help of Limble we were able to easily set everything up and get the information from our old system easily put into our Limble program.
Cons:
It took some tweaking within the program for us to exactly or close to what we needed so it ran like our old program, but there was always someone there who was able to answer questions when needed and get us the correct instructions on how to so what we were looking to do.
couldn't be happier.
Comments: our only difficulty setting up Limble has been our own team. its the best system i have ever used or seen. also the best customer support and training available.
Pros:
the ability to create the custom reports and to manage and govern the teams across a large organization.
Cons:
the ability to easily setup new locations and equipment libraries. in the past the greatest reason for setup failure of a CMMS was the complexity of the system. the bulk setup features are stellar.
Life with Limble
Comments: Limble has been a pilar for us in our organization. From ticketing to response time to managing company dollars. I would recommend Limble to any organization that's looking to streamline their maintenance operation.
Pros:
Data tracking and asset management for complete visibility
Cons:
I haven't found it yet. That is the truth.
Best Work Order System!
Comments: My overall experience has been phenomenal!
Pros:
The systems ability to be manipulated to fit my needs
Cons:
Not being able to choose more than one user at a time to record hours
Alternatives Considered: MaintainX and FMX
Reasons for Choosing Limble CMMS: iWorQ was unable to meet the needs of the company and their customer service was terrible.

Reasons for Switching to Limble CMMS: User friendly & Outstanding Staff & Service
Great CMMS
Pros:
Ease of use and boost of productivity for our maintenance team.
Cons:
Training to use the software as designed took more time than anticipated but in the end turned out well.
Alternatives Considered: FMX
Reasons for Switching to Limble CMMS: Limble offered the features we needed at a price point that made sense.
Out of the dark ages
Comments: My overall experience with Limble has been very positive. The system works fast and seems to have everything I am looking for in this type of system.
Pros:
What I like most about Limble is the ease of use, and the dashboards.
Cons:
I haven't ran across anything I don't like yet.
Perfect for Reporting and Tracking
Comments: User friendly even for the field technicians who aren't computer savvy!
Pros:
Perfect for tracking asset information, reporting historical asset data, costs and maintaining maintenance schedules and work orders.
Cons:
There are often glitches in the system that prevent technicians from completing work orders live. However, these seem to self-correct without having to request additional support. When additional support is needed, they are quick to address the issue.
Limble review by Deb
Comments: Good experience, rep [sensitive content hidden] has been very helpful, checking in, giving us idea's and answering our questions. She has been great about getting us to use more tools, such as the PM's which we continue to add to. It's a work in progress for us and the crew using to tools.
Pros:
Have a place where all tasks can be done, and viewed.
Cons:
Every time you make a change to a work request it goes out and sends another email to people tied to the work request. Could have 3 edits to make and it will send 3 emails!!!! Should just have an edit button, when I'm done editing the work request, it would save it and then send out an email only after edits and a save.
New CMMS Customer
Comments: Overall, we're happy with the software, and we were easily able to tailor it towards our needs. I'm sure we will underutilize the vast number of features available, but over time we hope t work up to the software's capabilities.
Pros:
It was nice to find a software that anyone could use. Many other options tend to only "speak" maintenance or upper management, and usually are unable to bridge the gap. It was also very easy and straight forward to set up, and any assistance was covered in the weekly hands-on meetings or the vast tutorials available. We were easily up and running within a month and a half across the 10+ machines we set up for our initial rollout, with a plan to scale this further.
Cons:
While I understand why the pricing structure is what it is, it would be nice to see the base license be more expensive, but more accommodating. While it's a consequence of our facility, requiring operators to have individual licenses to close out daily PM's seem a little much. This seems structured more for a maintenance team that performs every PM rather than splitting the work between operator and maintenance.
Solid CMMS- Lots of Potential and Knows its Lane
Comments: Very positive. Having a Limble contact directly assigned to your company is very helpful when onboarding and building out the system. [sensitive content hidden] (Customer Success Manager) is a great example of this- very willing to help solve problems and get down into the inner details of the system interactions to get you a reasonable answer. Limble's customer service team comes across very respectful and humble- they are willing to accept that some things in the system are not yet perfect and will tell you the truth when you are trying to make Limble do something it is not built to do. Overall great experience and I look forward to continue working with them to further build out my company's unique structure.
Pros:
Limble's ease-of-use provides for easy start-up and explanation to new users. The system logic is relatively easy to understand and is great for what it is built to do: be the an amazing CMMS. It also excels as a company database/register for Vendors, parts, and company assets.
Cons:
The system can get complicated quick as you go deeper- one needs to have the end in mind when building out the system. The limitations with this system involve its programer's scope: Limble could do many things but it is built to do one thing...
Amazing System
Comments: I am familiar using other CMMS system however I highly recommend Limble to other companies. My overall experience of the system is that it is smooth to use with a vast amount possibilities. Moreover, it is easy to learn. It is always operational, in other words: reliable. There are scarcely any system shutdowns.
Pros:
It is user friendly, and it has many capabilities in its feature. It also can integrate with other systems. The learning curve is really low as well.
Cons:
The only con is that when a PM is extremely large it lags however, I provided this feedback to the product owners, and they said that they'll work on it.
