"Highly recommended"
Comments: Imported 6 years of support for us.
Pros: Did exactly what they advertised. They imported over 160,000 tickets for us from Desk.com to Zendesk. A few hiccups importing the data but they resolved quickly and were on it from start to finish. Quick support, good value and fairly priced.
Cons: Timezones are a bit further out from us (PST) but always responsive when we needed. Had a small problem paying for the service via 2Checkout but we worked it out.

"Superb service, very secure and great attention to detail"
Comments: fast, friendly, secure and great attention to detail. HDM allowed us to migrate between platforms quickly with no loss of productivity
Pros: I recently was faced with the challenge of migrating from Freshdesk to Zendesk. We had around 1500 tickets and 600 contacts. After searching around for services to assist in the move I found Help Desk Migration. Their prices were super competitive, well under the other options on the market, and when I reached out to ask more, they were super helpful and quick to respond with any and all information I required. I was especially concerned about security, HDM described their approach and I was impressed with how well thought out their process was and how respectful they were of their customer's data. They even reminded me as soon as the migration was complete to change passwords and ensure our instance was secure. All the way through they were helpful and followed up to ensure everything was as we needed and expected. I have no hesitation in recommending HDM if you need to do a migration. Absolutely great in every respect.

"Migration from Desk to Freshdesk"
Comments:
Our company was introduced to the Help Desk Migration team for a migration from Desk to Freshdesk.
We had a very large database to migrate over:
Contacts - 617 519
Organizations - 70 946
Tickets - 760 409 with a minimum of 10 notes in every ticket making a total of 9 Million records to migrate!
We had a slight hiccup with the migration however; their technical support team resolved the matter and continued with the migration with no further issues. The team I worked with was fantastic, quick to respond to any questions I had, keeping me up to date and ensuring I knew I could reach out to them with any questions or concerns.
Pros: Ease of use and the exceptional support.
Cons: I had no issues with the migration software.

"Saved a ton of time, at a fraction of the cost"
Pros: It migrated most of the important data we needed, from Intercom to Zendesk, saving us a tremendous amount of time, and the cost was a fraction of what we had been quoted by other similar services.
Cons: There was a hiccup with making a payment, and a "failure" the first time we tried with migration of our conversations. But they got the issue resolved before our fairly tight "go-live" window was over.

"Wonderful customer service"
Comments: Wonderful! They are FAST on their support and very easy to work with. Literally zero waiting during their business hours. I worked with 3 representatives, and they were all very knowledgeable.
Pros: Being able to reference our old Zendesk tickets in Freshservice was a must. This got the job done! The price was far less than what Freshservice wanted to charge. They did a delta import at the end as well.
Cons: I did not find any cons to their product.

"Changing ticketing systems is always painfull, but this made it easy!"
Comments: Fast and easy. It saved me countless hours trying to either manually copy articles or look for ways to export and import tickets.
Pros: Totally automated. Easy tools for field mappings. Retained all ticket histories
Cons: It would have been nice it knowledge base article links and embedded videos could have been updated a part of the migration process.

"Full-featured Migration Tool"
Comments: This was an incredibly easy migration. The ability to completely transfer all data, along with current statuses and custom fields, was integral in saving many man hours or losing historical data. The price was very reasonable and I highly recommend!
Pros: Ease of use, price, functionality, and their support team was very quick to respond!
Cons: I really don't have any cons about the product.

"Works as advertised"
Pros: It was fast and easy, and support was super responsive.
Cons: I didn't realize that archived (older than 40 days and inactive) records would not be transferred, but this isn't really a problem for us. Seemed expensive but was way faster than manually importing via an API.

"Simply outstanding service"
Pros: The software was easy to use and amazingly simple to integrate. They saved many man hours and for that we are very grateful
Cons: Literally, no concerns with this product whatsoever. The team helped even when we were unsure of what we were doing.

"Moved from ReAmaze to Gorgias"
Pros: Easy to use, didn't need to stay on the page, customer service handled everything on the back end without me needing to worry.
Cons: The software did fail on its first try automated, but the staff fixed it within 12 hours and finished the migration behind-the-scenes

"Does what it says on the tin!"
Pros: Superb, easy to use migration tool that we've used a few times. Each time we used it, it's worked a treat and support have been excellent at assisting on any issues!

"My Migration was a relatively good success"

"Good specialized migration service. Helped me to migrate from Freshdesk to Zendesk."
Comments: Pretty easy and powerful.
Pros:
Features for mapping data fields are good
Step by step approach for managing the migration process is well designed
Very responsive support! The team even have made a quick product update to meet my needs in real time!
Cons:

"Easy peasy"
Comments: GREAT! Merged separate company entities into a single instance to get a more comprehensive picture of our customers' needs.
Pros:
Super easy to setup and use
Support was there ALL the way
Cons: Had to create myself on the SOURCE system and grab 'Account Owner' status in order to get things done easier; if anything can be done to make that less hassle-free could be a bonus

"Help Desk Migration Review"
Comments: We used Help Desk Migration to move from the Zoho Desk Support Platform over to the Zendesk Support Platform as we wanted to restart with a fresh interface and something that was more customizable and programmable. Help Desk Migration helped with getting our Data over so we didn't lose any tickets or have to recreate any user accounts at all.
Pros: The software was easy to use and we were able to migrate all our data in less than 4 hours which was really good assuming we had over 5,000 records of tickets, companies, organizations, etc. They have a wide range of platforms that they support which is really good. The customer support service at Help Desk Migration was really useful and provided a Delta migration for a few stray tickets free of charge, which was really helpful to conclude our Data Migration.
Cons: I didn't have complete control over my migration, I can see why however it just meant that a few things were more confusing, it would be good If I could set defaults for assignee's automatically, but it all worked out in the end.

"Great product !"
Comments: Almost perfect ;-)
Pros:
Almost everything is migrated, no data is lost.
You can try many times and the support is very friendly, I was able to migrate many specific tickets that I chose before.
Not that expensive.
Cons:
- It's not possible to import Zendesk tags unfortunately
- Ideally all activities imported would have been attributed to "customer success" Team on my new CRM. So that I can easily filter those activities

"Help Desk Migration is exactly what we needed!"
Comments: We had a great experience using Help Desk Migration - the information we wanted was brought over seamlessly and the entire process was very quick and easy. They truly care about providing excellent support and were very responsive to each of our requests. The cost of the migration was very reasonable, we could not be happier.
Pros: Help Desk Migration was very intuitive, guiding each step of the process from authorizing each system, mapping fields, and performing a test migration. Their support is top notch and proactively reached out to ensure everything was going smoothly.
Cons: I can't think of anything bad about the software. I was able to pick up where I left off each time I went back to use the software.

"100% seamless migration"
Pros: It was fast and easy to configure our migration, and the best part was being able to quickly run a demo migration to see how it would look. The support team is also very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Not really a con, because I'm very happy with the result and our migration was a bit unique: we were moving between two accounts on the same software so the field mapping required a bit of customization. Pretty sure we're an edge case, and cust support was very helpful with figuring out how to make it happen!

"Straightforward and to the point"
Comments: Did exactly what I needed when moving support desks!
Pros: Once I was ready to actually *use* the software, it was very painless to port all my support conversations. Maybe 10 minutes max for a few thousand conversations.
Cons: If you request a price (b/c they don't display this information on their website) via their support form... they will hound you for days about why you haven't tested the demo out.

"Best CRM migration tool available in the market"

I researched a lot to find a feasible and easy to use CRM migration tool for migration of data from Zendesk to Freshdesk. And no doubt that this is the best I found in the market so far.

"Best migration service ."
Comments: We needed to migrated from Desk.com to Zendesk. I found HDM in the Zendesk suggested apps.
Pros:
This is the best migration service out there.
HMD is very service minded, they kept in contact during the entire migration to make sure everything was 100% .
Cons: I actually didn't found nothing . It is the perfect migration tool , easy to use with stellar support.

"Migrated from Live Agent to Zendesk"
Comments: I could migrate all important data to our new system, with minimum job.
Pros: Good support. During test migration everything did not work. Support contacted me and offered to fix all the issues.
Cons: Can't think of any. Maybe the price was a bit expensive, but considering that the development team had to make some adjusments to the implentation it was well wort it.
