Awesome Online Awards Management Platform

Comments: Satisfactory and Value for Money.

Pros:

The Reporting functions as well as the customization features, the drop down boxes and its important for my client to be able to select more option in certain questions/criteria.

Cons:

its pretty hard for Self Service Pro Package, I would recommend the managed services package so that you have assistance.

Very pleased we found Judgify, wish we'd found them sooner

Comments: We've been using Judgify for a number of years now for our annual awards, long may it continue

Pros:

They take away from you all the heavy lifting from hosting an awards event. We tend to get a large percentage of our entrants entering at the last minute before entries close. Before we found Judgify and we hosted our own entries system we would be battling bandwidth bottlenecks and server crashes, resulting in mass panic. Now we just set up the event on Judgify and sit back and let them take care of it. The Judges have also commented glowing reviews to us of their experiences logging in to Judge.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that I've found that I don't like

Efficient and User-Friendly Platform

Comments: My overall experience with Judgify has been very positive. The platform is user-friendly and efficient, making the process of organizing and managing events seamless. The customer support team is responsive and helpful, and the various features available have greatly streamlined our workflow.

Pros:

What I liked most about Judgify was its user-friendly interface and the robust features it offers for event management. The platform made it easy to organize, manage, and judge events efficiently, saving us a significant amount of time and effort.

Cons:

Nothing exactly. Everything worked really well, and the platform's overall functionality was impressive.

Comments: 1. The help and assistance received from the reps was excelent, immediate and responsive
2. However, there are some limitations with the system and hence, not all requests can be met but the reps did his very best to make it user friendly.

Pros:

1. Interface not bad 2. Can change layout after going live

Cons:

1. Judging system very basic, cannot tabulate and computate 2. Cannot view scoring or entries after submission 3. Unless you know the system well, find it hard to access the system 4. Cannot see categories of nominations as indicated from original information given 5. No compulsory buttons 6. No drop down menu in the entry forms 7. No payment gateway or an easier way to submit completed nominations (received alot of confusion on this)

Judgify has saved us so much time!

Comments: Extremely positive! All of our entrants and judges have been so impressed with the system and it's made our lives so much easier!

Pros:

Pros:

Quick to setup and automated submission system

Cons:

Complicated if you have alot of categories and questions, no bulk export for uploads

Comments: Very good, highly recommended.

Pros:

The support from the team is a major bonus. Gives us what we need at a lower price point than alternatives

I would like to be able to have more control over some edits myself.

Judgify

Comments: Overall I am satisfied with Judgify. It does what I need it to do!

Pros:

I use it for a scholarship award and it is pretty intuitive and easy to set up and modify. The customer support has been great!

Cons:

The judging part is more of a manual process than I would like.

Great if you take the time to learn how it works

Comments: Good, but need to think more about submission form settings to optimise reporting and export functions

Pros:

When it really got tricky and frustrating, the support team was very responsive. Even taking the time to restore data. Much appreciated!

Cons:

The UX experience is not great. For example, if you want to print submissions with a particular filter, it resets each time. Also, you really need to understand the forms and functionality or you could get unstuck easily. For example, you need to check all form settings thoroughly. Otherwise, it could have downstream effects in Judging rounds.

Comments: the overall experience is great , address our needs and what we wanted in a quick time.

Pros:

The software is great for award management and the admin console is clear when it comes to audit how all is going , a lot of option and edits are available.

Cons:

the software gets a bit slow because of a lot of information needed to be included, submission forms takes time to load , needed some time to edit any wrong info after proof checking each award and categorization, white label version is not as precise judgify appears in more than one aspect.

I had a hard time understanding the set-up in the beginning but was able to figure out what to do.

Pros:

How it organized the process for me and made it easy for names to be submitted. I also like how it was easy to send all the information to the judges. That was a huge benefit and that the software was very affordable.

Cons:

We had issues with people being able to submit more then 1 picture. Also, if one person was nominating multiple people it would not let them enter a new nominee name.

Comments: It gets easier each year.

Pros:

For the judges, I like that it displays the scoring criteria and entrant information in one place. So simple to how we disseminated this information in the past.

Cons:

Wish it would average the scores for me and extract the judging input with more options.

Great tool for non-profit awards submissions and scoring

Comments: As a non-profit membership organization, we strive to honor our members who are going above and beyond. Judgify allows us to create a simple process for nominations and selection of these individuals.

Pros:

Judgify allows us to have all of our award categories in one submission process and each category can have a different set of questions.

Cons:

In Judgify you have the ability to clone a process but you will need to contact support from them to do it for you.

Its good platform and really good service support.

An amazing product...

Pros:

Judgify allowed us to conduct a country-wide team building experience. Everyone loves a contest and Judgify gave us the platform to easily administer one to reinforce our Core Values. What fun - and an amazing success. I loved the ease in which someone can upload a video, as well as the flexibility I had as an admin in terms of how to display content.

Cons:

There is really nothing I would change. The customer service was responsive and excellent. I will continue to utilize Judgify throughout my work!

Judgify is a great option to automate our awards program.

Comments: Online storage of files and submission.

Pros:

The software allows you to customize you entry forms and maintain the data online allowing for easy sharing and access.

Cons:

The lack of immediate customer support can be frustrating. Given the time difference between Oregon and the customer support of Judgify, it takes until to the next day to get responses.

Excellent customer service

Comments: My overall experience was excellent. I honestly haven't had better customer service from a company before. From my very first setup I had regular calls to walk me through problems they were excellent. The team met my deadlines and all through the process responded to my many queries within 60 minutes or quicker to have them resolved.

Pros:

This is the first time I have used a judging platform so hard to compare but I found this incredibly easy to use and simple for both entrants and judges. Worked perfectly for our event and incredibly pleased with the overall service.

Cons:

A couple of functions when switching back and forward on entries that made it more difficult. So you could sort your entries in alphabetical order for example but once you click into and entry then go back it resets to the original order.

Comments: I'm happy using their product and can always count on their fast response when I have a question.

Comments: Too costly for the paid version and the free version has some limitations if you're looking to customize an awards application

Free platform to issue awards submissions that has decent level of customization

Site looks outdated on the back-end and is cumbersome to navigate and set-up; reading through all submissions is also not ideal

Pros:

Ease of use and judging management wan easy to manage

Cons:

Design look and feel. The reporting can be better enhanced. There should be a separate template created for individual awards and corporate awards so as to not complicate the final assessment.

Very Impressive

Comments: The team at Judgify have been brilliant. Nothing has been too much trouble. Where I have needed customisation they have done it quickly and efficiently. Where I simply needed assistance preparing information or understanding the workflow - they have responded and provided clear instructions. I am thrilled with the support received and can't thank representative and the team enough!

Pros:

It is easy to navigate, clean to read and provides everything you need to run an Awards event.

Cons:

I would have liked to have been able to do a little more creative editing on the landing page. But I only had to ask and the team did this without any issues at all.

Judgify - helps take away the paperwork

Comments: From entry, management, back of house, judging, scoring and set up - judgify is a great product that I can only say great things about.

Pros:

This product is great as it helps take away all the paperwork & its easy to get the job done with an online portal that is easy to use.

The clone feature is no longer available on the free version
