Until you start using it....Basic functionality is ok. > > **Cons**: The customer support sounds really friendly but does absolutely nothing. As soon as a thing is more than a basic problem they do not know how to handle it, create a ticket and that ticket gets succed into a black hole of non existent technical support. Release introduce new problems that never get solved. Bugs in the software are marked as a wish and published on their online community where people can share their wishes for changes. I have never seen any of those request being picked up and translated into an update. > > Basic functionality ok, but the rest......sucks. They are rude and condescending. Since sales is very much the face of the company we decided to go elsewhere. I don't recommend doing business with this company. > > We tried to evaluate Cloudbeds three times. We were interested because it's feature rich. However, each time we were met with a sales person that was so awful that we were unable to sign up.
