The first time our regular 'our-price' $295 a night property got a 3 day PriceLabs-set $895 a night booking, we fell over in shock. Then we realised we knew nothing about our true market pricing (really, how could we?) and that this easy to use tool had the \*real\* market data that catapulted our turnover 3-4x, and our occupancy above 90% every month.
