"Great all-in-one tool"

Comments: Overall I'm really happy with my purchase and am excited about the upcoming features on the roadmap.

Pros: I like that it combines many different areas of managing a business (even my small side-business) like CRM, project management, documents, invoices, online payments, chat... It is very customizable and can even be (manually) translated to any language you like. It can be white-labelled completely and the team is very responsive when it comes to user suggestions and support. They also have a public roadmap with exciting upcoming features on it.

Cons: Even for a techie like me, learning the powerful and flexible system took quite a while and some aspects (like task management) is a bit complex - like you have to assign dates and people to a to-do instead of being able to quickly jot the tasks down and worry about due dates / scheduling later. Because the system is so big, it also took me quite a few hours to translate everything into German. It did cost me much effort, but now I'm happy I did it.

"Excellent all-in-one software"

Comments: It's been great so far. I feel like they're really fostering a good community. Support is excellent, and the product really supports my workflow as a freelance software developer. There are so many features in this product that I'm still discovering some (for example, subscription billing, etc.)

Pros: I love that SuiteDash has everything in one place AND that it allows you to customise your branding. I was looking for a CRM software, and had liked the tool I was already using for time-tracking and invoicing. After giving SuiteDash a try, I ditched my other tool and ported over immediately. Extra features like appointment booking, digital contract signing, email marketing, etc. were all just excellent bonuses.

Cons: Honestly (and it's silly), the URL structure in the URL bar bothers me. They use camel-casing.. Beyond that, the UI looks a bit dated compared to other tools, but the functionality is just amazing.

"Excellent CRM, Project Management, And Invoicing Tool"

Comments: The biggest problem solver is the fact that the CRM is tightly integrated with both projects and billing. The onboard timers are also helpful in both time management and in billing for time.

Pros: SuiteDash is an excellent all-in-one CRM solution for managing a business. Since we have started using the platform, managing our projects and customers has become much more streamlined, and collecting payment for invoices is much more efficient than ever. The internal messaging platform is also a time-saver since we don't have to leave the platform to communicate with our customers. We highly recommend SuiteDash for any business owner who needs an integrated platform to manage all facets of their business.

Cons: As with most new platforms, there is a learning curve. Navigating around takes some getting used to, so a little more in-depth online help is always appreciated.

"Expense Saver, White-labled, & Less Logins To Do More!"

Pros: SuiteDash enables our company to remove excess software and expenses as well as minimizes logins which is great since having to log into 5 different places to achieve a task is horrible. On top of that (out of many of the pros), we can white-label everything [love the web apps], and we can automate!

Cons: No Pabbly Connect integration. The UI can be modernized, and I can only hope that the team focuses on the best possible product as they are very good at many things and there is a general belief that if a company is a jack of all trades then it won't be great at anything but maybe, just maybe Suite Dash IS great at getting what I'd say pre-enterprise customers everything they need in one place which is great for us!

"Software That Is Actually Disrupting Industries"

Comments: Honestly It has helped organize our business and we needed a solution like Suitedash for what we wanted to accomplish. It helped us manage our incoming projects in a way that is easy for everyone in our company to maneuver.

Pros: Our team really loves the E-signature features, Client Portals, Communications, Time Management, and HIPAA Compliant Cloud Storage The Most. They have multiple Payment integrations and now even Zapier! They have so much already and their Roadmap points to exponential growth as well. I am excited to see this company develop a page builder as well as other features. They make everything painless and is definitely worth the money. The Whitelabeling is very forgiving even for someone who is a novice at CSS and for someone who is a developer, they will have a fun time customizing this software to their hearts content.

Cons: There is very little about this software we didnt like. The Invoicing is nice but can be confusing at first. Luckily, they have a comprehensive documentation system and excellent customer service.

"SuiteDash does everything I need"

Comments: SuiteDash was pretty easy to set up, although I had to get a little help setting up the custom domain (support was very helpful). Outside of that, I've been spending time transferring existing clients from my old system to SuiteDash. I have yet to get everyone and all my billing moved over, but I love the interface and ease of use. I'm looking forward to moving over completely to really dig into some of the features I haven't yet had a chance to fully explore.

Pros: There's so much to love about it. As a small business owner, I love how integrated everything is. I've got my client communications, project management, and billing all in one place. It's easy to add clients as well as my own employees and contractors to keep everyone on the same page. I also love how easy it is to customize the look and white label everything, which helps give it an integrated feeling.

Cons: There really isn't much to dislike if you have a business that relies on communicating with your clients. If I could nitpick one thing, it would be very useful to be able to modify service prices.

"SuiteDash is great for limited use"

Comments: Got a Lifetime deal, which wasn't a bad price, but once I spent a lot of time setting up our data, I realized the serious limitations of SuiteDash's ability to function as a CRM. The team is good and the product is fine, but it's more limited than their marketing material would suggest.

Pros: SuiteDash has a solid foundation of task management upon which to build but it's offering a lot of functionality that just isn't there yet. The team is also very responsive, which bodes well for their future.

Cons: The CRM does not connect to email to capture regular interactions nor does it record all interactions without marking things manually. As a longtime CRM expert, I can tell you that CRM only works well when a lot of the tracking can be automated by the systems interactions, leaving the user time to get work done. SuiteDash isn't there yet.

"All in One System to run your business"

Comments: So far so good. It was easy to white label. I can assign persmissions farily easily. Ther are many automations that can be based on a specific trigger or action. So thus far it has been good.

Pros: The system has almost everything I could think of that I need to run my business. All of this in one system, instead of using many different systems and learning how each one works.

Cons: So far so good, but maybe an onboarding session with a specialist to help understanding how all the features can come together for my particular company

"All in one, continually being updated"

Comments: One customer management system that I can rely on. I have also been able to automatize my emails and many of the communications with my clients.

Pros: All integrated, including client portal and invoicing.

"All In One Software With Powerful Features!"

Comments: Evertyhing is one place, I don't have to remember passwords or logon to other software.

Pros: I use Suitedash as the backbone to my design business. I’ve tried many Crm systems but always had other apps to compliment them. Suitedash has these features already built in so I only have to login to one place! All my info is at hand and everything is really easy to navigate. I love the client portal where I can upload and store files for my clients to access and also the Contracts feature where my clients can sign online. There are loads of help pages to get you up to speed with the software but if you’re really stuck, support is second to none. If I have a problem or need help they get back to me really quickly. I don’t know where I’d be without Suitedash organising everything for me in one place :)

Cons: I have yet to find anything I dislike about this software :)

"Ideal for customized customer-team collaboration"

Comments: We've used a few different tools before SuiteDash and they always had at least one crucial aspect missing. SuiteDash allows us to connect to clients and team members, integrate billing and even subscriptions right from a form on our site and much more. We can keep up to date on projects, tasks and set up workflows. I've seen other comments about diluting a product when you begin to add too many features but I don't see it that way because you can choose which features you'd like to use. You don't have to use all of them.

Pros: Even though it takes a bit longer to set up than other tools out there, so many aspects are customizable. We were looking for a tool to combine customizability both with our internal team members and clients. The white label option really lets you promote your brand and deliver a more professional service.

Cons: The biggest downside is that the software is tough to get it set up the exact way you want it. There are lots of features so the learning curve is steeper than other tools. But once you get the hang of it, you realize its power.

"Very flexible, user-friendly platform with great service"

Pros: while built for marketing agencies, we have a completely different use case (using it for facilitator and board of directors onboarding). SD is flexible enough to accommodate multiple use cases since forms, documents, to do items, and portal pages are all things most businesses need. set up is very intuitive and their service has really been outstanding, in terms of turnaround time and quality of help. our users also find it easy to navigate, especially since you can customize the menus they see. looking forward to future features they will develop!

Cons: we have run into some issues with a client's spam filter blocking any/all emails from SD. we are trying to get this sorted with the smtp option they have on the platform.

"Simple, powerful and professional client portal for project management"

Comments: We were using a custom solution for proposals which required a lot of cut and paste and it would be harder to track and modify. SuiteDash allows us to streamline the process with pre-built sections (pages) which can be included in the proposals. It makes it easier to send it to clients and track the opening, signing and follow-up.

Pros: SuiteDash was surprisingly simple to setup and quite flexible. It is nice to have options for dealing with access levels by user, company or circles. It is also nice to have simple steps for clients to set the portal as an app on their mobile device. The portal looks professional and the white-label features are easy to follow. The integration with Stripe is quick and it's great to have multiple options for currencies as Stripe allows us to accept payments in different currencies. It is even possible to set the position of the currency symbol on the left or right. This allowed me to set a currency profile with the dollar sign on the right for French Canadian clients.

Cons: I would love to have some templates for projects or proposals already loaded to use as a starting point.
While the system has built-in CRM and messaging options, even branded through SMTP, it would be great to see integration options with ActiveCampaign so we can properly tag clients on our lists.
I've found great training videos on YouTube. I would suggest adding links from various sections to help sections and videos for quicker access.

"A mixture of different core utilities in one platform"

Comments: Initially it was a little difficult but once I broke it down into the core elements and learnt them I was OK, but I should have done that first and not tried to learn everything on one sitting. And to not attempt to figure the automations until you fully understand each module fully.

Pros: I had about 4 different needs and I was using different wordpress plugins, and some cloud services but there was no unity between the utilities I was using. For example, Waveapps for invoicing, gmail for CRM with Streak, Contact forms for onboarding, Google Drive and sync.com for file sharing. As I got busier I really needed to invest in a robust solution.

Cons: It is a steep learning curve, but the way you manage that, it to learn one module at a time, and then tie them together were you start to tackle the automations or FLows function as they call it. The automations are quite powerful, if you find yourself onboarding a lot of clients. You can creat funnels at import stage and get customer setup with custom profiles based on their needs

"SuiteDash is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!"

Comments: I was able to send out bulk email campaigns without being marked as spam, and the look and feel of the emails were outstanding! Very professional and inviting. At month-end close for June 2020, I was able to target 2k specific leads to close out strong and make my goal before July 1st by using labels and the Marketing Campaign function. WINNER!!

Pros: I love the look and ease of use with SuiteDash. You can customize everything pretty much, down to color and your branding. I especially love the CRM and Marketing tools, as well as the Calendar function. I plan to centralize a lot of my activities down to one platform (SuiteDash), which will help me eliminate other unnecessary and costly subscriptions.

Cons: I would like to see the Calendar function allow Group Booking for group webinars/Zooms.

"You won't go wrong with SuiteDash!"

Comments: This really levels up our offers. We do a lot of group coaching and some people don't want to discuss things in a group setting. They get a portal. And we tell them we have a lot of great "FREE" stuff in there but if they need 1on1 they can request a PAID 1 on 1 consultation. We can send them an invoice and have them pay BEFORE one of our consultants hop on a call with them.

Pros: Easy to use! So easy to setup. All the setup videos are short. It was so easy I was up and running in about an hour. This is my 4 "portal" software I've tried. I didn't like the others mainly because of all the branding. With SuiteDash you whitelabel it. It has a great "feel". My VA's thought I hired a programmer to create something for us!

Cons: Needs more integrations. I don't want to have to keep paying for zapier. I would also like to bring some of the other services I use "inside" of the portal. I'm still new to the platform, but I don't like having my clients have to click out of the portal to use some of the software we use.

"SuiteDash for Freelancers"

Comments: SuiteDash did replace various software, Excel sheets and Word documents, has a very competitive pricing and the support/help is great. The communication with clients is a lot easier and the SuiteDash software is accessible from every place around the world.

Pros: I'm starting as a freelancer and this software covers a lot of areas and can replace various other products like project management tools, CRM, invoice/proposal software and more. By replacing them you can save a lot of money but more important you save a lot of time because you don't have to handle and switch between different systems and create a new customer in each of the software tools. SuiteDash also really helps to communicate with your clients because they don't have to send a lot of emails with attachments and their passwords (!!!) by email. The customization options are great for branding and the client side represents your company colors and logo. This creates trust which is important for clients. I'm still at the beginning using SuiteDash but the excellent documentation and step-by-step videos are helping me to customize the software to fit my needs.

Cons: I'm waiting for the planned support ticket feature (which is on the roadmap) and maybe a livechat function to communicate with clients. I also think that the Translation functionality (which is still in Beta) will be a great success for a lot of users. Not everything is ready by now but their team is focused on a lot of important items and improvements. This is the way to go!

"All In 1!"

Comments: It is a learning process, but it is worth it!

Pros: I came across SuiteDash while looking for a project management system for a research center I am putting together, and frankly all the other project management platforms can't even compare. For one, it is completely white labeled and as a doctoral student, the flat fee was very appealing. Not having to worry about how big my research teams become and per user fees is a fantastic. I primarily use SuiteDash for team collaboration and time tracking, so I can't speak to some of the more business oriented features such the CRM and billing/invoicing but from what I can tell this is a game changer for anyone that wants one platform for team management and collaboration, client management, project management and more.

Cons: There is a learning curve because the platform does so much, so be patient and take your time to really learn how powerful SuiteDash.

"Great product with a bright future"

Comments: I am planning to implement suitedash as a single, unified software to help us run our business so we can minimize investment in multiple software and platforms. The software comes loaded with powerful tools and functionalities that we are using on daily basis, including secure client login portals, project management capabilities, invoicing, billing, communicating with clients and team members, and sending and sharing files.

Pros: This is a great tool for the price and from what I've experienced so far I'm confident it's only going to get better. Getting started is really simple and the product has been well thought out. The guides are easy to understand and if you prefer to just get started and figure things out as you go along, instead of spending time reading instructions then the tooltips for each section are invaluable. When you open a section/page you can click an icon at the top of your screen to find out what the section is for and how to use it. Some of the feature that I liked the most are Secure client portal, white label branding, Invoicing & recurring billing and CRM client management tool.

Cons: Although suitedash has nice range of integrations with popular apps and software, I still want to see more integrations and and some templates for different use cases so we can use them ourselves without having to build everything from scratch.

"SuiteDash is one robust one-stop-shop platform!"

Comments: SuiteDash has evolved naturally and is, by all means, a well thought through undertaking that's continuously evolving. I'm genuinely impressed with SuiteDash and strongly recommend any small business owner or creative agency to check it out and run it through its paces.

Pros: The client portal, which provides a centralized location for all client interactions. Small business owners know first-hand how complicated it is at times to get a complex project organized and everything just "into the box" that is connected or associated with it.

Cons: It took a while to get used to the tool, but given the range of features this is to be expected. SuiteDash has a bundle of very professional online tutorials that I'm still going through to understand the entire range of possibilities this multi-tool can deliver.

"My search for Team & Task Management app stopped here"

Comments: Ease of putting together Time Critical and Project Status reports for my Board of Directors because all info sources I need are at one place in SuiteDash

Pros: The size of File-sharing Boxes, Ease of use by staff, partner vendors and freelancers, Functionality, Brand Customization, Web Integration and of course the Price

Cons: Has a slight learning curve as typically for anything new.

"Thanks for Making My Life Easier!"

Comments: I can keep track of all my clients, each of their projects, and send them their invoices. This program easily does the work of many programs and honestly, it's as good as having at least another person working for me. It just keep getting better. And customer service has always been responsive and helpful.

Pros: SuiteDash is one of the most feature-rich programs I have ever used. I can replace almost all of my other tools with this one! This product has saved me hours and helped me get more clients. Being able to put so many automations in place has save me countless hours. I also am a to present a really professional client portal to my clients. With the portal, I'm able to set better boundaries for working together, and have a central place to share my files with my clients. Being able to request files from my clients while also giving them deadlines has been game-changing. People will either turn or their work on time, or they have no grounds to complain if their project gets behind because they didn't hold up their end of the agreement. This has saved me from having to work overtime and set better boundaries, with ease.

Cons: I did have to turn off the option to allow clients to book their own appointment because it allows multiple appointments to be booked in one time slot. I wish it was a smart scheduler, however, I appreciate that I can just turn this function off. And I was easily able to work around this by adding a link to my scheduler in the client portal. Another amazing feature, that I could do make it so customizable!

"Complete and reliable business management software with great customer support"

Comments: Our whole team is satisfied with SuiteDash. Our work has been more organized and our customer outreach is also improving. No complains from customers while using SuiteDash client portal too.

Pros: 1) It has all the software needed to run a business in one place. Email marketing, CRM, Project Management, Client Portal, Invoicing, you name it.
2) Easy and intuitive navigation on their system. Easy to understand and can complete tasks really fast.
3) Automation on repeating tasks. For example adding customer data into the CRM from signup form and performing email marketing.
4) Whitelabel client portal! Previously we were using a different software for this. With SuiteDash, we can provide our client with needed information right from the same software. This saved us alot of time and money.
5) Their customer support is amazing. Really fast response to solve issues. They also listen to customer's requirements and make improvements on the system. Love them for this!

Cons: The system is in improvement stage. Occasionally we do find small bugs but the customer support team has been great to solve them promptly.

"Robust features of several tools in one suite"

Comments: I was looking for a dashboard alternative for clients other than the My-Account dashboard in Woocommerce. They have a nice roadmap and are constantly improving the service. White-labeling is great and lots of customization available to make it look the way you want. I come across issues and when I do I email them and they resolve it quickly. They seem to seriously take customer suggestions seriously. I'm super excited about what's to come and know it will only get better.

Pros: Single dashboard for clients to view/pay invoices and yes, recurring invoices using popular gateways like Stripe and Braintree. Great way to request files from clients who receive a link to upload the files without having to log in. Clients can approve or reject task items. Automation features are in the early stages but can see a lot of potential in this. The support is excellent! All issues are resolved quickly by their team.

Cons: Coming from more refined PM tools like Basecamp and Teamwork, the interface isn't as intuitive as it could be. The commenting system on tasks needs a lot of work. Task comments can easily be overlooked and not seen. Feels like too many clicks to get things done. Load times can feel a little slow at times.

"A unique client portal solution with so many great features"

Comments: We have increased our client satisfaction and received more positive reviews while reducing our number of support tickets and back and forth emails with clients.

Pros: My favorite feature was the ability to implement our own CSS to fully customize the branding of our login page and client portal. Also, being able to use variables to display unique data for each logged-in client makes this a very unique and powerful solution.

Cons: The only feature that was missing when I purchased SuiteDash was a "Pipeline" view in the CRM to give me some basic analytics on our sales pipeline. I reached out to Support about this and they said they already have this feature in development and it is scheduled for release soon during this quarter (Q3 2020) so I'm really excited about that and once it is released this solution will have everything I need.
