Great product for the cost! Makes life so much easier and customer service is excellent .

Pros:

No more reminder phone calls. Saves on staff time plus customers like receiving a text vs. phone call.

Cons:

We thought it might not customize to our industry well but it's very flexible and did just fine. Features to describe the appointment and length are greatly appreciated.

Happy Customer

Comments: Happy so far. And I no longer have to look at my schedule, look up client contact numbers and manually said reminders. Saves me so much time.

Pros:

It was so easy to set up and I got to play with all the features before committing to buying. I love that clients can book their own appointments, and I can create open appointments that fit my schedule. It is easy for me to book the client or for them to. I also love that it was easy and quick to get help with the app, and one of their support people actually called me which I often prefer over online support forms.

Cons:

The only thing I don’t like is that I cannot change the weekday location of appointments in a certain week without changing it for all of the weeks. However, when I talked to support they said they would bring this to the development team, and perhaps be able to provide this option in the future.

Cons:

The appointment date should go to the next weekday.

Very easy to implement

Comments: Very good so far, we would like a free SMS blast functionality but that is probably asking too much haha

Pros:

We noticed the product was very easy to use right off the bat, the layout was simple and the text confirmations were easy to edit and customize.

Cons:

Honestly there's nothing worth mentioning, minor stuff.

I love this app!

Comments: It’s great. My clients love it and so do I!

Pros:

I love all the options it gives for different locations, reminders, and templates. My clients love it too!

Cons:

The time zone scheduling. It always changes no matter what I select as far as client time zone or my standard time zone. Most of my Philly clients get reminders for their appointments while I’m actually already in the middle of the session.

Easiest reminder system on the market

Good software for small business

Ease of setting up appointments, having a profile for each client

Cons:

Can sometimes be easy to select wrong settings, e.g. day or AM/PM Sometimes when people reply to reminders I do not receive the message (more the texts)

Comments: Overall, I have really enjoyed it. It does what we need.

Pros:

I love the customizable reminders. I am able to put a link in the reminder to make donating to my ministry easy for my clients.

Cons:

they’re a bit more expensive than other calendar and reminder apps. Also, there is a limit on how many of my customers I can message at one time.

Comments: Good for the most part but prices keep increasing

The pricing when i first started was low ans it was a great app at a great price

Cons:

Makes a Great "Virtual Assistant!"

Comments: Overall, it's a great help to keep the communication clear between families and staff.

Pros:

Not having to worry about whether or not a client knows they have an appointment with us and being able to have several different types of messages. I also love that we can respond to texts through GoR.

Cons:

Dates that are close together for the same client - we don't get accurate responses, even though the client is sending back the correct answer (ex. Johnny is reminded of an appointment today and tomorrow. Tomorrow's confirmation came in as a confirmation for today's appointment that they responded with an X to.) Also, that when we change staff members for a recurring event, it changes that staff member for the whole series instead of returning to the original staff member for the following appt.

Perfect for our Small Family Business

Comments: I absolutely love it. Super easy to set up and start using. And has helped our little family owed shop keep up with other businesses by being able to keep our customers informed via text message.

Pros:

When scheduling appointments weeks ahead I love that I can text a conformation with the date and time and no longer have to remember to call my customers with a reminder. I also love that I can text them through the GoReminders platform instead of my employees having to use their personal cell phone numbers.

Cons:

I wish I could schedule some appointments over the course of days instead of hours. Most of the jobs we work on are in our shop for 2-3 days

Comments: Great was the best site I ever could have came across when I was looking for an appt to remind clients of there court dates

I like that we can send reminders up to 3 times so I will send the day of the day before and an 1 hour before just in case

Cons:

Really there is nothing to dislike they have so much to offer and I don't take advantage of all they have

Comments: I have used GoReminders for over five years. My clients like the one-hour reminder before their appointment. It helps them not to forget where we are meeting for a showing or closing.

Pros:

It keeps me on track with my appointments. I don't have to wait for a call back from a client to confirm an appointment; they can text to confirm or reschedule. As a Realtor, I have had fewer "no-shows" using GoReminders.

GoReminders for the Win!

Comments: It’s been pleasant really. It’s been quite awhile since I started using GoReminders but I don’t see myself stopping any time soon.

Pros:

I liked how the rate of cancellations and requests to reschedule went down.

Cons:

I hope to one day be able to send a reminder to more than one client phone number and email at once.

Great Time Saving Product
