Pros:

The thing I like most about Get response is, it's an online tool for automation & email marketing. It help my business engage with my audience.

Cons:

There was not a anything I didn't like about Get response. It was user friendly and easy to use.

Email Marketing made simple

Pros:

GetResponse helps me to create custom cold mailing templates for email lists to outsource network security tools to clients in bulk. Also, auto responder feature helps me to send custom responses seamlessly. I've been a part of its affiliate program and the best part is it's recurring commission to affiliates.

Cons:

It is quite expensive to start with if you have to send to bulk audience of over 5000.

My Experience With Get Response

Comments: I liked the fact it has the option of paid ads creator as well as tracking everything with analytics & contact management.
Its easy to create amazing emails.
It has AI powered tools.

Pros:

Get Response offers a website & landing page builder. Its free to use for the first 30 days. I liked the autoresponder. Get Response has a mobile app.

Cons:

For me automations are very limited. Its not user friendly. More advanced features are only available for higher paid plans.

Best for monitoring messages

Comments: It is helpful for a business owners like me as it can be use to monitor messages and can offers multi task options. Every businesses even if its small or big can profit to this app.

Pros:

It is a good application. Efficient tool to use and good for monitoring messages.

It is sometimes buggy and it is a little bit pricey compare to other applications.

Best Email Marketing Solutions With GetResponse

Comments: Since deployment, we have been able to reach more clients and my experience has been amazing.

GetResponse comes with great email marketing features and helps us reach more audience successfully.

Well, there hasn't been major challenges.

GetResponse is a good option for e-mail marketing

I like the functionality of their lead capture and the templates for e-mail marketing.

Cons:

I've mad major deliverability problems in the past and also when they make changes the "legacy" forms or e-mails you have created are hard to continue to use. Customer service is okay, but not great.

Be careful when using their services!

Comments: I liked the software but their support is brutal and puts a really bad taste in your mouth.

Pros:

Fairly easy to use. Very basic UI makes it easy to navigate

Cons:

They have issues with their SSL certificate that they don't inform their users about. I built a landing page which was used in my Google Ads and Google suspended our account which has cost us thousands of dollars. When I reached out to their support they admitted they were aware of the issue. Support is useless

Fraudulent Company

Comments: Horrible. We will need to take legal action against them.

Pros:

Get response seemed to do the job we needed.

Cons:

They fraudulently charged my credit card for 30,000 contacts when there were only 5 contacts the emails could be sent to and there customer service team stopped responding.

Ok Software

Comments: Very average compared to other market software.

Pros:

Mass emailing and very visual when using the software.

Cons:

Very difficult to set up and use daily with ease. Better products

GetResponse evaluative Review

Comments: Well worth the cost if you are trying to build your online business.

Pros:

This email distribution and automation is a must have in the marketing field today. GetResponse is a little more expensive than most autoresponders but is not outrageously priced and well worth the expense to continue to get the leads.

Cons:

If things aren't set up with other programs just right you will be entering the emails manually until you get them set up. That takes a lot of time.

Email Marketing Software and Nice template

Pros:

I've been using Get Response for Months now, primarily for Designing Landing page and(email) campaigns. I thought it was very affordable and useful solution, especially if you couldn't code then their awesome template makes it very easy to use, the designing were basically drag and drop although the ready-made templates outdated but Still okay for me

Cons:

I wish they had a smaller basic plan for starters. For people just starting out, this would be very helpful, not everyone can afford that amount, some users are students, And also sometimes it logs me out and I'll have to login again

Getresponse lost its edge

Pros:

The support is always available and helpful. The UI is clean and ok to navigate through. (I've seen much worse and much better too though) I think it's a great (and easy to use) alternative to basic ESPs that have far less features for the same price point. If you're just getting started with newsletters and automations, go ahead and trial it at least.

Cons:

I used to like... no... LOVE that Getresponse was at the cutting edge of e-mail marketing. Not anymore sadly. Automations should be a killer feature but instead, it seems half-baked and not really improved. Contact based ESPs are much easier to work with. It feels like Getresponse switched to serve a different audience looking for an all-in-one tool with pages, e-mails, ads, webinars, chat and abandoned it's initial core offer : a cutting edge email marketing tool at a competitive price. If you're a beginner, then, you will most likely love it's all-in-one offer. If you're a veteran with an existing tech stack and just looking for a new ESP... there are better solutions out there.

The Most Simple Email Marketing Software

We've been using GetResponse for a long time now across several other businesses we run and by far they're the best in terms of marketing automation and Customer support. The support team takes time to send useful weekly emails to new clients to help them better use their software. This educational aspect of theirs shows how concerned they are with the client's experience that's what we're chasing after.We create and run email marketing easily with great automation features and there are a lot of prebuilt email templates to start off with. The ideas are quite helpful.It also supports a lot of integrations which makes marketing super easy and less stressful. The tool itself is very affordable and result-driven- Don't where'll find the best elsewhere.

Cons:

Sales convention comes at an extra cost and times it's not really easy to accurately keep track of email bounce rates. We have issues controlling this and would love to hear about how to control it.I don't think their website builder is great compared to the advanced ones we've used

I have created multiple landing pages for my campaign, and the interface is easy to understand. This is perfect for an email campaign. Adding contacts, managing them and sending email is super easy. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Email sequences are quite complicated to understand.

Comments: I found GetResponse to be the most powerful marketing tool for small to medium businesses where you can start for free. It has a lot of features such as CRM, automations, landing pages and many more to help grow your business. If you want access to more advanced features, you have to pay.

Pros:

What I liked most is that GetResponse lets you create a free account that allows you to test the platform and make a decision before committing to a paid plan. GetResponse's long list of features is easy to use and a dashboard that is also easy to navigate. There are a lot of email templates and fantastic automations that you can create to grow your business.

Cons:

Although the free plan offers a lot of features that one can use as a beginner, access to more advanced features are only available on the plus plan and higher and they are a bit pricey. The GetResponse automation features are not available to lower-tier users and also their deliverability rates need some improvement.
