From the start up to our exit with them, they were not prepared nor capable to help us be successful in the restaurant industry. > > **Cons**: Lack of customer support. When I spoke to the people at the top, they could not find solutions to our problems and we are a business, working in real time and we couldn't afford their lack of urgency. > > I did not have a great experience with Linga. We started off with little to no training, we had to learn as we went, there were so many flaws with the system and their technical support is not U.S. based which made it difficult for us as we would need to contact them outside of their regular hours. Very rarely were they able to help you in real time and usually wanted to call you back to try to find a solution.
