> **Pros**: Job costing is much easier now that we can book time to multiple jobs during the day. the interface is not toobad

> **Cons**: it can not handle RDO and TIME in lieu accrual and really doesn't help for payroll aspects in fact it is quite primitive when it comes to Xero payroll integration and out of the 10 times i've tranported info to xero only twice it actully worked

> not great - the support team are good but the program really doesn't give them much to work with. I fould i needed to repeat myself a lot and the initial set up was left to us to do despite paying for the set up in the sign up

> **Pros**: One of the standout features we appreciated most about Connecteam was its staff rostering functionality. The ability to easily schedule shifts, track availability, and ensure the right people were assigned to the right tasks significantly streamlined our operations. The drag-and-drop roster builder was user-friendly, and the ability to notify staff in real-time about shift changes or updates helped us cut down on miscommunication. We also found it very useful that staff could clock in and out directly through the app, allowing for better oversight and time tracking, particularly during busy event periods or large-scale setups.

> **Cons**: The biggest downside we experienced with Connecteam was the lack of flexibility in their pricing and feature bundles. While the platform offers a lot of useful tools, we found it frustrating that they wouldn't customise a package to suit our specific needs as a small-to-medium events business. We didn’t require many of the features included in the higher-tier plans, yet couldn’t access key tools unless we upgraded. Despite multiple requests, there was no willingness to tailor a solution or offer a scaled plan based on usage or relevant modules. This rigidity ultimately limited our ability to scale with them.

The platform is very intuitive, which makes it simple to set up and manage without needing a lot of technical knowledge. One of the standout features is the ability to easily build education and training directly into the system. This makes it convenient to share important information, policies, and learning modules with staff in one central place. Employees can access training, updates, and resources from their phones, which is particularly helpful for teams that are not always desk-based. I also appreciate how everything is organised in one platform, including communication, updates, and learning materials. This helps ensure staff stay informed and engaged, while also making it easier for managers to track completion and participation in training. Overall, Connecteam provides a practical and user-friendly way to support staff communication, education, and ongoing professional development.

> **Cons**: One of the things we liked least about Connecteam was the training experience during implementation. The training sessions could have been improved, as the trainer moved through the material quite quickly and tended to jump between different sections of the platform rather than following a clear, step-by-step structure. This made it difficult for some members of our team to follow along and fully understand how to use the system effectively. As a result, there was some confusion about certain features and how to set them up correctly. To ensure everyone felt confident using the platform, we ended up revisiting the system ourselves and running additional internal training sessions for our team to clarify the key functions and processes.

> **Pros**: Connecteam is super simple to get up and running. It's very intuitive to use, unlike many other platforms I've experienced. Customer support is quick, and has always been very helpful and friendly to boot. The fact that Connecteam let's you have 10 users before charging is another plus. It enables you to get to know the platform before committing, which is not only rare, but great value.

> **Cons**: I would love the option for forms to be able to fetch data from a source. For example, you have a drop-down list on several forms, if an option needs to be added to the list, you have to update every single form rather than just the source. This could be implemented and be amazing.

> Connecteam has been always been fantastic to use in my experience, has never been "down", never had login issues, support is always great. Hopefully they have more improvements and additions on their roadmap.
