I have an intermittent problem which logs me out for some unknown reason. I can go days without being able to log in and then it works again. I advice the status on my ticket each time - when it isn't working they take ages to get back and/or advise it's my fault. When it is work they say "Glad to hear everything is working properly now. Let us know if you have any more questions." The things it ISN'T working properly - it's just an intermittent issue. And the trouble is once you have saved all your passwords into Roboform you can't get access to secure sites. I often can't do my company banking\! > > VERY FRUSTRATING. Roboform save and stores all your credential and automatically fill the fields (obviously with the associated credentials) when you need to login. There is a browser plugin where you can also see and manage all your credentials (and giving them a friendly name). You save a lot of time and you have all your account and password well secured. When you login to a site for the first time, Roboform will ask you if you want to save the new credentials. > > **Cons**: The popping Robothead asking for save may be annoying if you don't want to save credential > > I have a lot of credentials I must use, and keeping them ready to use is difficult; having credential saved in a file or in a notebook is not the best choice in terms of security.
