Hidden Gem in Project Managment Software

Comments: Get Casecamp now; you can thank me later. Hands down, it is our company's most beloved tool. I've used many project management tools while working for Fortune 100 tech companies as well as well as in my own development shop. Casecamp combines all of the tools we had(Jira, upwork, time doctor,) does a better job than all of them individually, and for a fraction of the price. These guys need a better pricing team because for the value of you get they are literally giving it away for free.

All in one solution. Great price and great value. Consolidate all of my tools.

CaseCamp is project management software.It provides unlimited projects with minimal cost to buyers.

Pros:

CaseCamp is the best project management tool which is available online with more features compared to its peers. The most exciting feature is Gantt chart analysis. So users can have graphical representation of project activities. It is also hosted at a private/public cloud. This provides next generation of features capability of the software. It provides advanced level of features such as analytics, expense reports, export to CSV. It provides 50GB online storage to users. This software provides easy to use interface. Users can learn it easily. Users can use only one tool to manage and cover a range of business processes and requirements.

Cons:

CaseCamp supports only English language to its clients. So user base is getting narrowed down. This directly affects the business of the company. There is one feature called Capture Employee GPS location/Employee tracking. I do least like feature called "Capture Employee GPS location/Employee tracking" about this software.

Work Well with GitHub and cool APP

Comments: I like the all-in-one design. Pretty neat! to use this within my company. I like the way it's connected to github

Project Management is completing the Goal/Deliverables within the given Time and Money durin signoff

Comments: It has made Project Management easy.Very User Friendly and helps in Budget Management,Tima Management,Gantt Charts,Bug Tracking,Issu Management and especially Milestone Tracking aincluding various other features.

Pros:

Project Management as mentioned above is Completing the Goal/Deliverables according to the agreed upon quality within the given Time and Money is Highly Impossible.so it usually requires little more than the agreed upon Time and Money.As a result, it results in Change Requests which involves more Time and more Cost.But using Case Camp Impossible is made possible.We can provide the agreed upon quality within the given Time and Cost which is leading to a Successful Business and High-End Customer Satisfaction.We are able to meet the Business Criteria which is the Prime Factor within no time using this software.No matter whatever might be the Business Need because of Case Camp we are able to meet the Business Case within no Time and agreed upon Cost which has made this tool to be an integral part of our Business.

Cons:

I would everyone to use this software but would be more than happy if they can come up in automating certain areas like Cost Management and Time Management like the Schedule diagrams wherein the activity durations can be easily and accurately estimated without much of manual intervention.

All in one project management tool easy to use

Pros:

The CaseCamp is simply a great way to keep track of even the most complex of projects and it makes reviewing past and current progress very easy and allows for planning and keeping track of man hours used. I have used other project management tools and none of them even come close to CaseCamp. It's a no brainer deciding to use it. I am still using it now...

Cons:

Comments: This software has been a great help with being able to see status and progress for our software development. I have used other project management software before but this one is by far the best. A++++

Having worked with project management software in the past, this one is by far the best I have come across. I have not been able to come across any cons as of yet.

Pros:

CaseCamp is a project management utility that feels light and robust. The web application loads quickly and I found it effortless to jump directly into my client's new project management tasks upon my first use. It has that modern feature that it does not require a page refresh to show real-time replies and new threads. I would recommend it to anyone.

Cons:

To my knowledge there is no mobile application platform for CaseCamp, but honestly I would prefer using a PC for this type of management anyway. They have no other flaws as far as I know.

Fast, Modern and Loaded with Features

Pros:

First, the UI is really good and it feels quite fast. Instant loads, no waiting to do anything. Casecamp is way ahead of other similar tools when it comes to UI. Additionally, it offers all the features I could think of without breaking the bank. Project tracking with Gnatt charts? They've it. Git repos? They've it. Integration with other tools like Trello? They've it. The reports are really useful to see team's productivity and much better than any open source alternatives like Redmine.

Cons:

There are minor UI issues here and there. For example, there is an empty box on project homepage which gives a feeling of something missing from there. The calendar screen has arrows on top and bottom on month name instead of sides. But nothing that can't be ignored.

Its very usefull and user friendly.

Comments: I have used this tool for 3 months now, the thing I like the most is that, casecamp is constantly evolving, they have implemented many new and useful features since I registered, and they also take in suggestions and work on it to give the best user interface and functionalities, customer support is very engaging and informative. Thank you casecamp.

Casecamp is has all the appropriate features to manage any project with a clean interface and functionalities. The Gantt chart is very helpful to monitor the progress of the projects in all stages.

Simply does all what was needed

Comments: The tool has been recommended as alternative for easy tasks assignment and communication while compared to other Project Management tools used before such as teamworks or basecamp or wunderlist. Was very happy for the user interface, ease of communication, tasks assignment, visibility of team members and contributors, status for tasks, open items. Great UI and dashboard

Comments: At a glance this app quickly caught my attention because it has some features I havent seen on competitor products. The time measuring dashboard looks great. Going to try out soon for managing my projects.

Easy to use

Comments: I was amazed about how user friendly this was. It was not at all complicated to pickup and use. They hide all the complicated tools but you can find them if you need it. The first time I put my project up I was hesitant about trying a brand new software with no reviews but it turned me into fan after using it. There are some features I want, but from what I understand the team is consistently improving it.

Great software to purchase and customize heavily

Comments: We want to develop conference board on project management software. CaseCamp team was able to understand our requirements and build conference board on top of casecamp core software with quite a few customization of their core software in a period of 1 month. Their development team was flexible and complete our beta product working in such a short notice and worked 24/7

Recommended to my employer

Comments: I am an development contractor performing both development and QA work. I have convinced my employer to use casecamp to help with Project management for its great features like case & task management, great value for money, Flexibility, bug tracking, code Deployment , employee time tracking and vacation tracking. Also integration with github and slack works great

Ease of use and access to all project status at one place

Comments: Biggest Pro in the software is its easy of use. Quick navigation to the various modules and allows to see overall status of project in one place. Employee and user interface is very useful and it has easy workflow for approvals (eg. vacation approval by Managers). Notification feature is very useful to subscribe for various reports.

Comments: Great idea, Awesome execution. It allows companies like us to not only monitor the internal external employees but also keep a track of project's progress and budgets. Best feature is location stamp and hours log for employees. Easy to use product which seems essential for Outsourcing business industry.

Best tool for Remote employees

Comments: We outsource projects to remote companies and this tool helps to manage code, people and projects with ease. Highly recommend for software development and design projects. What I like about this product is to associate a task with an amount of time that it takes and view in Gannt chart

A Robust and Helpful Tool

Comments: We switched from Zoho projects to this project management program and it was a great choice. At one point we had over 30 open tasks and 5 developers working with client-facing tasks and it handled it with ease, it's an efficient tool and we've integrated it into our team.

Value for Money

Comments: We are a telecom training company and used time doctor, Basecamp, assembla, ticketing system and collaboration tool now we use only casecamp.com. We saved 92.5% of the cost by switching to casecamp.com . Both web and app works great for us and love their design

A very good 'software development life cycle management' tool.

Comments: The user interface & functionalities of the tool is well taught and structured properly. This web application is applying 'pay for what you use' into the world of software development. That is a great value add for the customer.
