We have the desk booking and room booking system. Room booking system has been great with ease of use. In terms of customer service with COndeco, we have seen improvements. From the early days where we'd have to wait for a day or two for a response to what is almost an immediate response now. Today the outlook addin is not working and it is the second time in 6 months. Users are really angry to have to use the website.
