Comments: Its integrations provide pre-built interfaces to automate specific processes and data exchange between systems, and the workflows are incredibly easy to use, even for those without development experience.

Pros:

Kissflow has been an integral part of the operations team's workflow development for several years, serving as a connector between our various IT platforms. At first, we focused on its Workflow feature, but now we are exploring its Dashboard feature and its Application feature.

Cons:

Workflows and Boards do not have an adequate development and testing environment, which hinders the ability to implement an industrialized development process.

Great workflow management software

Comments: Overall, Kissflow has been able to address our company needs and the company is constantly making improvements on the software.

Pros:

The software support is incomparable, and once the workflow processes are developed, the customer experience is pretty seamless and predictable

Cons:

Limited API support, notifications and reminders could be much better, and since it's a no-code environment, building conditions into the workflows is very time-consuming.

An effective tool for managing workflow and streamlining operations

Comments: The program helped me improve process management and speed up workflow. The user interface was easy to use and helped me understand the tools easily. When using this program, I noticed a difference in the time it took me to complete tasks.

Cost The software is relatively expensive for small businesses or individuals with limited budgets and Internet dependency The software requires a constant Internet connection, which can be a challenge in environments with poor connectivity.

From 3+ years of using kissflow, It is a great platform that could still be improved.

The permission feature is not ideal and not practically viable. Customer support does not know much about Kissflow's features and limitations.

Comments: overall, i like using kiss flow it makes life much easier for me; as I said you can see excatly where the kissflow is lying and follow up on it

Comments: It is an 8 for now, for the dashboard not properly displayed on our screens

Pros:

Makes task delegation easier, helps manage/track tasks.

Cons:

It is somehow glitchy at times and right now we can't see the dashboard

BPM system with lots of customization available

Pros:

I like that I can create the exact workflow that I need for our use case. The system can handle most requests and is extremely customizable.

Cons:

It's not as intuitive as I would like so I often need to enlist the support team, however, they are always readily available and quick to respond and help me.

Comments: It is very easy to learn and very customizable to your specific needs.

Pros:

I love the customizable checklist and other options for our company.

Cons:

I haven't found any yet. We have been using it for about a year.

Does the job

Comments: It does the job absolutely fine. I've had no real issues with it, it's fairly user friendly.

Pros:

As a user, it is quite straightforward to use and to raise a PO.

Cons:

I have to go in and check where the PO is at sometimes, it would be helpful if I got reminders to chase the approver, if it's been sat there a while (maybe this is possible in the setup, I'm not an Admin).

Use Kissflow and Grow!

Comments: I was able to build my form quickly and with excellent advise from AI.

Pros:

What I liked best about Kissflow was how easy it is to build a form.

Cons:

It is hard to find something not to like everything runs a smooth flow. I can using Kissflow for larger and larger projects.

Comments: Good overall, its been a helpful tool too use.

Pros:

It works great for automating and digitizing many different kinds of work flows. Its also very customizable and helpful with a diverse range of tasks and needs.

Cons:

The search function doesn't seem to work very well when trying to search specific documents within flows. It doesn't seem to find the documents very well unless searched or typed a specific way. The search range needs to be a lot broader.

Kissflow has a few key advantages. The first is user friendliness which helps to take the system to various levels of stakeholders. Also, Kisflow is easy to customize according to the business requirement which saves a lot of money spent on developers

Cons:

Sometimes Kissflow is a bit complicated to introduce formulas and field restrictions.

I would recommend creating or initiating a new document without logging into Kissflow, without the need for a license.

Ther user interface is an amazing performance.workflow management is very easy.no code platform.

No issues still I don't have with kissflow.

I like that they added a filter feature so you can keep your tasks organized by the current day.

Cons:

The browser notifications do not work. I have to refresh the page to see new tasks. I have to rely on my email to know when a new task came in.

I don't know enough about it yet! Kissflow has numerous capabilities and in my time so far I think I've only scratched the surface. I'd love more guidance on how to use it to it's fullest.
