Pros:

Tracks our childcare data required for State Licensing, tracks our programs, camps, registrations and payments. We run our Fundraising campaigns out of Daxko Operations as well.

Cons:

It took a long time to figure out where each report was hidden and still have trouble locating certain things on the web page.

Intuitive and Reliable

Comments: Excellent reports and functionality

Pros:

Daxko is the gold standard of CRM tools. Every option is configured to where you expect it to be. Our IT Dept has integrated into our systems and I am working with vendors to use it with external software.

Cons:

the Mass amount of options and features it is easy to get lost discovering new reports and new ways of doing the same thing.

Comments: Navigating through this site and the program set up process is much easier than previous software

Pros:

The ease of being able to pull reports with adjusting data and exporting to excel files

Cons:

That would most likely be dependant on my user settings and my access to all options in Daxko

Comments: versatile and incredibly helpful software. Great for community centers, YMCA's and other applications.

Pros:

combined aspects of CRM and POS allowing for versatile business applications

Cons:

some processes need to be streamlined in changing process dates for membership dependent on situation requires multiple screens to make basic changes.

Data Nightmare

Comments: Besides a few friendly representatives who are quick to respond, my experience using the product for historical data that I need for grant reports and our annual report has been truly awful.

Pros:

- Phone Representatives are friendly and transparent when they do not have answers. - They are at least attempting to have an organization specific report.

Cons:

- Representatives often do not have a way of assisting and cases aren’t resolved - “Not for Historical Data” - No way to track demographic data for activity check in The list goes on, I just don’t have the characters for it.

Daxko software is great

Comments: Great software, pretty easy to learn and it is constantly being upgraded to improve the output that it's capable of.

Pros:

It provides up to the moment information, so you know where your membership and program enrollment stands 24/7. Its web based so you can access it anywhere and it functions like MS Office, which is what I grew up on.

Cons:

The product is a little bit more expensive that I would prefer.

I love the fluidity and ease of access on the programs and looking up member info and registrations.

what I would like more is to be able to create a list in the order of date of birth onto a excel sheet

Daxko's Ease of Use is great

Comments: I've spent time learning various systems for previously workplaces and many of them take days (in one case weeks) to learn because of their confusing internal workings. Daxko has been a breeze to learn and easy to use. I'd suggest it to anyone I know that might need a database system.

Pros:

The Ease of use if amazing. I learned this system in a under and hour and have been using it for a few months now with no issues.

Cons:

Sometimes there are prompts that say something like "Error saving data in system" without giving an actual reason so I'm not sure how to resolve the issue. Its not very often but does happen from time to time.

Comments: Small learning curve to navigate, but otherwise smooth operation.

Pros:

I like the ease of use and organization!

Cons:

The only critique would be the password update requirement frequency, it should only be required when breached or requested.

DAXKO Operations for the win!

Comments: Overall, I have used DAXKO Operations for over 10 years. It holds a lot of info right at your fingertips, is easily accessible, and I know it well.

Pros:

Holds lots of info at your fingertips, can be accessed from my desktop, off site on my laptop, or from my phone while I'm everywhere

Cons:

Sometimes it has too many clicks to get to where you need to be, also going "back" takes you all the way out sometimes... like while printing info sheets for kids in After SChool

Comments: My Overall experience with Daxko has been great. I have been using Daxko now for about 10 years and I have never really had any problems with it.

Pros:

Daxko is very user-friendly and very responsive

Cons:

I can't think of anything that I don't like about Daxko

Comments: I would say it is the best database I've used.

Pros:

I frequently use the History of visits & Event log for actions taken by other staff.

Cons:

Daxko is Adaptable and Responsive

Comments: Overall I have had a positive experience with Daxko Operations. It is meets my needs 99% of the time. It also changes to improve my user experience.

Pros:

The relatively fast response to the needs of our organization and clear communication about upcoming changes.

Cons:

Getting rosters for events is a little tricky and I wish there was a photo roster of past member access logs. This would help when trying to identify a guest by appearance in the event of an incident where they have not or cannot give their own name

Comments: In the last 7 years, Ive very much enjoyed working with Dako Operations here at our YMCA. It has made my job as a membership associate smoother and made it easier to get the tasks done that I needed to finish.

Pros:

It is very easy to understand. As someone who trains new hires for our front desk with Daxko, though there is a lot of information. It is very easy to train them and makes it easier for them to retain the information.

Cons:

I wouldn't say that I had any real negative experiences with Daxko. Any troubles that I had were resolved in a timely matter.

Easiest Website Ever!

Comments: Daxko Operations has really helped our company flow easily with keeping data, memberships, payments all in order.

Pros:

I started working the front desk at my childcare job about a month and half ago, and let me tell you this website was so easy to pick up on and learn! I had about an hour of training for 2 days total and was ready to start working by the third day! This websites layout is a work of wonders and is so easy to navigate through with little trouble.

Cons:

I have no complaints, this website is really a big help when it comes to payments, memberships, registration, etc.!

New upgrade not as easy for users.. I hope it was made easier for your programmers at least.

Comments: Daxko is a good product. I like that it still has the pencil (edit) feature as that assists in training new personal. As I have been with this YMCA for over 20 years..and been through a few changesand difference software ,I do like this one best.

Pros:

Everything I need to do with an existing member is still there. just takes longer to find

Cons:

the software loads more slowly. Still having trouble locating what I want , but I know its there somewhere. Since the upgrade the member photos have gotten smaller and even seem stretched wider.. We do not need a frame around them. We need to see who they are as some teens/guests try to sneak in as existing members. In case of an emergency I will have trouble finding the member on work out floor or class using that tiny photo.( yes I have enlarged my screen)
