Pros:

The fact that it interfaces so well with ADP is a huge plus and I do like the employee home page. Other than that not much to write home about (including how insanely confusing the admin side is).

Cons:

Some products are not as smooth to use - SmartBlogs; we have' Manager' and 'All' smart blogs, sometimes one message needs to go to both but there is no way just to tick a box on the platform.

Great platform to recognize colleagues!

Pros:

I like the ability to thank and recognize colleagues by sending them points and writing a short note about their contributions!

Cons:

I wish Fond could integrate with my Outlook so I could easily send Fond recognition right from my email.

Easy to navagate round and find work news and information. Savings are fab!

Comments: Saving money, easy to access information

Pros:

Savings! Especially like the instant loadable cards and vouchers. Like that the search searches for pages and savings. Works with mobile version very well; pages are easy to create and view/find;

Cons:

Having to log in to site load money on cards (am aware can top by text). Should be easier I.e via an app. An app for the site would be useful. More features would be useful i.e create & amend the tabs/menus along the top; amend colours; more functionality-site is very 'boxy', have a page for forms, policies etc - the downloads area to the right of pages isn't user friendly for this type of page needed; the setting up of blogs is confusion-can't work it out; an email to me as admin when new offers/retailers & features become available; forms would be useful that the user can submit; a function where say, I can upload a new policy for new staff, and there is a function where the user can sign and date to say they have read and understood it, then recorded within the back system (save printing forms for 600 staff!); a catagloe of professional photos to use. Just a few suggestions!

Great Idea - Not Happy with Product

Comments: As I said, the idea behind the product is fantastic... Just, in my humble opinion, lacks a lot of luster and the "security" is overkill for a platform that houses NO protected information (nor should it).

Pros:

The idea behind it rocks... The fact that it interfaces so well with ADP is a huge plus and I do like the employee home page... Other than that not much to write home about (including how insanely confusing the admin side is).

Cons:

I personally loved this product when it was Brand Integrity... When Reward Gateway bought/merged with BI I feel the product took a severe hit. There are a lot of things I do not like. 1) The fact it went from being a fun way to engage employees to now everyone must have a working e-mail and 2 factor authentication and if you don't have an e-mail it will not work. We have 110 employees who don't have work e-mail who cannot use this product. Our CEO can't write group reviews because of the security features on here (she reports to nobody). We went from a mom and pop company owning this platform (which was great) to a multi-million dollar company and it seems things got worst.

Pros:

This is the most influential software for legends because it brings strategic recognition and communication among employees.it is the most guaranteed way to great team work.Aligns all the goals and vision of employees.This software really boosted my employees skills and vision.

I have no problem with this software infact it has done wonders for me and that's why I can confidently recommend it to anyone with a similar problem as mine.

SmartHub is extremely useful and it's simple to use, especially SmartSpending & SmartInsights .

Pros:

I love that employees have the choice of how they save money...... instantly through the app with Instant Vouchers or with generous cashback. It's so easy to use. SmartInsights provide instant access to how employees spend through the portal and provide every statistic that we could possibly need to gauge employee engagement.

Cons:

I don't dislike anything about the software. Reward Gateway are always thinking of innovative and helpful products to enhance employee engagement.

Employee Engagement Has Never Been So Engaging!

Comments: We have 1200 employees working 24/7/365: it's impossible to be on-hand to see all the great things our employees do to create great experiences for our residents. The BI Platform allows us to capture and share these stories, for all of our employees to see, hear, and feel our Mission In Action! All 1200 of our teammates can now actively hear stories from parts of our business corners that they might not typically know or hear about - and that helps keep us all better connected, and helps crystalize what each of one of our teammates does to contribute to the whole we deliver. And perhaps most-importantly, we can now create a storyline for our culture, and illuminate and clarify those norms that we want to be celebrated within our culture: in so doing, we create intimate vignettes of learning moments for all of us, specific images of how we want all of us to "do things around here!" And that all of it is delivered on a customized and very hip social media platform makes it a fun and contemporary space for our employees to navigate to. And when questions do arise regarding site logistics, the BI Team is superfastandfriendly with their support! Take a drive: you won't turn back!

Pros:

Cons:

Truly: there are no cons - and any issues (not sure I'd even call them that, honestly) that we do see, the BI Team immediately first: learns what thing we want to try to do; and then tries to find the best solution to help us do that thing.

Improving recognition and employee understanding of their rewards

Comments: As a business they are very easy to work with. They are responsive to queries and issues, and their account management is proactive and helpful. Pricing feels fair for the value and quality of the service.

Pros:

Reward gateway helps us bring all our reward and benefits information into one reward portal. Employees can find out bout all the benefits, including links to the relevant forms, terms and guides. They can also save from a huge selection of discounted sites, and earn cashback, which is very popular. The recognition tool is quick and easy enabling peer to peer recognition and monitored awarding of shopping vouchers for larger achievements. On top of that you get the total reward statement, which shows employees the value of all the rewards and benefits that they enjoy.

Cons:

I think the format could do with updating. It's not bad but compared to some more whizzy sites it looks a bit static.

Excellent quality, customer support is exceptional and its so easy to use!

Comments: Increase in colleague engagement and more control of our benefits platform.

Pros:

The site is engaging, easy to use and of good quality. The software is easy to navigate and personalize when needed.

Cons:

The reporting is a bit hit and miss, the data is there the reports just don't run sometimes! The customer support team however is reactive and resolve asap.

The Brand Integrity platform is simple to use, functional and customizable for employee recognition.

Comments: It allows for me to recognize co-workers in a way that mimicked social media as it allows for all employees to see the recognition once posted

Pros:

The system is user friendly and allows for the user to entire a multitude of recognition options and titles. The system is also visually pleasing which always makes a system rank higher in favorability.

Cons:

The options used by the company I work for has the user title the recognition, write a blurb for the recognition as well as then select categories that the recognition falls into. It's cumbersome and I often find myself reluctant to take the time to do them as coming up with a title can be cumbersome for me.

Pros:

Flexible, easy to use with a great app. Our colleagues engage with this software more than any other Benefit offering we have.

Cons:

Back end customer support needs a bit of modernising but that is in play.

Beautiful But Not User Friendly

Comments: I appreciate that we can acknowledge individuals at a company wide platform. I think we would benefit from greater support for ongoing implementation projects, flyers and advertisements created by RG to promote sales in the discounts and shopping arenas and general maintenance processes to streamline the system.

Pros:

I have loved the ease of sending eCards for recognition for staff. I also like the options of adding important updates on extras our company is doing to a platform that can keep it all in a reference location without scrolling through emails.

Cons:

As the acting administrator, some difficulties we've had include accurately and easily maintaining the employee database, having to create guides on using the software for our staff, getting questions answered timely and with complete information, having follow through from those who stated they would follow up. Turnover with our client success manager impacted holiday use. Implementation has been a struggle and support has not been readily accessible from one person so questions have to be reviewed from the beginning. Often several "success articles" were shared about a question with varying degrees of relatability to the question being asked. It continues to be trial and error.

Quality interface backed by intuitive functionality

Pros:

I appreciate the ease of use for our employees and for myself as an administrator. The service provided by Reward Gateway is also excellent, helping us to extract the most value possible from our investment.

Cons:

Whilst the functionality works exactly as advertised, its been difficult to gain traction with our workforce in relation to the cashback feature (a totally on-line shopping experience).

Inheritance is not always a windfall

Comments: If you inherit a hub it is only as good as the people before you. It doesn't take much effort to shape and build. Great service from my success manager, she is worth every penny and a bit more! Full of ideas and innovation. Really helped us build and develop a concept we can be proud of.

Pros:

I have used it for a couple of years at different organisations and it is constantly evolving and improving. You really need to immerse yourself in RGs sessions to keep up with the changes and what we could add in. Smart Spending

Cons:

No TRS and not a true Flex Bens platform, difficult to reach online populations

Comments: The overal benefits have been saving money, it's also a great employee benefit. The site has had great feedback from team members.

Pros:

The site is great to use as both an administrator but also as employee. The security function as an admin is great but receiving a text message each time I log in.

Cons:

It can be frustrating that two tabs open when being redirected from the main reward gateway site to the site of the shop that you are looking to shop on.

A great employee engagement tool

Comments: A great tool to have all your employee benefits and communications in a single location. Easy to guide people to use it, information is easy to locate and update.

Pros:

Easy to use, features are easy to view, no complex menus to work through. Reward Gateway tailored the hub to our requirements, including a theme, company colours, images and wording.

Cons:

Did not have any features I did not like as the site can be customised.

Comments: Very Good Tool

Pros:

Recognizing and Celebrating achievements of the team and peers, It has comments and likes just like facebook or Linkedin, any one in our company can see the achievements once recognized.

Cons:

The setup is to select the Brady Values, but sometimes we may not be able to use it when we recognize tenure.

Pros:

I like you can access it on many platforms. I regular use it on my smartphone. I also like that there is a large amount of retailers on there to choose from

Cons:

Some of the offers on it are quite low. Great to see some bigger savings.

A lot of our traffic comes from mobile these days, so it¿s important that the user experience is really high in that area. We¿re further enhancing the mobile experience when we launch the SmartSpending¿ app in July, which you¿ll be sure to hear about. I hear you on some offers being quite low. We do push our retailers to give us the most generous offering that¿s attainable. Some retailers work to such low margins that the room for discount is quite minimal. Comments: I really enjoyed it for the engagement aspect, however our users didn't really grasp the importance of its usage. Also, frequent shifts in reps.

Pros:

Ease of access, great tool for recognition, great discounts

Cons:

Blogs are a little bland with template, lack of engagement with users.

Comments: Fast and easy way to have your managers recognize you! Honestly makes me feel special when I am recognized.

Pros:

I love how easy Fond is to navigate! There are so many options for all kind of people! I love how many different gift card options there are. I personally used my points towards an airbnb gift card for one of my trips!! It is very convenient and fast that the gift card is sent to your email!

Cons:

Some products are super expensive.. I feel like they should be slightly discounted? I know would use it towards something other than a gift card if products were cheaper. But I understand you wouldn't make any money if you did!

Great Team Member Incentive

Comments: I think it has been a nice employee reward program, better than what we were using before, but with the cost we could be offering better incentives to our employees without the platform. This program might be more cost efficient in a larger scale company.

Pros:

It has a lot of nice features to promote birthdays, anniversaries and special accomplishments. There is a large gift card catalog for the team members to choose from with their points.

Cons:

With the price to have the rewards and perks. I don't think it is a sustainable program to maintain with cost cuts because of COVID.

It’s Good

Comments: My overall experience is good. I think it’s a good simple program that gets what it’s supposed to do done.

Pros:

It’s user friendly and you can do it on the computer or on the mobile app.

Cons:

Like with most softwares like this, it takes a good amount of points to be able to get anything. And I don’t like receiving an email every time I recognize someone.
