great for planning, meeting and schedules!

Comments: It is a great applicatoon for schedules, planning meetings and polls. It is good for decision making and very helpful to a business.

Pros:

It is a simple application that is very easy to use. It help us decide on everything. Creating polls is also very useful for people who can't decide.

Cons:

sometimes the application has a delays and theres a time that viewing results are very difficult.

I wish it had more features for free

Comments: Overall, I like Doodle, but I wish I was able to display a large amount of options more succinctly so that users don't have to long scroll and I wish the calendar sync function actually worked.

Pros:

I like how easy it is to use and deploy a doodle poll.

Cons:

Some of the features like calendar sync don't always work, which has sent me looking for another product before.

A Once Wonderful Product...On The Decline

Comments: Doodle used to be the standard for scheduling meetings and for good reason - the tool was easy to use. However, the past few years, Doodle has really gone down hill. Part of this isn't their fault: Calendly and other scheduling tools gained popularity and were more convenient for people to use. Part of this is their fault:
- Their redesign was a big step backwards
- Their user interface is now worse and harder to use
- The free version is virtually pointless With all of that said, if you do pay for Doodle then the product is a decent tool. Is it better than Calendly and other tools? It depends on your use. But, if you are looking to just use the free version, I would steer you in a different direction. Hopefully Doodle will fix their issues and get back to being an extremely useful tool.

I use Doodle for meetings

Comments: It made personal conversations much easier for me through video calls that are fast and without having to travel to places

Pros:

I use it to organize meetings with clients or coworkers. I can schedule them in advance to have an organized agenda and when the day comes, Doodle notifies me with notifications which meetings are for that day and the time of each one. I have found it to be a useful tool in which I can trust my entire meeting agenda without forgetting any and have a good conversation without interruptions

Cons:

I use the basic tools and they have always worked correctly for me without any failures or system crashes

Easy to use scheduling tool

Comments: I have had great success in using it, and I like showing others how to use it for ease of scheduling.

Pros:

I love how easy it is to plan a meeting without the dozen back and forth emails about who is available when. It allows you to see all stakeholders in one spot and organize a time that fits best into everyone's schedule.

Cons:

There have been some changes made over the last year or so that have caused the website to be slightly harder to navigate.

Comments: doodle has consistently been the easiest way to poll potential attendees when scheduling a group meeting

sometimes the format can get confusing if trying to give options farther in the future vs just within the next few weeks

Great, and surprisingly—Free option!

Pros:

Ease of use and free option for occasional use to schedule events with multiple stakeholders when we want to choose the day/ with the highest likely attendance.

Cons:

Sometimes I forget to click a button and then don’t realize that my information wasn’t recorded .

Good for scheduling large groups

Pros:

Easy to find a time that suits everyone, very helpful for bigger groups

Free features are a bit limited unfortunately

Comments: we tried it as a free trial first and then decided to move forward with it

Do more with Doodle!

Pros:

I love doodle. It helped with scheduling and communication across multiple people at one time. It saves time and emailing, which allows me to contribute time to other work duties. I like how I can give many options for scheduling and allow users to make multiple votes. Using this has improved meeting attendance as many users who select their availability are more likely to attend.

Cons:

I wish some of the features were not paid only such as Zoom meeting option. I will like to be able to include the Zoom link within the Doodle poll.

Amazing platform to schedule meeting

Comments: Great platform for scheduling meetings with team members, however is a more expensive platform.

Pros:

How easy it makes scheduling meeting with a group as you can see team members availability

Cons:

It is one of the more expensive softwares available

A great event-planner device

Comments: As I said it is much more easy to use Doodle than having an Excel sheet and try to match everybody's available time slot. The userface is simple which makes it easy to get used to.

Pros:

It is a great tool to arrange appointments and gatherings, see who can come and when is the most useful time for such kind of events.

Cons:

Since our team uses it very frequent I decided to upload a profile picture and had some problems about it.

Massive time-saver

Comments: I use this all the time now when trying to find a date that works for a few people. Saves loads of back and forth with individual messages

It was fun to experiement and crested some interesting graphics. It was easy to use and intuitive.

Cons:

This is not necessarily a failure of the product but I could never fogure the best way to leverage it to my business.

Good Scheduling tool

Pros:

The opportunity of proposing different choices and to detail them, the opportunity to send the invitation link to friends also by phone, the opportunity to modify and custom each scheduling

Its look it's quite simple and minimal.

It’s like a personal assistant!

Comments: Being on the road most of the day, this app takes pressure off needing to be always answering my phone and scheduling appointments.

Pros:

I love that my existing and potential customers have an avenue to schedule my time in a way that is efficient, accessible and user friendly!

Cons:

Having a simple and short training video would be helpful to help get my colleagues who are afraid of technology on board to learning and using the app.

Doodle is the go-to

Pros:

Most people are fairly familiar with the interface and how it works. I think that limiting free features, like anonymity, is always a downer, but still good for what it’s for and intuitive to most.

Cons:

It’s been stripped to bare bones features for the free version and I do miss the anonymous feature.

Love This Platform

Pros:

I love being able to utilize this platform for free and being able to collect the needed availability of my Subject Matter Experts.

Cons:

I have not experienced anything that I dislike.

Booking teacher-parent-talks

Comments: Works great every time I'm supposed to book talks with a parent as a teacher.

Pros:

Easy to use and works with a single link. I'm guessing that the one booking gets an email which is great.

Cons:

Maybe the number of emails after every booking. Finding my way around the "weekly/montly schedule" was a little difficult as well. An easier way of seeing the time slots and which ones were available (after it had been sent out) could be improved.

Doodle Polls

Pros:

The ability to obtain the availability of a group of people for meetings.

Cons:

No real cons, but I don't use Doodle for anything else other than obtaining availability.

The best tool for scheduling events

Pros:

Doodle is intuitive and easy to use and has a convenient Outlook add-in that I use regularly.

Cons:

Not that convenient to use on the phone.

It's the only free option out there, but it's so difficult to use, still may not be worth it

Comments: I still use it to plan multistakeholder meetings, but never find the experience smooth or feel confident that all the details are correct in the polls.

Pros:

It's a unique program to get input from stakeholders for meeting preferences. It's much more streamlined than email at finding a common preferred appointment time for a large group.

Cons:

The setup is not intuitive and it's easy to make important mistakes, like not having it toggled to the correct time zone, if you aren't careful.

Great functionality

Comments: Doodle allows me to save time. I could organise a lot of professional works, meeting or birthday parties with it.

Pros:

Doodle is super practicable, easy to use and flexible.I have been using it for several years now and I won't change it.

Cons:

Nothing for now... I like the ergonomy. It's very simple. I can't say something I particulary dislike .
