About Adobe Experience Manager
A cloud-native DAM letting you easily create, manage, and deliver millions of assets for personalized experiences.
I really liked how much I could customize the forms I created.
The deployment model is very old. It does not containerize efficiently and the software need to be deployed in a virtual machine which is very old technology.

Digital content authoring and delivery tool
Comments: Since Marketo is part of the CRM, and individuals are increasingly migrating away from a dispersed Martech stack in favor of a more unified strategy, the connectivity between the two has been really helpful.
Pros:
As the manager of marketing operations, I am responsible for reporting on campaign statistics, website traffic, and key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as making choices based on this data. The metrics were presented in a way that was easy to understand and use, which aided me greatly in my daily reporting.
Cons:
Although the tool's insights and reports are sufficient, they can be improved by allowing users to create their own segments and therefore allowing them to zero in on the channels that are of greatest importance to them.
Enjoyed the functionality and customization
Comments: I think the forms that I was able to create with AEM were great. The software I now use doesn't have the same customizable features, and I miss them. I feel that the forms I create now don't look at good.
Pros:
I really liked how much I could customize the forms I created.
Cons:
It took a lot of training and practice to get good at using the software.
Pretty solid not when it works; smaller additions would make it a more solid program
Comments: Once set up, it is fairly easy to pick up, especially if you have worked with other CMS products.
Pros:
It is pretty easy to pick up with the text component and image one, even for clients who aren't tech savvy.
Cons:
The touch UI interface with versions 6.1 and above feels rather underwhelming. Because I can do much more in the classic interface, it provides little motivation to "play" with the touch interface. Also, cannot see doing much development on the touch UI side. Second, there are a lot of little things Adobe can do that will greatly improved the user experience of this product. First, add a simple spell check the various text editors and allow users to expand the size of the edit dialogue box even selecting assests and pages. Additionally, adding the name of the components when hovering over the component in editing mode in authoring. I know people have requested this. The latest version cloud version also seems a little unstable. Seems to have connectivity issues from time to time.
Great tool for enterprises
Pros:
It's a great tool to manage a big amount of websites. You can use content in many different websites in a very easy and efficient way.
Cons:
Really difficult set-up, developments are extremely complex and take a lot of time.

Adobe Experience Manager's seamless integration of content management and digital asset management is highly efficient.
Cons:
Adobe experience manager comes with high price and it can be difficult for small businesses.
Helpful Product

It doesn't have all the tools I'd like for content creation that some other products have.

Cons:
Nothing has been too big of an issue. Easy to google and find the answers
So many features
Comments: We are definelty looking to roll this out across the company
Pros:
The idea that we can everything in once place - a giant content control panel
Cons:
As with Most adobe items, its on the pricey side
Powerful content management solution

It is notoriously complex and can require a steep learning curve.
Adobe Experience Manager gets the job done!
Comments: Our virtual team enjoys using AEM for our internal communication publishing needs.
Pros:
AEM is relatively intuitive. We are able to edit and publish content quickly and without many issues.
Cons:
Sometimes formatting doesn’t work well or the program operates slowly. It can be frustrating to waste time when these things happen.
My experience
Comments: My overall experience h as been good with this. I use it on day to day basis. I found nd it difficult to work on system where it is not installed.
Pros:
I like the simple GUI of this products it's easy to use and available on trial period. You can use it free of cost with limited function also.
Cons:
It should allow to convert from one format to another format. Apart from this, it should also give the option to insert image.
AEM for CMS
Comments: AEM is the most effective platform for our team to deliver authorable options for content creation and deploy content through a publishing workflow.
Pros:
Fully customizable templates and out of the box workflow. Easily supported and staffed for as it is one of the industry leading CMSes.
Cons:
Cost of the tool is not insignificant. Does require full developer support to implement.
For what it is, it's fine
Comments: Overall good, I'm just a stickler for a good looking product. Webdam UI is better
Pros:
I like that its very easy top understand how to use. Very user friendly and easy to catch on to. AND you can more easily use with other Adobe products
Cons:
My god is it ugly. The interface is easy to use but not pleasant to look at at all. If i didn't have to use the website I wouldn't ever want to look at it again.
enterprise tool to help your marketing
Pros:
Thanks to easy content authoring you can cut your need for developers and time to market but keep quality.
Cons:
To keep it running thre is a need for constant administrators support.
Clumsy and bulky
Pros:
it has basic functionality to store, tag and share creative assets with internal and external team members
Cons:
Not a user-friendly design. For example, search results load in portions, you never know if that's all or you need to scroll down more, hold, release, wait. Not intuitive at all.
Expensive choice for a CMS, but integrates with other Adobe tools
Comments: Our move to AEM was mandated, but at least it has given us a chance to start afresh and apply some newer thinking and adopt some more modern best practices. That's definitely a plus for us.
Pros:
Its integration with other Adobe tools is probably the main reason to choose AEM.
Cons:
The CMS I was using previously was a little more intuitive and less restrictive in some areas.
Powerhouse
Comments: This is a robust program for operations that need to manage a large number of digital assets and pages, or with complex site maps. Edits to existing content are relatively intuitive and new page setup is straightforward.
Pros:
I had to make updates to existing pages that others had set up. AEM was fairly intuitive and easy to work with. It's not always easy to walk in to someone else's setup, and we have a large number of pages and different departments with their hands in the program. My experience with that kind of situation in the past would be that it was an act of futility, but it's been super easy to jump into.
Cons:
The help and training is not always that easy to navigate. When I run across an issue I can't resolve, I usually have to ask someone with more experience. If he wasn't around, I am not sure how I would find the answers I need.

Dynamic Platform
Pros:
We use Adobe Experience Manager Mobile for sales enablement and to publish marketing materials. It’s a very dynamic product that allows us to reach our customers in all major platforms and gather data on usage. Because we also use it for sales enablement, we can also get insight into what marketing materials our sales force finds useful.
Cons:
It takes quite a bit of maintenance if you don’t have the IT department to back you up. I’m also sure that many of the features are underutilized from a lack of technical knowledge.
Great product
Comments: Overall we have had a great experience with all pieces of the software.
Pros:
This is a great product that i would highly recommend to anyone. It has been really helpful for my company.
Cons:
There really is not anything that i do not like about this product. It meets all of our needs for our company.

The Most Expensive Wonderful Thing (you probably don't need)
Comments: We wanted to personalize landing pages, nice and simple. As we continued to optimize, we determined that we we're better off building our own react.js library and leveraging Adobe Target for an even better experience at a fraction of the cost.
Pros:
It is so incredibly easy to use and really is a wonderful compliment to the Adobe suite of products.
Cons:
It was like a gold and diamond encrusted shoehorn and we felt like we were paying it in spades. The cost of this product was astronomical and the utility of these services is progressively outweighed by the continued imposition of data privacy and protection standards. While the price is a very distracting drawback, there are other issues which make this service somewhat overrated and otherwise biased by it's ease of use
Powerful, but you have to learn how to use it
Pros:
What we primarily use this for is to create forms. This is great and offers a lot of flexibility in creating exactly what we what. There are a lot of validating and math functions that makes this a useful tool.
Cons:
Granting rights to write onto the form you output is difficult. It does not work with some iOS platforms. Learning how to use the software can be incredibly frustrating.
Experience Asset Management - You can count on !
Comments: To set up an online business - this is one of the best tools which can be used since most businesses are now going online - I would highly recommend Adobe Experience Manager.
Pros:
The Adobe experience manager is a must, especially the experience asset management which uses the Artificial Intelligence (AI) power to get the best results for your business. It allows for business specific texts which makes your work easier. From the viewpoint of the user, you do not have to crop images, that is done automatically for you which projects the image under the best light for a better imapact.
Cons:
It can be quite challenging at times to use. However, once you start using it, it gets easier.
