About HubSpot Sales Hub
Sales Hub provides email tracking, prospect database searching, presentation sharing, auto dialer with call recording and logging.
It's easy to implement and a couple of months is enough. The user interface helps a lot in the adoption process.
The Outlook Hubspot plugin connects with both and there's no way to stop it from working with my personal account.

Serious for tracking prospects? Look no more!
Comments: Was looking for a tool to understand cold emailing and I am glad I found Hubspot. The free version gave a lot of valuable options to begin your mastery over lead management.
Pros:
Easy to find, Easy to syn between PC and mobile, Has a minor learning curve that you'll get used to soon. Makes tracking engagement a breeze to begin with an understand which leads to focus on. Once you get it up and going, You would not need a different tool!
Cons:
Takes time to get used to initially, Took a few tutorials here and there.
HubSpot is a Great Partner
Comments: I'm very pleased and am perpetually promoting the platform to other company owners.
Pros:
Ease of use, tons of support materials, the HubSpot team reaches out proactively to see if you are utilizing the product to it's fullest (hint - you're not. I don't care how much time you put into optimization - this is a super feature-rich product and it's hard to use everything).
Cons:
I don't like that I don't have either the time to really dedicate myself to optimizing the tools or the staff to assign that project. It drives me nuts that there are so many aspects of the software I don't have time to fully understand even though they provide TONS of materials to help.
Useful lead management

Pros:
HubSpot data automatically sends to our platform so we are notified of updates right away.
Cons:
Searching for leads and finding notes on specific leads is difficult to find.
Simple sales tool
Comments: Simple and easy to navigate. There are support tools out there and there is so much you can do.
Pros:
It worked well for keep track of our client and prospect deals. I didn’t run it as an admin but felt it was simple to use and understand. They had some great reporting features too.
Cons:
I feel like there was probably a lot more features I could’ve used but didn’t or haven’t yet. There’s just a lot of features.

Hands down best CRM for startups for any business. HubSpot offers a lot of features and is very easy to learn quickly and start selling without having to slow down your sales process.

The biggest drawback is cost. It could become expensive to add other features.

More Flexible, Versatile and Cost Effective CRM
Comments: I think this is an awesome crm, especially for smb sales.
Pros:
HubSpot pretty much does everything, it's like salesloft and salesforce in one. All the features for contacting leads, customers and making tasks and tracking mission critical business info is great.
Cons:
The reporting and forecasting features might not be the best compares to other options, but we didn't get too far into the weeds here.
Alternatives Considered: Salesforce Sales Cloud

Hubspot is your only choice
Comments: It is the easiest to use and most robust product in the marketplace. Porting to it from Salesforce was like having a weight removed from my chest. No more consultants or programmers required to effectively run my business. If i need something done, I can 99% of the time make it happen myself. If not, Hubspot support is super helpful and responsive.
Pros:
Hubspot outperforms everyone else in the marketplace based in ease-of-use and ability to customize.
Cons:
Honestly, I don't think there is anything to complain about.
Good CRM, Good support team
Comments: Overall, happy with Hubspot. We can interact with each other within the CRM as to not step on each others toes. We came from a different CRM and it turned out to be a great choice.
Pros:
I like the ease of the program. It helps me stay on track, I love the daily sales task reminders. The email integration is nice so that I can track emails outside of the CRM as 90%^ of my day-to-day is done through my business email. Lots of good attributes to keep a sales person on task.
Cons:
It can be a little confusing at times when setting a sales flow. There are a lot of steps not required in my industry so they can kind of get jumbled, and dont always relate to the steps that I need to take for freight allocation with new customers.
Hubspot review
Comments: It was a good experience in overall for our team
Pros:
It is easy to do the first setup and you can organize the fields that you need for your sales team
Cons:
It is difficult to use for the post sales teams that need to keep track of each item in the warehouse.
Great Product
Comments: Hubspot really gave our team a structured way of keeping our deals organized, and gave our leadership team a 30,000 level view of the deals that are in the pipeline. Concrete steps lead to concrete results.
Pros:
I like many things about hubspot. One of them is being able to schedule email outreach days and sometimes weeks in advance gives a lot of time back for the rest of the week. The reporting and analytics are also great because i have an easy way to track outreach numbers and the deals that are in the pipeline with their associated progress
Cons:
One of my teammates schedules his email outreach, but has been experiencing issues with the emails actually going out.
Alternatives Considered: Salesforce Sales Cloud
Reasons for Switching to HubSpot Sales Hub: Salesforce is built on plug-ins, so you will need to get other products that can integrate. Hubspot is a one-stop shop tool.
Best across the board
Pros:
Extremely versatile, so many features that we haven't begun to utilize. I think the most important feature is that we can track when our emails are being opened.
Cons:
The interface can be more user friendly, and designed a bit better. It took me time to get used to the layout and understand what is where. It wasn't intuitive.
Alternatives Considered: Salesforce Sales Cloud
Reasons for Switching to HubSpot Sales Hub: The free trial and the features were excellent.

HubSpot can be expensive if you buy all the different accesses and if you have a large team, seats can get more and more expensive.
The best option for CRM SOFTWARE
Comments: In my case, it is like this when you don’t have any ability with CRM you can learn very very fast and how to develop a system for your company.

It is great because you have a clear vision about. What are you gonna do and it is easy-going to handle!

Great product for sales and contact development
Comments: We enjoy HubSpot. I like how it integerstes easily with many other apps and platforms.
Pros:
HubSpot is easy to implement and very easy to manage on a day to day basis. This product offers very helpful insights into my contacts and how they interact with our content and communications.
Cons:
I feel like HubSpot is a little stingy on the features they offer at lower price points. They hold on to better features that are too expensive for smaller companies to afford.
Alternatives Considered: Salesforce Sales Cloud
Reasons for Switching to HubSpot Sales Hub: HubSpot was easier to use and implement.
Why HubSpot Sales Hub is a MUST
Comments: I have had a wonderful experience with Sales Hub. Its functionality across all hubs is the biggest draw for me. I work mostly between Sales Hub and Marketing Hub and therefore did not want separate tools to manage everything. The pricing is less than other tools with far more ease of use, functionality, and seamlessness across hubs. Great for both startups and enterprise
Pros:
I love that HubSpot Sales Hub allows for a more efficient sales process. Having contact information available across all its hubs is so important to clearly see the full development of a contact.
Cons:
Have more fleshed-out integrations. Though it may not necessarily be due to HubSpot itself, the few additional integrations I do need could use more functionality.
Making deals and tracking made easy
Comments: It is a great platform for sales engagement, tracking and a lot more.
Pros:
1. User interface is really good and attractive.2. Helps to close deals in a great manner.3. Helps manage the sales of the team.
Cons:
1. There are occasional bugs and glitches in the platform.2. The pricing of the subscription plan was high for me.3. Does not let me change my subject head.
Integral Tool for Successful Sales Pipeline Management
Pros:
The basic structure out of the box was good for initial setup, yet it allowed for customization for some particulars we needed for our process. Integrations with other platforms was a critical need and these existed and have been improved over time. Allows for highly effectively pipeline management, task management, prospect communication, and knowledge repository.
Cons:
There are some nuances that make the solution clunky like the email template builder and the custom analytics dashboard designs.
