Comments: Really good experience so far. Happy with the price, the features, the modality and the App and definitely the great support and training provided

Pros:

Comprehensive features for the Aesthetic Industry. Marketing and strong CRM system. Great and responsive costumer service, which can also assist over the phone. An academy to support training and Help centre which resolves 90% of all my questions.

Cons:

It took me a while to get my head around the multiple features when I transferred from my previous software which was so much more basic...

Very poor software

Comments: Very poor. Everytime I use it something else isn't working correctly and it has negatively impacted my business.

Pros:

That I can use the app and book appointments on my phone

Cons:

Software crashes or freezes regularly. Payients often unable to book appointments or pay their deposit. Unable to take payments at times. Unable to use the prescription function at times. Support slow to respond and never aknowledge that pabau are at fault.

Impossible to set the system up and no access to support

Comments: pretty shady so far. They took my existing customer data quickly but since then I can't get up and running on a system that I am being charged for.

Pros:

I loved the demo and it appeared to do everything I wanted but there are some serious concerns at this stage. 1. So far the company has charged me over £600 and cannot supply a VAT invoice. 2. I have been trying to access support all week and no one has been able to resolve the issue. 3. The dashboard is different to the video learning films 4. When I signed up I said that I wanted access to support staff to help me configure it. So far there is no response.

Cons:

It seems shady. You have no idea where the staff are located - they work weird hours and the answers I have which are genuine support questions are not being answered. I can't even get a call booked in which was part of the "GOLD" onboarding package I signed up to.

Hi Ruth, Kane here, the guy you had a meeting with last week. I must say I am dissapointed to see your review which has subsequently caused other people not to proceed with the software, when in fact, the team have been on hand to help you - and the main issue was your own router was blocking access to the terminal. I checked the onboaridng with the Onboarding manager and the emails that you have been sent would have contained all the links you needed to book in with our team at the relevant time. In a world where reviews mean to much, I do think to be called shady is not a fair especially as you had not completed the academy which is requested. As I said to you last week, my team are at your full disposal to get setup, and hopefully you will be able to leave a more considered review when you have completed the onboarding and are fully setup. Comments: Again, excellent customer service. I SO badly want them to figure it out, but I am afraid if they don't figure it out by the end of the month, I will be forced to move platforms, which is Incredibly disappointing and time-consuming. I will contest my credit card charge if it's not sorted out because they have delivered a faulty product that does not function.

Pros:

Great customer service. In THEORY its a great software with SO many amazing features. But the bugs make it IMPOSSIBLE to use in practice.

Cons:

You can't use the software because the bugs make it impossible to chart and schedule. These are the main ingredients to running a clinic.

Pabau for an Aesthetic Clinic

Comments: The onboarding process was very slow for a brand-new clinic with no data to migrate. Most of the support staff have limited knowledge and are unable to provide immediate assistance. The platform has basic bugs that are common in any software platform, indicating a lack of thorough testing before releasing features to the public. Many features in Pabau 2 depend on the original Pabau, requiring tweaks in Pabau 1 for them to function correctly in Pabau 2.

Pros:

I found several aspects of Pabau particularly beneficial: Online Booking System: The ability to create links for specific treatments is a standout feature. It simplifies the booking process for clients and allows for targeted promotion of particular services. Cloud-Based Platform: The cloud-based nature of Pabau ensures that data is securely stored and accessible from anywhere. This enhances flexibility and convenience, making it easy to manage appointments and client information on the go.

Cons:

System Performance: The system can be quite slow at times, which impacts efficiency and productivity. Onboarding Process: The onboarding process is also slower than expected, which can be frustrating for new users eager to get started. Customer Success: The Customer Success experience leaves much to be desired mainly because Customer Success staff were not trained on Pabau 2 features or how to use them. Customer Retention Focus: Customer retention should be a core aspect of every interaction. Ensuring that users feel valued and supported can significantly improve overall satisfaction. System Bugs: There are still multiple bugs present in the system despite it being in the production environment. Addressing these issues promptly would enhance the user experience and reliability of the platform.

Pabau 2 is not working properly and causing lots of damage

Comments: I was happy with Pabau 1.However Pabau 2 was mandatory for all clinics and I was pushed to change it to it.
The software doesn’t work properly.Emails are disappearing from patients cards,you have to create services couple of time in order them to show in the software.I did create service myself 5 times and it still not possible to add it on the invoice.There are lots times when it is simply just not opening ,you have to reload page 10 times in order it to work.Absolutely horrible software.Contacted customer support lots of times,sent video about issues,since July no improvements.It cause massive disruption at work .Very disappointing.

Pros:

Pabau 1 was good and easy. There is nothing I like in Pabau 2 because it still needs to have lots of improvement

Cons:

Software Pabau 2 is no working properly.It had tonnes of mistakes in day to day work

Absolutely horrific

Comments: We decided to go with Pabau because it was the cheapest option at the time and was also more geared toward medical spas and IV therapy. We met with our Pabau account manager weekly to work toward implementing Pabau with our operations. However, we ran into problem after problem after problem. There were bugs, glitches, changes weren't saving, and we could not complete simple tasks. The interface, while new and modern looking, simply was complicated to navigate. We were also told we could integrate Pabau with our website and even our account manager admitted after the fact, that it is too glitchy to implement. After countless hours, days, and months, we decided to try a new software called Mangomint. It has been night and day. Mangomint was available 24/7 via life chat, email, and phone call. They assisted us and we got Mangomint implemented in ONE DAY. Since then, we have seen an increase in sales. We reached out to Pabau and they are unwilling to give us a refund (not even a partial refund). We are NOT HAPPY with Pabau and would NOT recommend them to any company. Do not use Pabau.

Pros:

Pabau offers a lot of features (this is the biggest pro) and it is more geared toward medical spa and IV therapy.

Cons:

There are a TON of glitches and bugs. Our account manager was not available and rarely responded to emails. They did warn us about bugs and glitches, however, we could not implement or use this software WHATSOEVER with our operations. We switched to Mangomint (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and were able to implement Mangomint in ONE DAY (just a few hours). Mangomint is also cheaper than Pabau. After switching to Mangomint, we did $1,700 in sales our first day launching our company. It's embarrassing when our Pabau account manager was unable to show us how to do things with the software, because even he ran into bugs and glitches.

I appreciate the flexibility to book online consultations at my convenience. Even when they are not available, I always receive prompt feedback from the team. Booking has also been seamless for my patients, making the process much easier for everyone involved. Additionally, the integration from our previous software has been successful, which has made the transition smooth. I definitely recommend Pabau’s services for anyone looking for reliable and efficient support!

While the platform initially appeared quite complicated, the support I have received has made me much more comfortable with the system now.

Pabau 2 Migration

Comments: Generally very good, a few teething problems with the migration but I'm sure they'll get ironed out in due course

I have recently been migrated over to Pabau 2 and I can see the benefits of the new system. The online booking integration reduces my clinic admin as patients can book directly online

Cons:

Customer service works but they take time to get back to you. Teething problems with the migration means some of my automated services set up previously aren'y currently working and need setting up again

It sounds great but the result is poor

Comments: Very poor. We are looking at switching to another software company.

It sounds great and excellent functionality and would generate efficiencies

Cons:

There are endless software bugs that are embarrassing both for Pabau and for my business. The support is highly inadequate, slow and cannot solve key issues. It is crazy that Pabau changed over to Pabau 2 and the functionality got far worse.

Comments: Good. Helpful staff, chat is answered with most questions answered. Helpful friendly team.

Pros:

The capability of the whole system allows for everything to be in one place.

Cons:

A lot to learn to use it effectively. Few hiccups with communication, however they seem to have resolved this issue now.
