An excellent task management web application

Comments: In my opinion, MeisterTask is an excellent tool for managing tasks and staying organized. It's user-friendly and provides an effective means for team collaboration. However, I do find the basic plan to have limited features, and the mobile app lacking in some regards.

Pros:

In my work, I find this application to be extremely valuable as it allows me to seamlessly monitor all of my projects. The user-friendly features are particularly helpful, allowing me to set my own due dates and easily organize and track my assigned tasks. Overall, it's a fantastic tool that greatly enhances my productivity.

Cons:

While I didn't come across any significant issues, I believe there is room for improvement with the frequent crashing problem and the mobile app's performance.

Comments: I first heard about Meistertask on a podcast. I was certain I didn't need this tool. After all, I had a system that worked for me. Plus, I had tried the other tools. Asana was "okay." Airtable and Notion were confusing. Trello was clunky (i.e. ugly). Clickup had great features but felt very overwhelming when you are a solopreneuur, party of one. >> But once I tried MeisterTask, it simplified everything for me. It's visually easy to navigate and allows me to see exactly what I need to do each day. Also, the task cards hold all the links and information I need to stop wasting time jumping between files all day. In short: it simplified my workflow.

Pros:

As a copywriter, I'm constantly juggling multiple projects for multiple clients. MeisterTask makes it easy to see where I am in the process and each task card easily holds all the links, files, etc. that I need to complete the project. No more constant back-and-forth between Google Drive, email, etc. I'm saving SO much time seeing everything in one place!

Cons:

Resetting reoccuring tasks at the start of each week seems a little cumbersome, but maybe I haven't quite figured that out yet.

Quick and Easy Task Scheduling Platform

Comments: Not so great platform for overall grand scheme task managment. Better for summarised and on the go task noting.

Pros:

Quick and Easy task scheduling for when you need to write it down, but not necessarily great for detailed activity scheduling. Better for task noting and scheduling on the go. It's summary dahboard makes it easy to summarise task requirements that are simple and straightforward. The colors are not the most appealing, neither is the dashboard the most satisfying or the most relaxing. It's still workable nonetheless.

Cons:

Intimidating overly crowded dashboard. The elements are not properly aligned. Misplaced QR codes and annoying color scheme.

Very Easy to Use

Pros:

You can assign tasks to certain individuals within an end date, add proposals to keep organize.

Cons:

Meistertask has been super efficient and effective

I appreciate how it gives you a general overview of your projects enabling us to track progress in all the tasks of a project. I also like how it allows you to tailor it according to your unique company requirements.

Cons:

It would be highly beneficial if they added more project views to bring more flexibility to project management.

MeisterTask is remarkably simple to use and manage thanks to its clear and eye-catching design. MeisterTask's comprehensive reporting and analytics features offer insightful data and areas for development.

Cons:

Even though MeisterTask provides a variety of task views, each view's customisation possibilities might be expanded to better meet the distinct preferences of our workforce.

The Master of task and time

Comments: MeisterTask and MindMeister are two of my favourite tools for planning. We can try to remember all of our days details or we can remember the one place we recorded them.

Pros:

I started project planning with MindMeister adding MeisterTask was an easy add-on. I like the different view options, it helps me to see the project from different angles.When your manager asks "what did you do all-day?" You have a quick way to show them.

Cons:

The layout takes time for people to learn so you have to plan to work people through the process.I am not asking for changes, just new process takes time.

MeisterTask used for media and film projects, works like a charm!

Comments: This is the ONE project mgt system I like. I’ve tried everything else, they are always too cumbersome and detailed and cannot respond in a fast & fluid way.

Pros:

Getting all new team members on board requires a bit of effort, they need to accept initially being included in the MeisterTask universe

Game changer

Comments: Another great feature of MeisterTask is the ability to create different projects and boards. This has allowed us to organize our tasks in a way that makes sense for our team. We can create different boards for different campaigns or initiatives, and it's easy to switch between them to see what we need to be working on.

Pros:

One of the major benefits of using MeisterTask is its user-friendly interface. It's easy to navigate and use, even for team members who may not be tech-savvy.

Cons:

Having the option to put the task in "waiting" mode instead of only have the option for Completed and Archive. The task would automatically go into the WAITING list.

MeisterTask helps teams manage tasks and collaborate

Comments: MeisterTask is an excellent method of task management and general organization. It's a terrific tool for teamwork because it's simple to learn and implement. The only drawback is that the free plan doesn't offer many many features, and the mobile app isn't very advanced either.

Cons:

MeisterTask's limited functionality and lack of customization possibilities in the base subscription is a drawback. The mobile app also misses some of the more advanced capabilities seen on the website.

It's easy to use and user-friendly software that offers versatile task management capabilities, task automation and third-party integration tools to fulfill our project management needs.

Cons:

The software is clean without any disadvantages and also we did not face any issue with the tool till now.

Pros:

I like how easy it is to use and it is very user friendly for beginner users. Most importantly, I like how it keeps our team informed on important tasks coming up and allows us to meet critical deadlines.

Cons:

At this time, I do not have any cons. It provides all the features we need to accomplish our goals.

Marketing Meets Meistertask

Comments: Overall our office and team are very happy with MeisterTask.

Pros:

The project management function of MeisterTask has been invaluable to our team, both in-office and while WFH. Using the features to maximize organization, accountability, and communication with our team has eased the transition into a hybrid work space.

Cons:

There are some glitches in email notifications not always being sent. We have stressed the importance of keeping the window open at all times, but it would be nice to be able to rely on the notifications to come through.

Pros:

Very easy to work using the Kanban approach. Literally the best application that I know for this use.

Cons:

I found it complicated to stop recurring tasks once they have been completed. Every week, it would show up as a new task and I could not find a solution for it in the help section online.

MeisterTask is good tool

For me, this app is really so amazing, it has helped to get better management in my activities and improve my time of response.

Cons:

Maybe I would like to get more tools in the software or more integrations with other apps

MeisterTask Keeps our non-profit task management on track

Comments: We use it extensively every day to manage as many as 60 tasks across 3 projects. I can't imagine doing what we do without it.

Pros:

I am more thankful every day that we implemented MeisterTask into our non profit's suite of tools. I don't know how we would be managing our current workload without it!

Cons:

Archived tasks need to be searchable and text selectable on the mobile app. The capability exists with the desktop web app but needs to be applied to the mobile app.Over 50 tasks can not be listed on the mobile app without resorting .. this is problematic.

An Effective Project Management Tool

Comments: A good experience, because of the ease of use. I missed a few features, but they are only available in the paid version like more project number and more upload space.

Pros:

The interface is easy to use and navigate, making the task of managing projects simpler. It can be integrated with other tools, offers real-time collaboration features, offers good prices, even for large teams.

Cons:

The tool is limited with some features, where competitors offer free. You need to watch tutorials and need time to master everything in this software. The integration with other software is pretty average.

Comments: With all the projects we have, the use of the pipeline makes it easy to see all jobs each project manager holds.

Pros:

Ease of moving tasks down the pipeline makes keeping track of project on track for finsh.

Cons:

Not sure I have anything to dislike...

Very simple way to assign new activities to employees.

Comments: MeisterTask has been the appropriate platform to generate new activities and assign new tasks for the various sectors of our company; Thanks to this platform I have been able to assign more than 10 activities for our sales sector as well as for other sectors of our real estate company. MeisterTask managed to have a system where we can see the progress of each activity, we can modify the number of members for each activity, employees can exchange activities and also communicate from MeisterTask. This platform has been perfect, I loved this platform because it helped me create new activities and assign them online.

Pros:

The easy way in which we have been able to manage all the activities thanks to MeisterTask has left us truly impressed. I liked MeisterTask because it allowed me to know the status of all the activities in real-time, it provided me with a board view and a column type view, and it both views I felt comfortable, I was able to view the tasks in progress, shceduled tasks and the completed tasks, thanks to the main panel, I was able to know the status of each activity in real-time. In addition, MeisterTask allowed me to use a collaborative service, where employees could meet, communicate, share worko material and complete a task as a team. In addition, MeisterTask allowed us to sed time limits for each task, send us alerts when a task had not been completed, assign tasks for specific dates and much more, it is a very complete platform.

Cons:

The problem that I found in MeisterTask is that there is no function that allows making backup copies for all the information that is handled in this platform, this means that if an employee has deleted an activity note by mistake, we will not be able to recover it, in addition, if due to a system error, what the employees have spoken when working as a team is deleted, this information cannot be recovered. The general MeisterTask system works very well, but they need to implement a function to retrieve or save relevant information.

MeisterTask is Essential

Comments: Now that I have MeisterTask in my life, keeping up with my tasks and projects is a breeze! I absolutely love my new BFF!

Pros:

I've tried a lot of task and project management tools over the lifetime of my business. None compare to MeisterTask in terms of ease of use and value for money. Not to mention it's by far the prettiest and most colorful of all the tools I've used in the past. It actually makes it a pleasure to jump in there to work every single day.

Cons:

So far I haven't found any issues with this software app. It's so very easy to use.

How wonderful it is to use Meister Task

Comments: Moister Task is awesome, it allows me to communicate effectively with my staff and And implement tasks that reaches my staff in a timely and effective manner. Awesome program!

It’s easy and effective. This is a program I have been looking for for a while, when I found it it blew my mind on how easy it was to use.

None that I see as of yet. It seems to give me everything that I’ve been looking for in the last year, it works great.
