It is also a secure system that provides privacy to my contacts and does not share their information with outsiders. We have used Signup for 5 years at my not-for-profit organization and we upgrade to ad free for 3 months during our busy summer season. I definitely recommend investing in the upgrade\! Edits are easy to make and all of the descriptions to our spots can be modified as needed. Generating printable lists and reports to use at our volunteer events are ready in a click of a button. When I forget what steps to take to find what I'm looking for, or have a question, the program has complete and simple instructions that are easy to follow. We also get monthly, in advance reminders of the billing so that makes it easy to add or remove upgrades when we need to. > > **Cons**: I am of the generation that grew up prior to computer technology so for me there is no such thing as "intuitive".
