Easy to configure, create forms, create users, create roles, give access, feeding data, API

5.0 7 years ago

Comments: Signing up the member without using paper form. That avoid the data re-entry.

Pros:

I have been supporting the ProntoForms Application from 4 years. All features are very easy to use and manage. All features are very effective. Users iPad might have different forms. Even a forms that has 7 pages, no issue at all. I worked on API to push data for the forms into iPad. Users submit the records and will back to the server to automatic feed into database. Customize whole cycle was great and success. Creating Users, Creating roles, security access, creating form space and forms are very easy. All features to create form are there. Customize forms can be create easily.

Cons:

As a software engineer, I don't see any cons on this application. But I see that a user can use either iPad or iPhone. One user cannot use both. If user want to use both there will be two license and two user. If a user can use at least two devices from same license and same user name that will great.

A lot of potencial but still a lot to improve

4.0 2 months ago

Comments: Overall it is a good tool but for sure it has a lot to improve.
There are basic features or options that are no possible to use yet, but I believe it can easily be implemented.

Pros:

The amount of input types that can be used in the forms. The possibility to link it with Salesforce Servicemax. The fact that it has sections and sub sections for the forms.

Cons:

Limited use of the templates. Does not allow to change the resource image used in the template. Same resource image for every question using the template. Too many steps to create a resource image. Lack of options to apply some settings to multiple objects.

Many better solutions on the market

1.0 3 years ago

Comments: Support is awful, and the product is clunky and requires work-arounds. There are MUCH better solutions on the market. The problem for us was that you have to spend a lot of time figuring work-arounds by the time you have put so much time into making it do what you want you are too far down the rabbit hole to back out once you find out that it is not such a great "solution" that requires babysitting and overhead. Do not sign a contract until they prove it does what you need seamlessly otherwise you will be disappointed. They will tell you what you want to get you to sign and then fall short. Make them build you a demo first, otherwise your in the woods.

Pros:

The promises the sales team made. It was going to require little management overhead.

Cons:

The promises that they could not deliver.

4.0 3 years ago

Comments: It's good, I consider for keep for a time.

Pros:

So, It's very interesting this software, the colors, the frame position. I like because, first, we can use in a smartphone and develop advanced surveys. Also, I love that we can connect with a differents type of cloud for example G suit (I personally use) or even Dropbox, organizing and obtaining the analysis hoped. Finally, It's too easy for start and I consider essential for a SEO plan, marketing, advertising and all is in real time.

Cons:

It can be better, for example the settings option need be more visible. Sometimes, the connection is gone.

Excellent tool for vehicle insurance inspection

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: In general terms, my experience with TrueContext has been fairly pleasant. This software has really improved the speed of vehicle inspections while increasing accuracy for my inspectors in the field. Yes there are small synchronization glitches but when compared to efficiency and customizability, such issues seem too insignificant.

Pros:

What was really appealing to me about TrueContext was that it’s pretty user-friendly, with customizable forms. This makes it easy for the inspectors in the field to use it at their convenience, thus enhancing data collection in an organized manner that improves precision and speed of vehicle inspections.

Cons:

On the other hand, what I have not liked concerning TrueContext is that occasionally, data synchronization can be a bit slow particularly in areas with poor network coverage hence leading to delays in information processing.

Easy powerful forms. TrueContext is for every company!

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: Happy with the functionality. We look forward to future updates.

Pros:

Easy to build forms and if support is needed, the team at True Context/Pronto Forms are very helpful. Our company is happy using this system for all our form submissions!

Cons:

We are unable to add logos/diagrams to our forms unless we pay extra fees. This should be a standard. For example, the health and safety area. Why can't we add logos for people to understand better instead of having to read everything.

Some of the pros of using ProntoForms include:1. Customizable forms: ProntoForms allows users to create customized forms with a drag-and-drop interface, making it easy to tailor forms to specific needs and collect data in a structured way.2. Mobile-friendly: ProntoForms is designed for use on mobile devices, which makes it ideal for field service technicians who need to collect data on the go. The mobile app works offline, ensuring that data can be collected even in areas with no internet connectivity.3. Integrations: ProntoForms integrates with a variety of other platforms, including Salesforce, SharePoint, and ServiceMax, which enables users to share data across different systems and automate their workflows.4. Analytics: ProntoForms provides real-time analytics that enable users to track performance metrics and gain insights into their field operations. User-friendly: ProntoForms is user-friendly and requires no coding knowledge, making it easy for businesses to get started with the platform quickly. The company also provides excellent customer support, including training and troubleshooting assistance.

Cons:

While ProntoForms has many benefits, there are also some potential drawbacks to using the platform. Some of the cons of ProntoForms include:1. Pricing: ProntoForms can be expensive for small businesses, with pricing plans starting at $30 per user per month. Additionally, some advanced features require a higher-priced plan.2. Learning curve: While ProntoForms is designed to be user-friendly, there may be a learning curve for some users who are not familiar with mobile form creation or data collection software. Some training may be required to fully utilize the platform's features.3. Limited customization: While ProntoForms is customizable, there may be some limitations on what users can change or modify in the form creation process. Some users may find that they are not able to fully tailor forms to their specific needs.4. Dependency on Internet Connectivity: While the mobile app works offline, it requires an internet connection to sync data to the cloud and for real-time reporting. This can be an issue in areas with poor or no internet connectivity, as data may not be immediately available for analysis.5. Limited Device Support: ProntoForms is available on iOS and Android devices only, which may limit the ability of some businesses to use the platform on other types of devices.

The operation management software is of excellent quality

4.0 2 years ago

Comments: We utilize Proton Forms in our organization to monitor field service teams working in remote areas. This software ensures timely collection of field data to effectively track their progress. Furthermore, it promotes better communication within the organization and helps retrieve historical data as needed.

Pros:

On a regular basis, I employ Proton Forms to keep track of my operational metrics. Its workflows are integrated seamlessly and easy to teach to my team. The pricing is affordable, and its mobile application allows remote teams to easily update data, monitor progress, generate reports, and analyze data.

Cons:

Although Proton Form's pricing is reasonable, it may be more costly than other software that offers comparable functionality. Moreover, there are times when the mobile application encounters glitches on iOS. Additionally, it can be challenging to reconcile data and create reports using the software.

I am writing review of ProntoForms

5.0 2 years ago

Pros:

ProntoForms is a mobile forms app that allows us to collect and analyze data in real time. It provides a customizable platform that allows us to create our own forms and workflows, making it easy to capture the data they need. ProntoForms also offers offline capabilities, so users can continue to work even when they don't have an internet connection. Additionally, the app has advanced features such as automatic calculations, electronic signatures, and barcode scanning, which help streamline data collection processes and reduce errors. Finally, ProntoForms integrates with a variety of third-party software, enabling businesses to incorporate their data into their existing systems for better analysis and decision-making.

Cons:

While ProntoForms is a robust and versatile mobile forms app, there are some potential drawbacks to consider. One of the main cons is that it can be relatively expensive, particularly for smaller businesses or those with limited budgets. Additionally, some users have reported that the app's interface can be somewhat complex and difficult to navigate, especially for those who are not tech-savvy. Another potential con is that ProntoForms does require an internet connection to sync data, so users may experience delays or disruptions if they are working in areas with poor connectivity. Finally, while the app is highly customizable, it may require some initial setup and configuration, which could be time-consuming for some businesses.

Easy to use and effective form building

4.0 6 years ago

Pros:

ProntoForms has been a brilliant way of integrating their forms into our everyday jobs and custom built systems. The latest version of the form builder is a very powerful tool allowing you to build complicated forms in no time at all. The forms are easy to use for users and do not require a lot of training before using it out on the job. We can't fault the support team, they answer your questions where possible and will pass on to the appropriate person if required.

Cons:

Although there can sometimes be issues when the forms are sent/received, the support team are on hand and is generally fixed with ease. Any ongoing issues are passed onto development for fixing.

Great For All Depts in My Business

5.0 6 years ago

Comments: Love Pronto Forms for payroll, safety, project management, Human Resources, Purchasing Dept and inventory tracking.

Pros:

1. Easy platform enables all our field techs to submit vital information back to the office and management. 2. General contractors require our field employees fill out daily job reports by hand but now they accept our reports in Pronto. We simply add their email address in the distribution. 3. We export timesheet data into Excel and import into our payroll system. O more data entry.

Cons:

Would like to make contractual language on our work orders smaller than the rest of the pages.

Great, versatile mobile program.

5.0 6 years ago

Pros:

Ease of use! ProntoForms can be used across the board with any skill level. The more technically savvy you are, the better you can maneuver the program and fully utilize its features. Google connections is what makes Pronto that much more valuable to me as I am a heavy Google user. I've worked with several companies introducing ProntoForms and I have successfully been able to create a program utilizing Pronto tailored to each company and their specific set of needs.

Cons:

During transition times of heavy updates, problems and errors can arise within the mobile app and the web based portal. It can be fairly inconvenient and confusing to users who do not know the ins and outs of the app.
