Pros:

It integrated well with our company email and was super simple to review and manage all the candidates. I have not used it in a while but will certainly use it when needed.

Cons:

The "free trial" was such a dismal defeat and the other sites we used (Indeed particularly), that Zip basically was forgotten about on their own.

Comments: My experience with ziprecruiter has been great. I actually left reputable jobs sites to join zip requiter

Pros:

Since using zip recruiter I was able to apply for companies I didn’t know was hiring as well as letting me post jobs when I was needing assistance. It lets the candidate know if they have the right skills for the job instead of you wasting your time and filling out an application not knowing you wasn’t going to get the job at all.

Cons:

The notifications. Even though I checked my account frequently I would miss some offers. I would love if it would call or somehow make sure no matter what you would be able to receive your notifications in a timely manner.

Comments: Zip is the best I really like it better than so many other job boards and sites.

Pros:

Zip Recruiter has always been a very easy set up for recruiting candidates. I like how the website is not busy at all or intimidating.

Cons:

I think seeing more automated tasks could really help to streamline the amount of time it takes me to recruit. I also don't really like the questionnaire questions for candidates. Few of them want to take those extra steps.

Over priced and false advertising

Comments: Completely unsalted with their service and way over priced

Pros:

No pros to mention. They sent candidates that wasn't even close to be qualified

Cons:

Everything about this company was bad. Even after cancelled they continued to run my card for $475 four times. Look elsewhere.

Comments: Very positive experience with ZipRecruiter.

Pros:

I appreciate all the different things ZipRecruiter offers. Job postings, The Ability to search for applicants using key words, messaging potential applicants and organizing data.

Cons:

In ZipRecruiter I feel sometimes I may overlook applications. If an individuals resume doesn’t have a keyword I type in, I may not see their resume and pass over a great potential coworker.

Giant waste of money

Comments: Will never use them again

Pros:

Nothing. I found them rude and unwilling to help. They did not care that I spent almost a thousand dollars with them and did not get one qualified applicant!

Cons:

EXPENSIVE!! For what you get this is way over priced. Your luck if you get candidates that are even remotely close to what you want.

Comments: Overall, I found everything easy to navigate and use. The price is awesome and customer support is superb. I recommend it to all my colleagues.

What I like most about ZIP RECRUITER is how easy it is to navigate and post. The wide variety of candidates.

Cons:

I haven't found anything at all that I didn't like with this product. It's a great product with so much to offer.

Comments: It is an okay product that probably works best for specialized recruiting in niche fields.

Pros:

I liked that it was easy to use. The interface is very easy and allows for the candidates to apply easily.

Cons:

We only received 7 candidates with only 1 having the qualifications for the role. With Indeed we receive at least 30 with more than 10 being qualified.

It is a very good platform

Comments: Although it doesn't have as many options as indeed.com, I still use ziprecruiter because they have more online opportunities

Pros:

What I liked about this page is that they constantly send me notifications of recent employment opportunities based on my job search and they also notify me if the recruiter viewed my application

Cons:

Unlike indeed.com they do not have a space where you can connect directly with the recruiter

Mis-leading & Fraudulent Job Recruiter

Comments: THE WORST!. THIS COMPANY IS SO MISLEADING AND SO SLEEZY. THEY PUT THINGS IN FINE PRINT THAT IS NOT EVEN REALIZED AND THEY SLAM YOU FOR A MONTH OF THEIR ADVERTISING BEFORE YOU KNOW WHAT HIT YOU. THEN THEY WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH HELPING YOU. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE RUDE AND COULD CARE LESS. ONE OF THE BIGGEST BAIT & SWITCH SCAMS I'VE EVER SEEN...so misleading and unethical.

Pros:

Nothing...one of the most unethical companies I have ever used. So mis-leading and the customer service at Zip Recruiter could not have cared less or been any less helpful.

Cons:

This company is so misleading. they sell you on a free trial and then do not tell you that you have unknowingly signed up for their service and the second the trial is over you are charged $558.34 and have no recourse. I did not even realize there was an auto enroll. I tried the free trial and after getting some of the worst candidates that did not even fit the job description, I got slammed with a ridiculous bill. When I called to dispute they were so matter of fact and could not have been any less helpful. They refused to give any type of credit and told me there was another $130.00 being charged. I was forced to immediately close the account that I did not even know I had and I disputed the charge with Amex. Zip recruiter is so versed in this type of dispute, they have a canned response to display how they mislead you and somehow signed up without even knowing. Further investigating found that Zip Recruiter gets 100's of these exact disputes a month and have dedicated people & canned responses to deal with them. DO NOT USE ZIP RECRUITER. VERY MISLEADING . THEY ARE LIKE LICENSED HACKERS.

Comments: It's not as easy & efficient as indeed but it's definitely a great back up if you need it

Pros:

I like how you can actually see who checked out your profile & resume. You can even set it so you decide what people see & even find people you might know. It also has the added bonus of being popular enough that other sites have integrated it into their searches

It's a little confusing to start out. They have tons of options & it can be a bit overwhelming

The pros about ZipRecruiter is that for the Security Guard industry there are a ton of applicants. Zip Recruiter has a large pool of candidates in NYC to choose from. The resumes are easy to download as is using every other feature in this site.
