About Zapier
Founded in 2011, Zapier has helped over 1.8 million individuals and businesses with their automation needs.
The ease of use - comfortable UI that allows the user to implement a process flow is a great way for us to automate tasks across multiple platforms.
Unfortunately, it can be a little limited, mostly to the other tools' fault and not zapier. Because the triggers and actions can be very limited.

A highly usable and reliable platform
Comments: We use Zapier to connect internal tools like SharePoint with outward-facing tools like Ticket Tailor.
Pros:
Zapier makes automation elegant. Their editor works well and walks me, a non-coder, through the process. And Zapier Tables is a great addition.
Cons:
Zapier tends to be more expensive than the competition, and it is pricy for us as a nonprofit.
The Perfect Middle man for everything!
Comments: Great, I only use it for basic functions but I am starting to use it for more complex ones as i have started using it more. Easy to navigate and set up
Pros:
What is not to like, Zapier basically is the middle man to automate and connect anything with anything. All done in your sleep once you have set Zaps up work.
Cons:
Not super simple to start at first but once you get the hang of it, you can flow through Zaps, the help section is also great and it gives you suggestions to fix any issues you have and work arounds, a really good feature.
Useful and helpful
Comments: Good overall. It can connect different software that otherwise doesn't connect.
Pros:
It can connect lots of different software
Cons:
It's not easy to learn and set up. They should offer training.
Zapier--The powerful and flexible automation tool
Comments: Overall, my experience with Zapier has been very positive. It has allowed me to automate repetitive tasks, freeing up time for more strategic activities. The “Zaps” are reliable, and Zapier provides clear documentation to troubleshoot errors or build more complex workflows. All in all, it's an excellent tool for anyone looking to automate tasks without needing custom development.
Pros:
Zapier is a powerful and flexible automation tool that makes connecting different apps and tools easy without any coding needed. What I liked most is the user-friendly interface that makes creating “Zaps” (automated workflows) intuitive and quick. It offers a wide range of integrations with popular apps, enabling nearly any automation you can think of. For example, automatically sending data from Google Sheets to Slack saves a lot of time.
Cons:
One downside to Zapier is the limitation of the free plan, which allows only a few automations before requiring a paid subscription. Additionally, some advanced automation can feel a bit pricey, especially for small businesses. A few advanced features may also require a bit of a learning curve.
Great tool for automating across marketing stack
Comments: Zapier has been an incredibly valuable tool for us, constantly innovating and offering an impressive breadth of integrations that have transformed how we work. It’s easy to learn and use, making it accessible to the whole team, and it’s helped us create significant cost and resource efficiencies across our marketing and customer service operations. The no-code/low-code approach is brilliant for setting up automations quickly, but it does have its limitations when it comes to handling more complex workflows. Pricing can also be a challenge, as costs can add up quickly when you’re running multiple Zaps at scale. That said, Zapier remains an essential part of our toolkit, offering super convenience and functionality for streamlining our processes.
Pros:
Constantly innovating. Easy to learn. The breadth of tools that can be connected is amazing. We've created cost & resource efficiencies across the full marketing & customer service stack
Cons:
Pricing - if you utilise a number of zaps that costs can really add up. Zapier is a great no code / low code tool but not always the best solution if you're looking for highly complex automations
Amazing tool with endless use cases
Comments: Overall, I absolutely love Zapier and find it an essential tool in my suite of work tools. The features are incredible, being able to connect most apps to each other, and it's never failed on me ever.
Pros:
I like how easy it is to get going with Zapier. They have a really clean and simple UI/UX that makes things really easy to get going with. The AI helper is a great addition as well.
Cons:
I think Zapier comes across slightly overwhelming at times when editing zaps, but it's still manageable if you take your time to sort things out.
Zapier is a great tool!
Comments: Overall experience with zapier has been really good :) easy to use and super simple to integrate with everything we use.
Pros:
Easy to use and there are a lot of integrations. Also really like how you can briefly suggest what you need and it helps work out the prompt you need.
Cons:
Sometimes the zaps turn off unexpectedly or break easily when you change one thing and it can be a little annoying to go back and fix them.
The Glue to Our Business
Pros:
Zapier is the most mission critical software we have. It connects all of our different apps and is imperative for our business
Cons:
There's nothing we dislike about Zapier currently.
Zapier in review
Comments: Good scope of functionality & easy to use. Quick to get going and get things up and running.
Pros:
The vast library of connectors to ad from different platforms.
Cons:
The costing can sometimes make it unfeasible.
A safe bet for experienced users
Comments: I've been using Zapier for many years now, as a paid version, and I've seen it evolve a lot. The platform knows how to adapt to trends, even if it would benefit from being more accessible in terms of price and complexity.
Pros:
the platform is very comprehensive, enabling you to create both very simple automations and very advanced scenarios if you know enough about them
Cons:
The most advanced automations are difficult to get to grips with, and the learning curve is long enough to put off newcomers. Artificial intelligence was a good idea, but unfortunately not effective enough.

Zapier really is for everyone

Zapier streamlines my work
Comments: Overall, Zapier has been a solid tool for streamlining my workflow. It's not perfect, but it definitely makes my work life easier. The time I've saved is worth the investment, and I appreciate how it helps me focus on more important aspects of my business instead of getting stuck in manual data entry. If you're looking to automate some of your routine tasks, it's definitely worth checking out.
Pros:
Zapier has been super helpful in connecting my apps without me having to do everything manually. I love how it automatically moves information between my tools - like when a new lead comes in, it instantly updates my spreadsheet and sends a welcome email. It's saved me a ton of time, especially with repetitive tasks that used to eat up my day.
Cons:
The pricing can get a bit steep if you want to do more advanced automations. The free version is pretty limited, so you'll likely need to upgrade as your needs grow. Sometimes the app connections can be tricky, and if something changes in one of your apps, your workflow might break unexpectedly.
Zapier is just amazing.....Can't function without it.
Pros:
I like that Zapier has infinite possibilities of automation if you are creative enough.very simple and easy to use even for team members who are not tech savvy.
Cons:
Nothing so far everything is working just as we've always wanted.

Automations to optimize your entire workflow, amazing!
Pros:
So many automations possible, I use it for so many tasks to optimize efficiency across our whole organization
Cons:
I don't really have any, except that sometimes the software I want to create zaps with isn't available, but that's not really Zapier's fault
the OG of automation and workflows

Pros:
It automates those annoying, time-consuming and repetitive tasks that used to slow me down, freeing me up to focus on my design work.
Cons:
There's a bit of a learning curve to set up the automations (Zaps), but there are tons of tutorials, and honestly, it's worth the effort for the time I save now.

Realiable but flimsy

Pros:
I do like the integrations available, there little to no main platforms that you can't use in your workflow
Cons:
Most definitely the UI, it's not user friendly or intuitive, sometimes it makes it harder tor even the smallest of the operations

Market Leader Automatization Tool
Pros:
It feels that new native integrations are always being introduced to Zapier and some tools that had to be manually managed are now there from the start. We used Zapier on some of our trickiest integrations where other tools as Integromat were not covering us enough.
Cons:
The pricing model is quite expensive and limiting, we have very few users with high capacity requirement, often we ended up paying extra.
all good i like everything about zapier

4 Stars Review

Pros:
Its pretty easy to use and setup for most tasks.

The cost of the premium is a bit much if you only want to do a couple of things with it.
