There is always quick assistance to hand, and the team is available to help to use different approaches within the elements of the product to achieve your event goals.

> **Cons**: Some of the workflows could use improvement. We would love to see the session and presenter management piece improved next. We do not always work to the abstract workflow that eventsair is designed around.

> **Pros**: The high level of customisation, from setup to registration and back-end event management. It's easier for me to organise everything and point to other team members how to use the tool, saving time and money in my organisation.

> **Cons**: The steep learning curve. I believe better investment in making the workflows easier would be more fruitful than applying AI into the interface.

> Overall it has been good. I've organised 2 events so far, with the first one not being launched due to a short period available to promote it – not EventAir's fault, but it definitely helped reduce the timeframe. I have only used the customer support during the training period, but I believe that with new AI features my experience with EventsAir will be more seamless, with more possibilities ahead.

The interface is so easy to use, the support team are fast and so knowledgeable, our account manager is excellent, everything about it makes it easy to use. We push the limits and use the product in different ways and love that it's so customisable to our brand and needs.

> **Cons**: Would love an easier way to do group bookings where we can have one person (a teacher), sign up for a number of spots then easily send the link to all their students at once to register and choose their sessions.

> Very happy with EventsAir, it has made our life so much easier planning large scale events and allowed us to start delivering hybrid and online only events without having to learn any new platforms.

> **Pros**: Despite having such a large range of tools with high levels of customisation available it is still very easy to use and pick up. It also give those with a more technical understanding the chance to create something more complex with the freedom they offer as well. 

For any cases where you do get stuck their customer support team is incredibly helpful and quick to respond

> **Cons**: Some of the layouts for the interactive sites aren't too pretty and there isn't too much that can easily be done about the styling without a complete overhaul

> It has been a massive improvement over our previous software and bringing everything from registrations to abstract submissions into one tool has made the management of our conference so much easier
